Un séjour parfait ! Maria et son mari sont des hôtes très accueillants et sympathiques. Nous nous sentons rapidement chez nous. Le logement était propre, et confortable. L’emplacement est idéal. De bons petits déjeuner. Une excellente expérience, je recommande vivement et n’hésiterai pas à revenir !

El lugar perfecto para estar cerca del Zoológico, aeropuerto se llega caminando, Don José Daniel y su hija muy amables, gentiles, nos ofrecieron una cena deliciosa. Sin duda un lugar perfecto para quedarse si entras o llegas al país, lugar muy tranquilo, seguro volvería sin duda. Su hija nos llevó al zoológico en su carro porque estaba lluvioso. Nos acogieron como familia. El lugar es como en las fotos. Tiene un 100%.

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay with Lucy and Neri. The best Airbnb experience we have had. They are both so positive, warm and genuine and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Their humour is great, they had us laughing. They are a lesson in hospitality and kindness. Their dog Tutti and cat Raya are also incredibly loving and made our stay feel even more homely. We loved the food they made for us, all home made. One of the days they took us to see the Holy week carpets and showed us around a market.

This place was easily the highlight of all the places we stayed at in Guatemala. The attention to detail and aesthetics showed a lot of care from the hosts. The staff were super friendly. Having parking was a great convenience, and the peaceful environment despite being in town was a big plus. We’d definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Disfrutamos mucho en familia hospedándonos en Casa Bonita, esta muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, muy bien ubicada, espaciosa y con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estadía en familia, la comunicación con Roberto excelente al igual que las atenciones de Brenda, definitivamente volveríamos.

Excelente ubicacion, a solo 15 min del aeropuerto y a solo 1 km del bello hotel Western Camino Real, la zona 10 es muy chic, segura, y Alba Lucia me recibio personalmente, me dio un tour hermoso por su huerta, y oh sorpresa, me invito a cenar vegetales frescos de su huerta, mango deliciosoo dulce, y un aderezo preparado en casa muy nutritivo con semillas. Y mas sorpresas, al dia siguiente la persona que le colabora con la limpieza me preparó un desayuno riquisimo con tortillas, queso, aderezo, y cafe negro. Alba Lucia me explicó todo en detalle, me dio tips increibles, ademas me ayudo con la reserva del shuttle a panajachel que me recogió en casa a las 6 am. La casa es hermosa, rustica, colonial, se comparte con otros residentes. La habitacion es preciosa, amplia, iluminada, y un baño gigante. La decoracion muy autentica, con fotos artisticas que honran a las mujeres originarias de Guatemala. Ya reservé de nuevo y disfrutaré el ambiente elegante y artístico de zona 10.

The room was pristine and located within a hotel so there was good breakfast and every service a hotel has to offer, despite the property being a full 1 bedroom apartment.

This listing is in Zone 10, which is one of the better zones in Guatemala City. You can easily walk to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. You can do your laundry here at the listing. This rental also has multiple dedicated working spaces with chairs that properly support your back and neck while using your laptop computer. The wi-fi is reliable and fast. There's a 4-burner stove with cooking gear if you want to prepare your own meals. There's also many plants if you enjoy that kind of scenery. Willy is an excellent host who always tries to accommodate his guests with excellence and kindness. He communicates very well and applies more effort than any Airbnb host I've ever stayed with. I enjoy speaking with him, and his unique humor. Most Airbnb hosts within this price range could learn a lot from Willy. I encourage Airbnb hosts to stay here for a few days, and try to understand what guests want/need to feel welcome.

Fui muy amable, nos brindo instrucciones claras sobre como llegar y cuando tenía alguna duda respondía asap, el lugar estaba limpio y privado, no nos quedó tan lejos del Estadio Cementos Progreso, el are era tranquila sin tráfico ni ruido de la ciudad.

From the time I reserved with Ana Lucrecia, she was very responsive and communicated frequently to make sure everything was clear prior to arriving. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had a change of plans last minute and didn't stay at her location, however, she was extremely understanding and still made herself available if we needed anything while in Guatemala. While I unfortunately can't speak about her place since we had to cancel last minute, I can say with complete confidence that Ana Lucrecia goes above and beyond the call to make sure you not only have a pleasant stay but an extraordinary experience while in Guatemala. She even checked in with us to make sure things were going well on the trip days after our reservation. I highly recommend Ana Lucrecia if you want someone who truly cares about your experience.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf! De kamer is prachtig en de badkamer is schoon! We hebben ons verblijft verlengd en hadden zelfs nog langer willen blijven, helaas was het volgeboekt! Het inclusieve ontbijt is ook geweldig. Zeer aan te raden verblijf!

Palacio de Dona Beatriz is in a secure gated community. It is very safe and quiet. The facility is more beautful than the photos. The staff was wonderful, kind, helpful and responsive to all our requests. The breakfasts were outstanding and generous. We booked out the whole place for my family to stay while attending my son's wedding. We were busy, with odd hours and stressed at times. The staff was flexible and smoothed the way for us. Everyday! If you think Palacio de Dona Beatriz will meet your needs I would look no further. They have my highest recommendation!

Perfect place to rest and regenerate. The house and garden are gorgeous, the food very good, the hosts nice and helpful
