Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos muy bien recibidos. El lugar es espectacular, con un diseño moderno y acogedor. La limpieza es impecable y cada detalle está cuidado para brindar una experiencia de lujo. Además, el anfitrión y su equipo fueron muy atentos y nos ayudaron en todo momento. ¡Definitivamente volveremos!

I really enjoyed our stayed that I extended our stay for 10 more days. The place is amazing. My son is 9 years old on the spectrum. I am very particular about where we stay when on vacation and I have to mention that we feel so comfortable that he doesn’t want to go back home. We both love it because it really feels like home. The staff on the premises are super friendly and helpful. There’s a mini market right next door to the entrance to the building. We have walked to different restaurants that are 7 minutes walk. The pool area is perfect to enjoy with the family. I believe is a new building, because everything is in perfect condition. I promise That this apartment is way better than the 5 stars hotels in the area. I have been to all and can’t compare. Thank you for providing us with such an amazing place to vacation in.

What an amazing view! I walked inside and stopped because I was taken away from it! Very very clean and easy to find. I am from Florida and went to stay a few nights to get dental work done which was right down the street and I felt very safe and the comfort/privacy of the place made it worth everything! Highly recommend and will be coming back!

WOW- words can't describe how grateful we are for Solina's casita for the Lake Atitlan portion of our honeymoon. It was beyond perfect! Solina was so helpful with local recommendations (restaurants, tuk tuks, etc) and very responsive. She walked us through step by step how to get to the casita, and Rosenda and Ventura were waiting for us when we arrived to show us the ropes (both incredibly lovely). Ventura helped us with our bags and Rosenda made fresh bread, guac, salsa and beans to welcome us and then did our laundry before we left which was incredibly helpful as we continued our travels. The casita was BEAUTIFUL with a romantic fireplace, gorgeous view of the lake (& sunrise!). We felt very safe- it was very walk-able to San Pedro's restaurants and bars and far enough away where we weren't bothered by the noise. We could definitely hear partying from a nearby hostel/club, but with the windows closed it didn't bother us and it seemed to be a slower season for partying. Thank you!

Nos encantó la casa! Definitivamente volveremos, Jennifer fue muy buena host, siempre respondía rápido y fue muy amable. Excelente ubicación dentro del condominio.

La pasamos super! La casita tiene una excelente ubicación, la cocina está equipada con lo básico, la regadera tiene agua caliente y el espacio exterior es sumamente amplio con muchos árboles y decorado muy al estilo de Mauricio. Un excelente host quien nos atendió muy bien. Solamente recomendaría mejorar un poco la limpieza en general del lugar ya qué había un poco de polvo... Pero nada que afectara la experiencia. Estamos completamente satisfechos y con ganas de regresar.
