We enjoyed the stay very much! The staff were really nice and welcoming. The cabins themselves were comfortable and clean. The finca was beautiful and relaxing. Definitely a cool spot to stay.

Casita pitaya es un lugar muy bonito, ubicado a unos cuantos pasos de la playa del lago, (llegar es fácil solo pongan IMAP en el mapa) la casa está justo a la par, hay una tienda de conveniencia cerca de la casa los señores que venden justo enfrente de la casa son de las personas más radiantes y amables que e conocido, al igual El buen Hernán, el caserío pachitulul es un lugar mágico como sus cercanías cerro de oro (dónde está la 🚪 ixbalam) lugar que inspiro al autor del libro el principito, la anfitriona IxChel, fue extremadamente atenta, la propiedad tiene múltiples árboles frutales (asta me permitieron tomar unos cuantos 🍋 hice una deliciosa limonada wow) pararse en la puerta de la cocina y contemplar la vista, vale toda la pena !!! baño, toalla, camas, todo impecable y limpio, ES IMPORTANTE ENTENDER QUE LA CASITA PITAYA es un lugar para alejarse de la civilización, no es un lugar como San Pedro, San Juan, San Marcos, es un lugar de paz dónde se puede tener conexión.

Lugar muy bonito, tranquilo y excelentes anfitriones

I stayed at Casa de Juan for 4 days, and it was an absolutely beautiful space to be in. Jaibalito is a beautiful place. The food is fresh and the people are great. The house itself had great amentities. The kitchen was stocked well for my guests and I to cook, water was easily accessible, and everything was clean. I definitely plan to come back and book with Albert, who was very kind, accommodating, and responsive to all my question.

This place is just amazing! Right at the water with amazing views of the lake Peten. It is 1,5 hours from Flores by bus, but completely worth the way if you are looking for a place to relax. The place was clean and internet was ok for browsing. If you need to do more you can buy more data, which is positive. The community around is lovely and very friendly. There is only one shop at San Pedro (10min walking distance) with basic supplies. However, we found out you can pre-order (day before) lunch and they will prepare you a local meal. Delicious rice, fried chicken and potatoes for only Q15. Pauline was also very nice and helpful. Although there was a miscommunication on our arrival, we sort things out, and she let us stay in the main room witch was bigger, with sliding doors, private bathroom and the best view of the lake. The room I initially booked (room 3) is quite small and inside of the main house. The upgrade was definitely a plus to the experience. If you have a car, it seems there are many places to visit around. As we didn't, we spent 4 nights there relaxing. Make sure, if you don't have a car, do not leave on Sundays as there is no way back to Flores other then asking for a ride to someone who passes by. No bus, no taxi and not many cars in the street (at least on Sunday mornings). We learnt that by waiting for 3 hours outside until someone gave us a ride to San Jose where we got the minivan to Flores. It ended up actually enjoying this experience as it was unique for us. Well, we would definitely recommend this place!

El anfitrión y sus hijos muy amables. Mandaron a personal a ayudarnos a bajar el equipaje. notas aceptaron con cuatro perritas, nos dieron indicaciones para que ellas pudieran pasarla tranquilas y sin ningún inconveniente. Además, habían nidos de los animales de finca y nos lo hicieron hacer con anticipación para tener cuidado por las perritas. El lugar era muy seguro.

It was our best stay in Guatemala, and I highly recommend it!!! The hosts were charming and accommodating, and we enjoyed walking around the beautiful farm and enjoying the great view of the volcanoes. The entire family enjoyed our time here, and the baby did as well. What a special place.

If I could give this place 10 stars out of 5, I would!! ⭐️ It is absolutely a gem. Do be prepared. It is isolated. It is not in the town of Antigua, and it takes an Uber ride up to San Cristobal and then the very generous friendly hosts 😊 will pick you up and give you a ride up through the forest to your place on top of the mountain. It is worth every minute! This is one of those rare, unique, and memorable stays that you will never forget. The views from the top of the mountain are breathtaking. A tour of their exquisite avocado farm, and all of the amenities and developments they have built are just astonishing. Claudia, Paulina, Pablo, and Milton treated us as family… Maybe even better! 😉 We had privacy in our own place, but they were always available when we needed anything or had questions, which was actually pretty often. The places are clean, modern, comfortable, and luxurious. It’s a stay you will remember forever. Highly, highly recommend!!!

Wonderful as a cheap option in a beautiful location. If you like things squeaky clean, this isn’t the place for you. But for us for a few nights, considering the price, we didn’t mind. There’s no hot water, but this wasn’t an issue for us either. Super close to centre of San Juan and to an amazing lake view with swimming spot. Being able to share a form bed made this place very affordable for a couple. Marcos was so hospitable and kind. Thanks for everything!

We had a great experience staying at this farm house. Place was so peaceful and very clean. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Josuè and his wife are accommodating and very welcoming to their place. We had breakfast in the morning and it was delicious, plus having breakfast at their beautiful patio was a big bonus. You can tell that they love their place and take good care of it: I just wish we would had stayed longer.

fue una decisión exelente de tomar nuestros últimos días de viaje en Villas Campanarios, La atención de Claudia es de primera, tuvimos también el gusto de compartir con Gregory, Blanca, y sus familiares. excelentes personas, (gracias por el buen vino y el Limoncello hecho en casa) no menos era la presencia de Paulina, con sus desayunos fabulosos y la madera para la chimenea.el lugar es para tener momentos de paz, las vistas hermosas desde el mirador, las caminatas son muy buenas entre la plantación de aguacates, los aguacates son la bendición del lugar, buenísimos, Gracias por llenarnos la cesta de aguacates y limones. se debe llevar un poco de provisiones, cafe, aperitivos si deseas tener todo a la mano para disfrutar el lugar con calma, esta fuera, en un lugar que llegas solamente a través de la disposición de Claudia y su familia. muy amables en cuanto a los viajes hacia Antigua diariamente. Otra vez Gracias a todos por los bellos y buenos momentos en este lugar. Gracias Claudia.
