Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour à cet endroit bucolique. Très bien situé près de Tilarãn et des endroits où nous allions pêcher à 30 minutes de l'endroit. le micro climat de cette région fut très confortable et nous y retournerons très certainement. la communication avec Dyanne fut efficace et fluide. Elle était toujours disponible.

A wonderful gem outside of downtown La Fortuna! Definitely worth it if you want a little more privacy and don’t care for the fancy resorts past downtown. Surprisingly, we didn’t really have many issues with bugs, although we did keep a towel down from the door to the bathroom (it’s also the dry season which I’m sure helps). Beds were very comfy, the jacuzzi was great. Security was so nice to have. We didn’t go through XPlore Arenal (tour company service at the place), but it looked great as well!! Would certainly recommend the space to anyone wanting a little bit of privacy, and is willing to drive just a little bit farther for all the excursions. (Note: we were out of the pickup range for an excursion we did with La Roca Canyoning, if that matters to anyone. We just met them downtown, which was an easy fix, so the location is truly great still IMO).

Buen lugar en buena ubicación. Muy bien el anfitrión Alfredo, ya que en todo momento estuvo pendiente a cualquier ayuda que yo pudiera necesitar.

From start to finish it was seamless. We had a great stay. All the services recommended by the host were first class. We got a massage and took a boat tour to a volcano and then hung out in the Hot Springs for the day. Highly recommend. My only recommendation would be to brush up on your español

Excelente lugar, para desconectarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza. El alojamiento es super precioso, decorado con buen gusto y muy limpio. Se pasa excelente allí.

Jose was so responsive, I could always count on him to respond within an hour throughout the booking process and our stay. The free tour is so worth booking his listings; my 3 kids under 6 had so much fun. Jose, his cousin Gabriel, and neighbor Justin joined us for the horseback riding tour of the property. The horses were so gentle, and we also got to feed baby goats. Along the trail found a sloth, a red-darted frog, stingless bees, so many cicada sheddings and leaf-cutter ants. We tasted fresh guava and coconut juice, rope swung on a tree branch, and dipped in a refreshing stream! Tour ended with some cold juice at his home and it was perfection. The location is just 15 min away from la Fortuna. It is closer to Two Little Monkeys chocolate tour which is popular for family with little kids, than some of the better known resorts that are west of La Fortuna. The location felt safe and less busy. The town of Chachagua is only 5 minutes away and has most amenities like ATM and market

Really nice safe place a bit out of town but not far. Very clean and host was very responsive. He left us the best fresh coconuts! Nice stay.

Raquel’s place was amazing! Raquel was very responsive, kind and helpful. The home was great, very clean and cozy. The location is great as well! It’s a 10 minute walk to the grocery store, and a three minute walk to a great restaurant. I highly recommend staying here!

Greetings, I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. We loved the views of the lake and mountains. The view from the living room is a constant reminder of the incredible natural beauty of Arenal. We enjoyed how the morning light fills the house, especially the main bedroom. We cooked almost every day. Great stove and a well equipped kitchen was a plus and saved us a lot of money. The house is cozy with great views. The grounds are beautiful and enhance the surrounding natural beauty. We really enjoyed the quiet comfort of the house and the environment you have created. Wonderful place to stay in La Fortuna! Our family enjoyed three great nights with amazing views of the volcano. Enjoyed the sounds of the tree frogs and cicadas at night. Such a beautiful place to visit and a great place to stay. I would highly recommend unless you have difficulty with stairs.

Me sentí bastante cómodo, una zona muy bonita, disfrute bastante mi estancia y de viajar por la zona, sin dudas me volvería a hospedar en el mismo lugar!

La locación es increíble, si lo que busca es tranquilidad y paz este es el espacio. Muy cerca de Santa Clara y hasta el portón todo asfaltado. Y Marisol nos atendió a las mil Maravillas. Para volver definitivamente.

neat little place in small non tourist town. tiny house but had what we needed. backs up to a little river. Brian was really helpful and kind. easy 30 minute drive to Tenorio National Park. nice little open air restaurant on site. we had a nice authentic Costa Rican dinner there. was nice to use washer and dryer. this place is not fancy or luxury, but if you need a clean place with good host we would recommend it and stay there again.

El chalet es tan bonito y acogedor como en las fotos. Es un lugar súper tranquilo, con un bosque y un río detrás que hacen que la experiencia sea aún más especial. En la noche llovió y fue riquísimo dormir con el sonido de la lluvia en el techo. Despertar por la mañana y ver el río por la ventana sin tener que levantarse fue simplemente encantador. La primera mañana costó salir de la cama. Está ubicado en un barrio camino a Katira, donde acaban de pavimentar la calle. Hay una pulpería chiquita en la salida, lo cual es útil. Está fuera del bullicio turístico de Río Celeste, pero sigue estando cerca, a solo 15 minutos en carro. La cocina es pequeña, pero equipada con lo necesario. Nos dejaron bebidas en la mini refri y frutas en la mesa, perfectas para llevar a las caminatas. ¡Milton (padre e hijo) son muy amables! Y gracias por las velitas contra los zancudos, ¡detalle muy útil!
