We LOVED the place! The depiction was great but there were many more delightful discoveries as we explored the place. It rained while we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi as much. I wished the jacuzzi was heated, but it was a beautiful scenery with accent lights in pool and jacuzzi! The beds were comfortable and clean. The home was very clean! Great location, gated community near many shopping opportunities. Edwin was a supreme host able to guide you to whatever you need and very responsive 24/7! When I return I could definitely return here. Many areas in the home to sit and relax, it can provide privacy even with many people residing. Had a magnificent time!

Beautiful hidden gem. Cabin was equipped with everything we needed. Stocked kitchen, clean bedrooms, washer/dry, extra supplies. Fun and relaxing time throughout the property: hot tub, kayak and fishing, beautiful landscape for photos, pool table, and board games. We caught several fish for meals. Be careful not to travel at night and in a small car. The roads are narrow, winding and dark. We would have liked more security for access doors to feel safer at night. We would definitely recommend others who like more adventurous stay.

Beautiful rental. The views were amazing. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The resort is very kid friendly with a kids pool and playground. The restaurant on site was delicious. We went there multiple times. Overall we enjoyed everything about our stay.

The Marabella Club condo is a unit on the 3rd floor with a mountain view and a few steps to the pool area and beach. Very quiet and beautiful. We would walk along the beach or lay by the pool and see very few people. Mostly Americans and very friendly employees particularly appreciated Gustavo at the gate (who can answer questions and provide helpful suggestions). When you arrive, there is one gated entrance into Palmas Del Mar and another gate into Marbella Club. The condo was clean, very soft bath towels and linens. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has a cabinet with condiments, basics, newer appliances, coffeemaker, airfryer. The countertop could be updated but very clean. We stopped after airport and bought groceries at Ralph’s in Humecao as there is only a small market in Palmas Del Mar (plaza). The only challenge was the elevator is not available now as they are installing a new one so you must use the stairs. Favorite restaurant- Bocata! Thank you Jose!

I can’t thanks enough for a wonderful stay. Amazing house, beautiful surroundings and the hosts so attentive and friendly. Good restaurants and places just to go and relax. The house is very welcoming and is equipped with anything you need from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Everything was clean oh! and the perfect spot in the mornings is the cute balcony with different plants and you can see a couple little turtles in the pond(perfect for coffee time). We are very happy to found this beautiful place.

Amazing place to stay if you are looking for some peace and relaxation. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Absolutely love that the pool was just a few feet away from the terrace! We had a great weekend! Cannot thank the hosts enough for being attentive and responsive!

Great place to stay with a beautiful layout. The pool access from balcony was amazing , my daughter loved it and highly recommended for a relaxing vacation.

My second time staying there and I love it every time will stay again

This place is incredible. Multiple people in our group said they slept like a baby every night. Fall asleep to the sounds of Coquis and wake up to the sound of songbirds. We came in mid-March. It got a little chilly at night, and perfect during the day. So many people were asking me about the place when I posted on social media. We left yesterday. I already miss it.

We had our wedding here at the home, words cannot describe how beautiful everything was. The home accommodated me and my family and the beach was right in the backyard to have our intimate small wedding.. thank you ❤️

The house was beautiful, very old school. No electricity in the house just a few solar lights throughout. The fridge and stove run off of gas as well as the water heater. The views are absolute amazing, it feels like you’re sitting in the middle of the mountains ! The only thing to keep in mind is there is quite a hike from where you park your car after the gate entrance to the house. It’s about a 10 min hike down from where you park it’s not horribly steep my aunt of 62 who’s in good shape did it without much issues but after a good rain it gets very slippery. Other than the hike it was a beautiful place. You definitely won’t need AC being this high up in the mountains it felt amazing at night. It was like being surrounded by nature we even had a coqui insist on joining us inside ! The dogs also loved it ! We would for sure come back again !

We had an amazing stay at this home! The location couldn’t have been better. The space is beautifully designed, making it feel like a peaceful retreat. The highlight of the property was definitely the back patio. The view was stunning! It was the perfect spot to relax, enjoy morning coffee, and unwind in the evenings. I highly recommend this place and we can’t wait to return!

Our stay was truly restful amongst the sweet sounds of the coqui frogs. We slept well on the comfortable bed. Easy to find with the precise location the host provided. Very responsive when we called upon arrival to access the gate securing the property.

Kory is a great host. Beautiful property. Definately would recommend. Hope to be able to visit again soon.

We had a great experience! The house was comfortable, had the basic kitchen equipment, and the pool was amazing. Edwin was quick to respond when the WiFi went out Ava had it fixed in 15 minutes. I would stay here again! Great host and great house!

The condo was beautiful for our 2 families! The resort was lovely to walk around and rent a golf cart to explore and go to restaurants. Phil made it super easy to rent a golf cart and the condo had all the necessities for a comfy stay. Our 2 families of kids loved the layout of the bunk bed room, and I really appreciated the other 2 bedrooms had king size beds. The layout of the condo was great for all of us to connect and have space to cook and eat. The condo was located right on the beach and near 3 pools! Phil also had all the amenities for the beach. We enjoyed leisurely days swimming, walking, and going out to eat around the resort. To plan-Many of the resort activities (beach club with the waterslides that is located within walking distance and the tennis courts) are an extra fee and available Monday-Thursday for guests. We truly appreciated the ability to relax, connect, and play out in the sun all day. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!

The house and grounds were beautiful and looked just like the pictures. Unfortunately hurricane Beryl hit us on day three and the property and pool were littered with debris. Carla’s team was there the next day and did a great job cleaning up the property. Unfortunately the pool was unusable for the remainder of our stay but we still had the beach to enjoy.

This is a beautiful spot - Beach Village is between the beach and the golf course. We walked on the beach every day and sat on the back patio if it rained or watching the sunset over the golf course. The patio area was especially nice for these units because the AC output was not on the porch but around the corner on the side of the building. The villa was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels. All the plumbing & appliances worked well. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Luis was very responsive if we had questions. The view straight out the front of the unit is not the best because it's across the street from the back of the hotel, but we never spent time looking out there - the view out the back is lovely - that's where the porch/ patio is & the view from the living room. Overall, this was better than other Beach Village villas that we have stayed in. We had a great time & would love to go back.

Beautiful views of the ocean. Loved having coffee looking out at the ocean every day. Cute and comfortable vacation home for our family of five. We didn’t use the downstairs bedroom (only for a load a laundry and to use the 2nd bathroom). Air conditioning units in each room were used when in the house got warm at night. It was communicated several time that the weekends are pretty “festive” and you can hear cars playing loud music from the road so that wasn’t a surprise. Sound machines are provided but we actually travel with one for our youngest child. After the first night the traffic noise/occasional loud playing car music didn’t bother us and only really noticed it on the weekend. Excellent communication ahead of our stay & during our stay. Hector was very friendly when posing questions. Actually everyone in the area was very friendly. We were glad we avoided the crowds in San Juan and experienced Patillas. Would definitely recommend this home to other families.

Mi familia y yo tuvimos la mejor experiencia 😂 Con todo y el apagón de despedida de año el lugar y la propiedad superaron la expectativa. Ruben fue siempre responsive y nos mantuvimos en comunicación y se ofreció en ayudar en todo momento. La primera vez viajando con mi mascota y este lugar lo permitió, la casa está equipada completa. De verdad 20/10

We rented the apartment for 2 months and it couldn’t have been better! Host was very hospitable and approachable, the place is true to it’s pictures (as cozy as it is beautiful), it’s quiet and safe, and definitely more than what we expected. Truly a MUST if you’re ever planning on staying in the area.
