Gated community, very beautiful backyard. The house was massive and accommodated 4 people really well and guest. Our co-host Luis was always on standby to help us out with absolutely “anything” we need. Anytime of the day or night he was ready for everything. We got the private chef as well. She prepared homemade columbian meals. Depending on traffic we were roughly 20-30 minutes from the local spots. Uber was easily accessible and cheap. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone.

The house was clean, in a great location, ideal for US travelers who want to enjoy the night life. Very secure location and the host was very effective at communicating with me. Checking in or getting into the house was a little challenging since the voice instructions were in spanish. However, there are written instructions in English that you can follow so it may not be a big deal after all. Otherwise, I will definitely stay here when I return next year. We did not have any problems at all.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb in Medellin, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the vibrant Provenza area, where you can find amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. The host was truly exceptional—so welcoming and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was cleaned daily, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and a wonderful way to start each day. If you're looking for a cozy place to stay in Medellin with a fantastic host, this is the spot! I can't wait to return. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

La atención es excelente, muy atentos, en cuanto a la finca todo está muy bien amoblada muy organizada, cuando llegamos todo súper limpio y bien puesto, los espacios sin muy cómodos y agradables. Totalmente recomendable

Andre’s was excellent and we couldn’t of asked for a better host. He gave great recommendations and provided us with anything that we needed. We had a group of 7 and we all felt comfortable and at times just wanted to relax at the property. We had 24/7 security and housekeeping. Both were extremely friendly and accommodating. Would recommend anyone who has a party of 6 or more to stay here. 5 stars isn’t enough

pase fin de año con mi familia y disfrutamos muchísimo el espacio, muy cerca de la ciudad pero con buena privacidad y mucha naturaleza para descansar, la finca muy cómoda y amplia. Yesenia quien recibe muy atenta en todo momento, sin duda regresaríamos en una próxima ocasión.

House is exactly as described. great layout of house and the team takes care of everything. everything is available in this house that you could possibly need. it's a great house, very clean, and the staff at the house is amazing and always took care of us. this house and company are one of the best I have dealt with. highly recommend to anyone.

Eramos un grupo de 10 y la casa estaba muy cómoda. el Host es excelente y super atento y responsivo. la casa esta muy central para ir a otros lados en taxi. El supermercado Exito está a media cuadra y se encuentra variedad de lugares para comer.

Mi estadía en la propiedad de Ruben fue excelente. Siempre estuvo atento a cualquier indicación, el barrio es muy seguro y encuentras bancos, restaurantes, tiendas. La casa es tal cual a las fotos, superó mis expectativas y le quiero dar un agradecimiento a la señora Carmen que siempre estuvo atenta y dispuesta a colaborarnos en lo que necesitáramos. 10/10. Pasamos unos días increíbles, muchas gracias.

An unforgettable stay in Medellín! This mansion was absolutely incredible—spacious, luxurious, and perfectly located. What really made the experience stand out was the amazing chef who prepared delicious breakfast and lunch for us every day. Every meal felt like something out of a high-end restaurant! On top of that, the concierge service was top-notch. They helped us with everything we needed, from transportation to reservations, making our stay completely stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a premium Medellín experience. We’ll definitely be back!

En una zona tremendamente tranquila, con cooperativas cerca, un café 24hrs a una cuadra, súper limpia la calle, la casa muy grande con mucho espacio para mucha gente. Todo muy bueno, lindo,m. Si yo regreso con el grupo a Colombia, seguramente alquilaré este sitio de nuevo

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Fern! Juliana and Alejandro (and Jorge) were incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The apartment was exactly as described—spacious, well-appointed, and perfect for our family of four. It had all the comforts of home, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces. The location was unbeatable, nestled in a charming neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and a local supermarket within walking distance. We felt truly at home and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Te bungalow was spacious and pristine. It's has an old world charm to it. Cristian and his team were quite helpful to guide our entourage if needed. Will surely stay again

Francesco has been great with us and was very responsive. If I had any issues he would resolve it. Very nice guy and his place did not disappoint. Super nice having the place by Santa Fe as it gave us plenty of things to do close by. Overall, great experience

This may sound cliche, but! Our stay here was everything! Location: central to everything. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. The house itself: We were just so at home here. So much thought went into this home - the layout, the decor (BEAUTIFUL cultural artwork and woodwork), the amenities, the extra considerations. Looking out at the backyard - the essence of peace! Staff: lovely, very kind and thoughtful - host, staff, everyone. Very communicative and easy to communicate with. It's only been a few days, and we miss it already.

The setting itself was beautiful, with stunning views and a serene atmosphere that made it feel like a true getaway. One of the highlights of the trip was our tour guide, Andre. He was amazing—super knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. Whether it was exploring local spots or learning more about the culture, Andre made it all feel special. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing stay in Medellin. Nos encantó la estancia. El lugar es bonito, cómodo y bien ubicado. Todo estaba limpio y en buen estado. Además, los anfitriones fueron muy amables y siempre atentos. Sin duda, una experiencia para repetir.

If you want to stay at a home away from home this is the place. The hospitality was unmatched, great open space to stay with friends and very private. The whole staff was incredible and attentive to us. Sander was a great host checking in on us everyday and Sebastian who takes care of the house on a daily basis was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. Chef Jessie cooked an amazing breakfast for us which we thoroughly enjoyed. The security guards at the front gate were all super cool guys and very welcoming. Pretty much the whole staff at Medellin VIP was incredible and made sure our stay was perfect. Would definitely recommend staying at this property where the staff treats you like family and is very welcoming. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy Medellin here again. Thank you for everything!

The house was beautiful, even better in person. It terms of layout, it has 3 bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs. The bedrooms have mostly queen size beds and 1 main bedroom has a king size mattress and very comfortable. Some of the accommodation was in sofa beds. It sleeps 8 people comfortably and 4 adults or children in sofa beds. The house is very well located, very safe place. Be mindful of having your own car if you need to walk to the town as the house is up the hill, unless you are an avid walker/runner you can do it. We stayed most of the time at the house because the views were so breathtaking, we didn’t want to leave. The host and the person in charge were very responsive and helped us with any questions we had. We had a great time at Adriana’s house. Thank you
