This is a great location. In this COVID world, rest assured that all protocols are followed and the space is super clean and well maintained. I can't find any fault with my stay at all. Highly recommended.

Excellent location away from most of the noise of the city. The common spaces were more beautiful than the photos and the pool/hot tub was fantastic. The unit itself was also better than the photos; clean and big. Tom was very accommodating and accessible to the guests. Lastly, there is an eco filter water container in the unit for drinking.

First place we stayed in Guatemala! Absolutely recommend. We arrived around 12AM the check in was effortless. The apartment was very clean and the highlight for our family was the kids spaces and pool. After a day of flying I was really happy the kids could play in a safe place. You won’t regret booking this apartment! Great host!

Amazing amenities, had everything you need, the TV sizes were great, a beautiful view from the balcony, good sized bed and the place was very clean. The pool, gym, Jacuzzi and BBQ on the second floor was very useful too. Check in was very easy. The location was amazing and in one the best areas of Guatemala City, and walking distance from the most popular malls in Guatemala City with everything you need nearby. The hosts were very friendly and responsive too. I highly recommend. My stay was perfect

10/10 great experience. If you have an early flight this is the best place to stay 10min drive to the airport and you can see the planes landing/taking off. VERY clean and beautiful view. I know people say Guatemala City isn’t very safe but this area was great I even walked to a coffee shop. I will say the airport is LOUD so you will hear it all night and early in the morning. I would book here again because you can’t beat the location. Also very responsive host that allowed me to drop off my bags prior to checkin.

Muy bonito y limpio

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Working air conditioning, nice bedrooms and living space, quiet and peaceful. We definitely will be booking again. Also an easy check in process and good parking.

Gracias Hellen por ser amable, atenta y responder rápido mis preguntas. El lugar es acogedor, puedes sentirte en casa, aunque no hay microhondas, por si se te enfría la comida debes usar la estufa. Tiene una vista hermosa, el lugar es seguro y tranquilo, los residentes son muy amables y educados. Puedes pedir comida por la app aunque se demoran porque siempre hay tráfico. Los Uber conocen esas torres así que te llevarán sin contratiempo. Recomendable 100%

The apartment was clean and comfortable for two people. We found the location very convenient - close to the airport and in a nice neighborhood. Paola was always quick to respond and very accommodating, making our stay even smoother. We would definitely recommend it!
