Housy’s place made me feel at home and the security staff made me feel like family. The view was great and I'm happy I chose this place. They were helpful and attentive and I will book with them again. Amazing overall!

Beautiful place and great location

Check in and 24 hours reception was great! Local was good. Lots to do and walk around and safe. The apartment was nice and spacious and the cleaning staff was nice. Kitchen had all I needed and the gym and jazzuci on the roof top were really nice! The only negative was the street outside was loud. I think it echos easily and many nights until late the parking people in the orange vests are outside yelling at each other for hours and talking very loudly. I even sleep with ear plugs and could hear them .

I had an exceptional stay at Torres Santamaria in the Laureles neighborhood. The apartment's central location was ideal, with numerous restaurants just steps from the building. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout my stay. The space itself was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The reliable WiFi was a definite plus. Overall, this apartment offered outstanding value for money, combining convenience, comfort, and an excellent location for a truly enjoyable experience in Laureles.

5 stars. Clean. First class. Looks like the pictures. Plenty of extra linens. Confortable bed. Full amenities in the bathroom Outstanding buiding security. Identification required for all who enter. Excelllent restaurant on 4th floor right next to the pool. Gym is adequate and functional. Pool is open until 10pm. This may be the best Airbnb stay that I have ever had.

If you’re looking for a local feel away from most tourists places like Poblao then this is your place! It’s a walkable distance from La Setenta, the soccer stadium, outside gym and metro. The room is spacious for singles and perfect for couples anything more would be a crowd. The rooftop deck has AMAZING views. You can see and hear futbol games & concerts from the rooftop at estadio. The front desk attendant was nice to have for security as well. Overall, que chimbaaa vibras!! 🫶 Book it!

The location was ideal, nestled close to shopping centers and an abundance of fantastic dining choices all around. Overall, my experience was truly outstanding. I can't recommend Jose's and their property highly enough!

Second time at the property and there will be A THIRD! Christian and John were excellent as always and the property felt like a home away from home. The attended lobby was key in the whole experience! It’s like living in a doorman building, lol. We had the linens changed mid-week and they cleaned the whole house! Five stars across the board!

Perfect location if you want to be around the nightlife and restaurants

The place is very nice and cozy. Perfect for a single person staying a few months. The room is cool especially with the circulation of the fan. Nice and clean! There's a small desk in the room to work at, also a desk in the hallway or shared space. The location is nice and quiet. A Lil distance from the metro but if you like to walk Laureles is a great place for it. A lot of nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby in walking distance. 7 or 8 minute walk to the Uni Centro Mall. You can get a lot of fresh fruit from local farmers nearby which are delicious! So the location is perfect. Also the river is in walking distance. There's a nice park there people have picnics, fly kites, walk there dogs etc. But overall great stay. Viviana and her Husband are great people. very friendly and always attentive. Never any major issues. Were willing to help at check in and Check out. I'm looking forward to coming back REALLY SOON!

I very much enjoyed my stay at Diego's place. The apartment is like in the photos, fairly quiet, with a very nice outdoor area surrounded by trees. Diego was very friendly and helpful. He even showed me how to get to the supermarket nearby and helped me do my shopping the day after I arrived! He always responded quickly when I needed something. I highly recommend Diego's place. The only thing if you have mobility issues, there is a big step to get into the shower.

spent one month in Pablo’s apartment and had a great experience. as a host he is communicative and will make the extra effort to ensure your accommodation is just as you would like to be treated. the unit is as pictured/advertised in which the washer/dryer unit makes it very ideal for long term stays which is attractive for those who work remote. additionally , the community itself it well maintained with hospitable security guards for the sense of comfort. there is a family grocery stores as well as D1 within walking distance to supplement any grocery or convenience necessities. the location is well centered between poblado and the downtown area, alongside public transport whether metro or bus stops
