If you are seeking for a peaceful retreat in nature this place is for you. Nice ocean breeze very well shaded property, did not miss air conditioning at all. Make a left at the boat ramp go to dead end of street make a right, you will find a trail to a paradise view. Great for walking and swimming. Natural serene location. We loved our stay. Safe location. Highly recommend Frank and Vivs place. Thank you!

Place was clean and peaceful. it looked just like the pictures provided. a little difficult to find unit parking once on property. I usually get property with laundry and doors were locked and host never got back to me once I notified him indeed access. other than that a great place

Wilfredo was so helpful to us! His place was super clean and such a reasonable price! Had nice little extras like the shampoo conditioner dispenser in the shower! He has a great personality and I would recommend his to place to anyone! We’ve stayed at many places throughout the years and his is definitely one of the better if not the best place we have stayed! We had a great stay at Pedro’s apartment. The pool and the beach were amazing! The location is central and even walking distance to a couple of pretty good food/drink places. And, there are even more restaurants if you walk down the beach. Walking into the apartment, it feels much bigger than the photos look. It is clean and the air conditioning was great. We appreciated the washer/dryer. There are some general comfort things we enjoy when we travel that we missed in this apartment. The “hot water” is NOT hot and there is hardly any pressure at all. The kitchen isn’t well equipped. We had to buy a cookie sheet and oven mitts to reheat leftovers. The beds were okay, but the couches, chairs, and outdoor furniture were not very comfortable. One unnerving thing - all the smoke detectors were missing. Overall, we had a really nice stay. Pedro is pleasant but not super quick to respond. Checkout was very easy.

My Mom and I took a trip to Puerto Rico and stayed a week at Casa Birdsong hosted by Mary and Jim. Check in was easy. The space was clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds and furniture and all amenities as described. Always found everything we needed and they provided plenty of things one might accidentally forget to bring. The private pool was a huge plus and it was quite large. Good ocean view from the patio and pool as well. There is a small road in between the property and the ocean, but the road was never very busy, so not an issue. Lots of walkable restaurants that had great food, good prices, and fantastic ocean views. The immediate beach is not the best for swimming, but there’s an accessible one about 1km South and if you have a car there are several amazing ones within a 30-40 or so minute drive. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay. This has to be one of my favorite spots. I felt so at peace. We spent most of our time in the sunroom and on the deck. There was surfing right outside and you can take nice long walks on the beach. Luis was an EXCELLENT host. Excellent communication and flexibility with check out. I honestly didn't want to leave. Great location near Rincon, yet just enough outside you get more of a peaceful relaxing vibe. Highly recommend.

One block from a great swimming beach. The outdoor pool and living area was awesome! A/C inside house (4 units) was perfect for sleeping. Kitchen/Dining/Living room space is very spacious. We requested a few things from the host and he was very quick to get us what we needed and he was very friendly. Great location for day trips and only 15 minute drive to Rincon. The street that it's on is quiet.

Steven’s house was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home—spacious, beautifully maintained, and just as stunning as the photos. Nestled on a quiet dead-end street, the location struck the perfect balance between seclusion and convenience, with everything we needed just a short 8-minute drive away. We had read past reviews mentioning rough road conditions, but it looks like that’s a thing of the past—the road has been freshly paved and is in great shape now. Just take it slow on the final steep decline, and you’re good to go! What truly set this stay apart was how well-equipped and thoughtfully designed the home was. Every little detail added to the comfort, making it an ideal retreat for a relaxing getaway or a family trip. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-located stay with plenty of space and charm, this place is great for you.

The house was very cute and clean, and Wilmer was very helpful. He was super attentive and even provided us with local places to eat. I genuinely recommend this airbnb to anyone!

Beautiful house and perfect location to explore Rincon. We spent most of our time at the surf beaches which are about 5-minutes away if you drive. The house has wonderful amenities and lots of room to spread out. The pool is wonderful! If you are looking for a slice of heaven...don't hesitate to book Casa Tsabar.

I had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful beachfront property in Aguada, Puerto Rico! From the moment I arrived, I was mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the beach right from the balcony. The location was absolutely perfect—waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying sunsets over the ocean was pure bliss. The home was well-appointed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My family and I had a beautiful, relaxing vacation here.

We really enjoyed our stay! The area was great and the condo had everything we needed including beach chair and towels, which made the trip so easy. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying breakfast while watching the waves.

This place was absolutely AMAZING & was the perfect spot to accommodate our 9 person group. Each room has privacy, space to move around, and the location is phenomenal. We were very central to everything we wanted to do in Aguadilla and Rincón. We will absolutely be returning. 10000/10. Thank you Maria!

The Place was clean and cozy, with modern amenities. The location was perfect, close to restaurants the beach was steps away and close to All the Top beaches on the Westside. The host was friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended!

Spectacular apartment with the waves crashing next to you. Moonlight over the water through the window every night of the bedroom. Everything was perfect and beautiful. AC worked great. Worth noting it is a 4th floor walkup. No elevator, however the owner discloses this in the listing. Would absolutely go again.

Erica was an amazing host. She provided a great guide, was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The apartment was way more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It was also very clean and tidy as were the property grounds and pool area. The back is literally right there and the sunsets were amazing. I highly recommend this property. The only thing to consider is that there is no elevator so I would reconsider if you are traveling with little ones or people who have a hard time going up the stairs.

El apartamento demasiado limpio, equipado, organizado y hermoso! El complejo como tal es perfecto para pasar unos días en familia y a la vez relajarse. Muy tranquilo, callado y organizado. Definitivamente volveremos a hospedarnos, quedamos encantados con el lugar y la experiencia. ¡Agradecidos!
