Nos agradó mucho el lugar, alejado del centro y muy cerca del mirador. Erika siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros, lo que hizo nuestra estancia más agradable.

Nous avons passé un mois dans le logement La Médusa. Le logement était d’une bonne dimension, lit king très confortable et avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner. Il est situé à quelques minutes à pied du Centro, du marché Idalgo et d’un grand supermarché où l’on trouve facilement tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Également, près de plusieurs bons petits restaurants et de très beaux parcs.

Beautiful spacious accommodations, very safe. Suggest downloading What*App (communication messaging app) and Google translate if you want to maximize smooth communication with the concierge team and with utilizing the written instructions left within the desk drawer. Regarding previous reviews regarding apartment amenities provided, conscientious corrective attention has been given to them and there was ample hot water, toilet paper, extra blankets and towels, and individually sized bottles of water left for our use. If you are sensitive to ambient light during the night, bring an eye mask, because the enhanced safety of the walkways outside of this apartment include street lights. We stayed over a week and will plan our future stays around being able to access this fantastic studio again!

I looked at a lot of reviews and I must say, they were extremely accurate. Alex thought of everything. The place was even better than I expected and from the reviews, I expected a lot! The location was in Centro but toward the eastern end which is much more of a bustling Mexican part of town rather than a tourist section. Yet, it was an easy walk to the heart of Centro, where the Zocalo and Theatre is. I loved the hammocks on the big covered terrace overlooking the city. We were so happy to have the pool as well.

Definitivamente una buena elección si quieres conocer Guanajuato centro, pero mantener las ventajas de estar en una zona tranquila, el centro suele ser algo bullicioso, pero no sentí ninguna molestia en cuanto al ruido en este alojamiento Espero volver pronto

Un lugar sumamente hermoso, tiene una decoración súper hermosa, Mariela tienes un excelente gusto, muy limpia la habitación, está en una zona bastante accesible, céntrica, la única observación es que no cuenta con estacionamiento, sin embargo Mariela tiene opciones varias para solucionar este tema, la habitación es muy acogedora, no se escucha ningún ruido del exterior por la noche, un excelente limpio y acogedor para hospedarte.

Un lugar muy limpio y acogedor y justo como lo descrito en las imagenes. Esta caminando a unos 17 minutos del centro.

We loved this place. The house was beautiful and for the dogs it is a great option too. We just had some issues with the shower, but the rest was way better than we expected. The personal was very friendly and supportive :)

Excelente lugar, es fácil perderse por los tuneles, se brinda buena atención y descripción de la forma de llegar. Lugar limpio, cuenta con todo lo necesario no se necesita nada mas que salir a disfrutar del lugar.

This accommodation is among our favorites, and we have been to many Airbnbs in Mexico. It was better than we expected. The host was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. The unit is spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. There was always hot water. Having a dishwasher was nice. The washer/dryer unit worked well cleaning our cloths. I most enjoyed the mountain views, watching sunrises through the glass wall, and the resort-like heated pool with terraces for lounging. We used the propane BBQ many times (a treat to have). Walking down to the historic center (and the baseball diamond for a game) was enjoyable, and we rode Uber back up. There are only 18 stairs to take from the street to get into the room. It was a peaceful place to be, in a more country setting, with a little bit of the usual México sounds. But it was still in the city, near an Oxxo and other stores.

El lugar es súper bonito.

The apartment is like living in a perch high above the city. The balcony off the second floor bedroom is fabulous. It faces east so sunrise is special. There is good hour from the time the sky brightens to the sun's appearance over the mountains, a beautiful hour for sitting, listening to the roosters, dogs and the neighborhood burro. The unit is perfect for one person; would be somewhat tight for more. The bed is super comfortable. Shower is very nice. The kitchen is tiny and cramped, so not great for cooking, but perfect for morning coffee and evening takeout. The location is very peaceful, away from the hubbub of downtown, which is only a short, scenic walk away (down hundreds of steps), or easily accessible by bus or taxi. If you are more than one person, ask about the other, much larger unit.

The apartment looks like the photo. It was very spacious and it has a very large terraza with great view of the city. It is fully stocked. We had a comfortable stay. Location is great. It’s 8 mins walk to the main plaza. It comes with parking for our camper van and it’s dog friendly. It’s located in a gated community so it’s secured. We can walk our dogs inside the gated area which is nice. There is one downstairs neighbor. It’s generally very quiet.

Muy bonito lugar y la atención de Nadia también fue genial. El único problema es que por las noches había muchas personas fumando Mari...pero bueno ese ya no es cosa de ella. En todo lo demás super bien.

Está muy bien ubicado todo cerca en la zona centro de la ciudad. En la noche las Callejoneadas se detienen en la entrada porque está en un callejón, la zona es tranquila y el espacio es amplio y cómodo; sí regresaríamos.

Excelente alojamiento, María Elena super atenta y detallista. El lugar luce más bonito en persona que en las fotos, tiene muchos detalles, pero lo que más nos gustó fue el balcón, excelente vista del atardecer, perfecto para comer algo, tomar café o un vino. Está en una zona céntrica y tranquila, para nada es complicado de encontrarla, no hay escaleras complejas que subir. Sin duda volvería a este lugar.

Exactamente lo que describe, muy cerca del centro, caminas y es subida pero cerca, muy amable y contestaba rápido, entrada para el auto es del otro lado pero super, estacionamiento techado, muy recomendable
