The house is spacious clean and very comfortable. We stayed for five weeks to be close to our son’s family. There is a little tienda on the estate and a pool and park. It costs about $10 for an Uber to Antigua and there are lots of food deliveries nearby. We will book again

Todo muy limpio y ordenado, atención 10/10. Una linda casa, tal y como en las fotos, muy buena vista, muy bien ubicada, cerca del hotel Conceptio a donde recomiendo ir a desayunar. El único aspecto negativo que pudimos encontrar fue que se siente un olor en el ambiente no muy agradable, me parece por una finca de café, pero por todo lo demás vuelvo a regresar en algún otro momento.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at the house. It had plenty of room, well stock with dishes and all the stuff you will need. Esteban responded to my message ASAP. He was very kind to let us in early. My family arrived earlier than 3pm. Its a little far from the downtown, however, there are plenty of tuk tuks to take you to the central park. I recommend this place. I would stay here again on my next trip. Thank you for your understanding and kindness.

My family of eight really enjoyed our stay — this might be the best place I’ve booked on Airbnb. The property was gorgeous and very clean. Paula was extremely responsive and friendly. We were in town for a wedding, so we were grateful there was a steamer that worked well. It wasn’t the *most* centrally located, but everything was still walkable and we were glad for the larger space in a quieter area. If you’re looking for a great breakfast/brunch spot, we’d recommend Caoba Farms near by. We’d book this place again in a heartbeat!

siempre visito una vez al año la antigua guatemala y esta vez el lugar sobre paso las expectativas mías y las de mi familia, nos sentimos cómodos y en casa , accesible y con todas las comodidades para hacer de un viaje toda una experiencia. sin duda volveré.

Great location. The Airbnb is right next to a quirky, cute cafe. As someone who needs sunshine in the bedroom, I didn't notice until checking in that the bedroom doesn't have any windows - it made it difficult to wake up and while you could leave the bedroom door open, it leads directly to the bathroom (it's an I-shaped layout - the only large window is in the living room). The shower pressure could be better - the handheld water hose barely works (no pressure at all). The sinks have issues draining. There isn't much noise-proofing, even all the way back in the bedroom so even though you close all the doors, you'll still hear the busses and trucks early in the morning (just fair warning for light sleepers). However, the bathroom soaps smelled wonderful. I suggest bringing mosquito repellant because somehow at night, multiple mosquitos always managed to get into the bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay at Ivanna’s place, the location was central yet in a quieter part so it was nice and peaceful. The apartment is very cosy yet spacious, with a huge living and kitchen space. We would happily stay again

This is a lovely place right in the heart of Antigua. The park is two blocks away and the Arc of Santa Catalina is literally around the corner. The house was clean, the hosts responsive and the kitchen fully equipped. I will look for this house next time I visit. I highly recommend it.

Great location and space. You can walk to many restaurants, bars, and sites. The place is also very spacious and has everything you need for a nice stay in Antigua !

Nuestra estadía en La Antigua fue maravillosa, creo que no tanto por los alrededores sino por el lugar que rentamos, la casa era espectacular, la decoración increíble, la limpieza impecable, honestamente nos daban más ganas de quedarnos adentro que de salir. la señora Waleska fue extremadamente amable, cortez y siempre pendiente de nuestras necesidades. La casa se encuentra como a un km del centro (muy cerca), está en un condominio privado con seguridad (muy importante), cae agua fría y caliente, hay agua para beber, hay tiendas muy cerca para comprar cualquier enser que haga falta, la entrada del condominio está 24/7 disponible. honestamente este lugar es una joya. muy muy satisfecha.

Muy bonita villa, de acuerdo a las fotografías, la casa se encontraba muy bien decorada y limpia, los cuidadores muy amables y Ricardo siempre atento, muy cerca del centro de Antigua Guatemala. Muy buena estadía. Le daría un plus si las habitaciones contaran con AC por lo demás 10/10

Great place to stay with your family or friends, from watching the sunset to having a carnita asada this was such a nice experience. They got some nice additional amenities they should mention I believe such as the football court, canopy and the trampolines... The only thing I would add is to add an ambient light to the jacuzzi but overall just a great place.

Me fascinó la casa , la ubicación , el espacio exterior y también los interiores . Bastante accesible para llegar a otros lugares .
