L'appartement correspond à la description et était propre. Il est idéalement situé, juste à côté du pont qui mène sur l'île de Flores. Il y a les équipements nécessaires pour y passer quelques jours et cuisiner des choses simples. Agréable d'avoir la climatisation ! Je recommande !!

Upon arrival, everything was precisely as Jorge offered, which gave us an incredible feeling of trust in our expectations from day one onwards. We stayed for a month and fell in love with the apartment locations and amenities. Jorge is a very enthusiastic host with great communication skills, letting us know about situations in the country while we stayed. Jorge was open to promptly fulfilling our requests and responded to our messages efficiently. For all the reasons abovementioned, we strongly recommend Jorge's apartment to anybody looking for a great location and accommodation in the heart of Guatemala City. El apartamento cumple con todo lo necesario he indispensable para hacer de tu estancia una muy cómoda. Está a 20min de Antigua Guatemala, que a decir verdad no son muchos KMs pero la calle es un poco empedrada (uno de sus mayores atractivos desde luego) pero por eso se maneja con cuidado y eso demora un poco, pero más allá del camino, sus espacios están muy bien distribuidos y una de las cosas que más me gustó es que hay estacionamiento privado, tanto dentro como fuera de la propiedad. El clima es agradable y durante la noche se adapta muy bien a las habitaciones. Sin duda, lo recomiendo a futuros huéspedes.

Gabriel’s place was clean, peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The garden was majestic, full of blooming roses. It is a big roomy house and was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and there was more than enough towels and bed linen. I recommend Gabriel’s place without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is 10 minutes away from everything. There were quite a lot of turns to get to the house but that’s just how it is in the city. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe being there. The house was clean overall but there were always critters that got in somehow, not the fault of the host. It’s just Guatemala. I did have a tiny problem with the person in charge of cleaning but I contacted the host Fabian and he corrected it immediately. Thanks again! Thanks again Fabian. I definitely look forward to staying here again in the near future. I will recommend to my family and friends.

Una casa muy linda y acogedora. La casa es antigua pero la tienen muy bien cuidada y los muebles son todos bonitos. Sin duda te quedan ganas de volver a ir.

The place was excellent, very cozy and comfortable, in a great area and you can walk easily to centric places. The hosts are kind and very helpful. I would definitely like to stay again, it was an overall great experience.

Es un apartamento muy lindo muy bien ubicado, las fotos se quedan cortas Erika tienen amueblado el apartamento con un gusto exquisito con todo lo necesario me he quedado en muchos Airbnb y podría decir que este ha sido uno de los más completos Erika ha pensado hasta en el último detalle para que uno se sienta como en casa la cocina con todo lo necesario el baño igual sus sábanas, camas y almohadas riquísimas en fin estoy encantada con el apartamento además Erika es muy atenta y responde muy rápido los mensajes volvería con todo gusto lo súper recomiendo.
