Awesome place. Highly recommend for a group. Easy walk downhill to town. Hard walk back but also can take a short cheap uber. Home was comfortable and had all we needed. Water/pipes has some issues, can take a few minutes for it to start flowing. But not a big deal. Responsive helpful hosts.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado (cerca de la plaza central de San Miguel). Tiene todos los utensilios necesarios para sentirse cómodo, poder cocinar (si uno quiere), calentadores en las habitaciones (que son muy útiles en esta época del año), agua de garrafón permanente, habitaciones de buen tamaño con camas cómodas. Fue una muy buena elección para ir en familia y disfrutar San Miguel Lo único que deben revisar es el acceso al agua caliente en las duchas que es limitado(en los lava manos y en la cocina si sale bien el agua caliente).

We loved our 7 week stay in this location just outside the main center. With the pools, gym on location and a track and pickleball courts across the street, it is a great place to stay active. It is just over 1 km walk to great grocery stores and 3 km right into Centro passing by many excellent restaurants. You can also access these places easily via Ubers for about 75 pesos or so or by the bus across the street for only 8 pesos. The unit itself is well laid out and comfortable and the rooftop deck was a wonderful place to hang out. It had all the amenities we needed for our long stay. Tyrone and Peter were always accessible and helped us out with many things including the booking of their maid to keep the place very tidy. If you are a light sleeper, just a note that this is near a busy road so some traffic noise can be heard as well as any loud neighbor but this was minimal. All in all, it is a great place to stay with tons of amenities and away from the bustle of downtown.

Beautiful home! Very clean and comfortable. The terrace had great views and was a perfect place to have coffee and breakfast. Good location with 10-15 minute walk into town. Alicia was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay again!

This condo is new and modern with all amenities as listed, across the street from mall with multiple food options and Soriana supermarket, walking distance to Costco, Walmart, Sams club and more Easy access to centro. Fernando is available for any thing you might need and replies in a timely manner

First the positive. We loved the location. The view from the balcony was awesome and a great place to spend the morning reading a book and having a cup of coffee as the sun was rising. The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was reasonably well equiped. The development is modern and pleasing and safe to walk about. There was a charcoal BBQ on the roof patio which was great. Judith and Eduardo are wonderful hosts. 10 out of 10. They were attentive, proactive, and very responsive to any questions we had. Now for the n not so positive. Bit of work walking the steeper portions of the roads if coming in from Centro but manageable if you have a bit of stamina. We did it daily for 6 weeks. Some of the neighbors like to party into the wee hours on a few weekend. Lastly, there is no TV in the living room. If we were short stay it wouldn't have been an issue. For our longer stay heading for the bedroom to watch TV after dinner was odd for us.

El Airbnb nos encantó. Es muy bonito, cómodo y está bien ubicado, a solo 10 minutos caminando del centro. La host fue muy amable y atenta. Lo único es que se escuchaba bastante ruido de afuera y uno de los baños no funcionaba del todo bien, pero en general, todo estuvo muy bien. Lo recomendamos!!

Ese fraccionamiento tiene una magia impresionante, el diseño de los edificios y su imitación en pequeño del centro de San Miguel de Allende lo hace único, el acceso a gym y Oxxo en la esquina ayudan a tener todo cerca, la única mosca en el arroz es el Sr que limpia la alberca es muy grosero. No pudimos usarla en toda la estadía. Pero no tiene la culpa el anfitrión. El inmueble está muy bien equipado y espacioso, las terrazas del mismo muy acogedoras y serviciales, lo recomiendo al 100

We enjoyed our condo and all the amenities this place has to offer. We recommend it to all who want to enjoy San Miguel de Allende and feel like part of a neighborhood. Although there’s shuttle service, we enjoyed walking down to Centro and back on cobblestones streets. As for the home, the beds and showers were great. Decorations of this new home were lovely. Also want to point out how the porch and nearby creek with lots of birds was wonderful and certainly made my morning and evening. The swimming pool and workout area are wonderful added amenities at the clubhouse. Thanks again for the hospitality!

Stayed for a month and really enjoyed being there. Had my wife. 3 kids and 2 nanny’s and we all had plenty of space to relax and enjoy each others company. Town was an easy drive and Francisco, Angelica and Juan Carlos were amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

La casa se encuentra tal cual como esta en la descripción, pasamos una estancia muy tranquila y de buenos momentos, cuenta con todo para que puedas estar en el lugar sin salir a ningun lugar. Cerca se encuentran varios centros comerciales y tiendas de conveniencia en donde puedes comprar todo lo que necesites

Es la segunda vez que, alquilo la propiedad, porque es un lugar increíble para pasar unos días tranquilos y con bastante privacidad, comodidad, limpieza, vista al cerro de la Bufa, y una piscina de excelentes condiciones para disfrutar con familia o amigos, uno de mis Airbnb’s favoritos en Guanajuato. Y la atención de la Sra Dolores, es excelente, siempre atenta, amable respetuosa, flexible. 100 de calificación!!

Estuvo todo de maravilla, nuestra anfitriona siempre estuvo muy atenta en todo momento y el lugar estaba increíble, muy limpio, ameno y muy cómodo; ciertamente el lugar estaba muy cerca del centro pero en lo alto del cerro; el problema no era bajar al centro caminando (por el tema del estacionamiento y congestión vehicular) si no más bien regresar al lugar pero afortunadamente hay taxis y llegas en 2 minutos.
