The place was nice. It's in the city so nose should be expected, but I found that the loft was a little quieter than downstairs. the blankets were very warm. I enjoyed the view from the back balcony😊

My wife and I appreciated waking up to the sound of nature from inside Karla's beautiful villa. The villa itself is particularly beautiful in the way that it was designed and constructed. There's plenty of space with an open-feeling to the room along with a delightful balcony that is most exquisite. The solitude of total relaxation is the warm invitation to this villa. We felt very safe in the gated community found in an upscale part of town. It's located within walking distance to the center square as we walked back and forth several times for the exercise. If you get tired, there are plenty of tuk tuks available to take you around. Karla was most welcoming and was quick to respond to our needs. She helped to resolve any issue we had and even arranged last minute transportation to Panajachel when we needed it. Out of all the Airbnb listings that were available for the price, I'm confident that Karla's place was well worth the value to stay there.

Romeo and Wendy are extraordinary hosts! Would give them 10 stars if I could! We were able to meet them in person and they are lovely, warm people. The apartment is beautifully decorated with bright guatamalen style colors and beautiful artwork. The kitchen is well equipped, bed very comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. There is a private balcony off the bedroom that is great to enjoy the morning sun and the cool evenings. Orotava villas, beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. Nice heated pool. Many nooks to relax and enjoy the quiet, calm atmosphere. It is a very secure, safe property with a security gate and guard. The location is superb… walk to edge town is only 10 and to parc central about 20 minutes. There is a complimentary shuttle you prefer. Antiqua a wonderful city full of charm and warm people. If you visit Antiqua Romeo and Wendy villa is the place to stay!

¡Todo muy bien! Jafeth my aabke y siempre atento lo que necesitabamos. El lugar esta muy bien equipado y en una zona muy accesible. Recomiendo mucho el restaurante que se encuentra frente al condomio.

This loft is beautiful, the rooftop access was top tier. I highly recommend staying here. You are a 20 min drive to Antigua which is incredible. The host is super attentive and responsive so if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask away. You are also walking distance from restaurants and the bus stop. Thank you for letting us stay at your place! Will definitely go back.

El apartamento está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y segura, cerca está ubicado el Parque del Mapa de Relieve de Guatemala y también un Supermercado "La Torre", a ambos lugares se puede llegar caminando, también hay estaciones de Trans Metro cerca. El apartamento está muy bien acondicionado y concuerda con lo visto en las fotos, ofrece cortesías que hacen más agradables la estadía a los huespedes. Sí van a Guatemala solo o con un acompañante, recomiendo este alojamiento.

The host Karin was very helpful during my stay answered my questions and the place is really nice. Modern look but very comfy couch and bed was very nice. Large blankets and more large pillows than I needed. Very nice place. Safe neighborhood and a guard at the door. Glass door to apartment entrance and only people with key cards can get in. Multiple restaurants at base of apartment. Smash burger has a great hamburger. Breakfast place is great also. Huge. Turkey, cheese and egg toasted sandwich for $5.80 USD. I would rent this place again

El apartamento esta ubicado en una zona segura,un barrio tranquilo,el apartamento es muy lindo,tiene todo lo necesario para estar varios días,las habitaciones muy cómodas,excelente todo,hay un café muy bueno en el primer piso, nos quedaríamos nuevamente en este apartamento todo excelente 👍🏽. Una opción a minutos del aeropuerto La Aurora y el Zoológico. El apartamento es súper limpio y agradable. Se encuentra al final de una calle cerrada, lo que hace muy tranquilo el lugar. El anfitrión nos proporcionó suministros de baño y algunos de cocina como café, té, agua y etc., y cuenta con Wifi, Smart TV y abanico. Tomar en cuenta que es un segundo piso y las gradas son empinadas. No cuenta con estacionamiento, puedes estacionar justo al frente pero en la calle. Si bien es muy cerca del aeropuerto, no recomendaría caminar cargando tu equipaje de noche, es un tanto obscuro. En general, una excelente opción si necesitas estar en la Ciudad de Guatemala, cerca del aeropuerto y el zoológico de La Aurora.
