Bonito apartamento comodo.

The place was nice. It's in the city so nose should be expected, but I found that the loft was a little quieter than downstairs. the blankets were very warm. I enjoyed the view from the back balcony😊

My wife and I appreciated waking up to the sound of nature from inside Karla's beautiful villa. The villa itself is particularly beautiful in the way that it was designed and constructed. There's plenty of space with an open-feeling to the room along with a delightful balcony that is most exquisite. The solitude of total relaxation is the warm invitation to this villa. We felt very safe in the gated community found in an upscale part of town. It's located within walking distance to the center square as we walked back and forth several times for the exercise. If you get tired, there are plenty of tuk tuks available to take you around. Karla was most welcoming and was quick to respond to our needs. She helped to resolve any issue we had and even arranged last minute transportation to Panajachel when we needed it. Out of all the Airbnb listings that were available for the price, I'm confident that Karla's place was well worth the value to stay there.

Para el precio esta muy bien el alojamiento. Es cómodo, tranquilo y limpio. Solo recomendaria a las futuras personas que renten, que usen wase para llegar, ya que Google Maps me perdió por Santa Catarina, suban por la ruta de pradera Concepción si vas de ciudad capital. Aclaro que fue problema de la aplicación ya que las instrucciones que me brindaron fueron precisas.

Romeo and Wendy are extraordinary hosts! Would give them 10 stars if I could! We were able to meet them in person and they are lovely, warm people. The apartment is beautifully decorated with bright guatamalen style colors and beautiful artwork. The kitchen is well equipped, bed very comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. There is a private balcony off the bedroom that is great to enjoy the morning sun and the cool evenings. Orotava villas, beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. Nice heated pool. Many nooks to relax and enjoy the quiet, calm atmosphere. It is a very secure, safe property with a security gate and guard. The location is superb… walk to edge town is only 10 and to parc central about 20 minutes. There is a complimentary shuttle you prefer. Antiqua a wonderful city full of charm and warm people. If you visit Antiqua Romeo and Wendy villa is the place to stay!

Beautiful quaint little spot close to the airport. Nice cafe at the bottom with great staff who love to chat. Daniel is super accommodating and answered so quick when I had any questions. The spiral staircase and the art plus the awesome view was my favorite.

La estancia en la casa estuvo excelente, el lugar mostraba comodidad y tranquilidad, además los anfitriones estuvieron siempre al pendiente de que tuviéramos la mejor comodidad. La casa se encuentra en un gran punto cerca de antigua y rutas accesibles, nos encantandó el lugar.

El alojamiento está ubicado en un excelente lugar, es privado y no hay ruidos. Oakland queda a 9 minutos caminando, hay restaurantes y tiendas locales muy cerca y Madai fue una excelente host. Definitivamente recomendado!

Estuve en el lugar por un periodo bastante largo , el lugar es excelente , Super buena ubicación Alejandra es super accesible y contesta super rápido a cualquier inquietud que el huésped pueda tener . Es un excelente lugar para estadías largas y cortas lo super recomiendo .

El alojamiento no es bueno, es buenísimo!!! Julio y su esposa Helen son encantadores, atentos y muy amables, te ayudan con lo que necesites. El lugar impecable, super cómodo con todo lo que se puede necesitar y detalles bonitos que te hacen sentir bienvenida. Volvería sin dudarlo y lo recomiendo ampliamente.

The host Karin was very helpful during my stay answered my questions and the place is really nice. Modern look but very comfy couch and bed was very nice. Large blankets and more large pillows than I needed. Very nice place. Safe neighborhood and a guard at the door. Glass door to apartment entrance and only people with key cards can get in. Multiple restaurants at base of apartment. Smash burger has a great hamburger. Breakfast place is great also. Huge. Turkey, cheese and egg toasted sandwich for $5.80 USD. I would rent this place again

Todo estuvo muy bien y justo se obtuvo lo que se ofreció. El lugar súper céntrico y práctico.

Como siempre todo muy bien.

Una opción a minutos del aeropuerto La Aurora y el Zoológico. El apartamento es súper limpio y agradable. Se encuentra al final de una calle cerrada, lo que hace muy tranquilo el lugar. El anfitrión nos proporcionó suministros de baño y algunos de cocina como café, té, agua y etc., y cuenta con Wifi, Smart TV y abanico. Tomar en cuenta que es un segundo piso y las gradas son empinadas. No cuenta con estacionamiento, puedes estacionar justo al frente pero en la calle. Si bien es muy cerca del aeropuerto, no recomendaría caminar cargando tu equipaje de noche, es un tanto obscuro. En general, una excelente opción si necesitas estar en la Ciudad de Guatemala, cerca del aeropuerto y el zoológico de La Aurora.
