The house was perfect!!! It had everything you needed, i felt really comfortable and immediately at home. There was a fruit basket when we arrived, and she even made sure we had some simple refreshments to start the day with. Judith always answers and is really friendly and helpful. The house is in a nice and quiet environment. It's a 15 min walk to the center and it's close to plaza pozuelos, where there is a big supermarket. You can do everything on foot, only to return back to the house, i recommend a taxi. But it has it's advantages, you have a nice view here, and no noise from the city at all, it's really quiet and peaceful, what is hard to get in Guanajuato centro. So if you want to be close to the center but still want to live quiet and super clean... I definitely recommend this place. Thank you Judith!!! You're an amazing host, i hope to see you soon again!!! Los anfitriones son muy atentos y claros en las instrucciones. La propiedad es cómoda y tal cual se anuncia en la plataforma. La estancia ha sido de lo mejor y totalmente recomendable.

El alojamiento es 100% como lo anuncian, es cómodo y tiene privacidad, solo la subida es un poco pesada pero de ahí en más todo está perfecto y cumple con lo que promete.

Fer es una huésped amable y organizada. La comunicación fue excelente y continua y con gusto la recomendamos.

El lugar estaba increible , tenia una terraza hermosa , y el departamento estaba muy bonito , tenia todo lo necesario y la vista tambien estaba muy linda. No tuvimos ningun problema , esta muy cerca del centro. sin duda si volveria a quedarme , ya que el lugar estaba muy tranquilo

This apartment is really outstanding, and we've stayed in many airbnbs. Not only is the view just spectacular, but Tara has spent a lot of time renovating this historic house to make it beautiful. The bed is wonderful, there are great towels and plenty of hot water. Since it is in a pedestrian only area, there's no traffic noise, and ceiling fans and blackout curtains ensure a great night's sleep. Tara provides filtered water and coffee too! We will stay here again, gladly. One note: if you cannot handle walking up a steep, cobbled hill for some reason, you might want to choose another place. Otherwise, this one is the best! I had a wonderful stay at Alex’s place! From the start, Alex was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us find our way to the apartment, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better—everything was just a short walk away, from great restaurants and shops to public transportation and key attractions. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again in the future!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The space has been painted in wonderful cheery colours and is very well laid out and clean. Stewart and Marie were very helpful when we had questions regarding transportation etc. and always responded right away.

We are very impressed with this house because the beautiful surroundings. You do need a little bit effort to find the house but as long as you followed the guide provided by our host you would be fine. Our host Dermot is responsive and replies every questions we have. Definitely recommend this house if you want to have a trip to Guanajuato!

Beautiful place with a great view to the city and its surroundings. You can see the main attractions from the balcony, and the night view was spectacular. All the main attractions are 15-20min walking distance as well. The host are incredible with great insights to the city and really welcoming I will have this place in mind next time I visit.

Un lugar bastante agradable y linda decoración, bien ordenado y limpio. Con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. El acceso es muy fácil una vez que sabes como llegar, esta en esquina con la Alhóndiga.

Very great place, super close to the center of town. The only thing is they had listed amenities such as shampoo and conditioner and there was none, I had to go buy some. But other than that, they had everything I needed!

Lugar tranquilo y cómodo, nuestra estancia estuvo agradable, aún que los taxistas y uber nos comentaron que era una zona un poco peligrosa, nosotros tuvimos una buena experiencia y todo estuvo tranquilo, al igual evitamos caminar de noche.

La casa de Leonel está muy agusto y limpio . A tres minutos caminando de plaza Baratillo y también muy cercas del teatro Juárez. Muy recomendable para quedarse !!!!!

Susan and her husband have done an amazing job with their complex and hospitality. The details which they have put into the place, landscaping and amenities are wonderful. The views are spectacular from their place. We stayed at one of their units on the second floor and we really enjoyed both the unit and the location. They provided complimentary refreshments and cooking supplies and goodies. The unit was very clean and beds were comfortable. Location-wise the complex is up the hill from the centro. It’s only about 7-10 minutes drive to a parking structure which Susan’s husband gave us the recommendation for and it’s very easy to get to and out from. We also did walk to the centro multiple times from their place. It’s about 15 minutes and you will either go down from Pipila statue through multiple steps (you can see many murals and explore the narrow streets this way) or you could walk to Pipila for about 5 minutes and then take the Funicular down to centro.
