Our experience at this Airbnb was simply spectacular! We are a family of four, and all had a great time. The common areas are perfect for sharing family moments, and the bedrooms offer a beautiful view that truly took our breath away. The photos don’t do it justice; the place is exceptional The kitchen is very well equipped, which made our stay so much easier. Additionally, the internet worked perfectly, and we brought our own Fire Stick, which was a great decision. If I could suggest anything, it would be to bring some blankets to make watching TV more comfortable and to feel even more at home. But overall, everything was amazing We felt right at home during our stay. The view and access to the beach are simply incredible and priceless. We definitely recommend this place and hope to return in the future. Thank you Cecilia for such a wonderful experience.

Nos encantó el lugar, muy tranquilo, con ambiente familiar y más que nada nos fascinó que esta en la orilla de la playa. Muy buena ubicación hay tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes cercanos. Muy lindo el lugar

We've stayed in many properties in Condominios Pilar for nearly 30 years. This condo was one of our favorites. It's in the northernmost corner of the Pilar property, so its a little further walk to the pool or main office, but it's very conveniently located to the parking area. This made the unloading and loading in the summer heat and humidity (the worst part of our annual vacation) very easy. The gated porch was ideal for managing our small dog and my toddler during the daily excursions to and from the beach. Everything indoors is well maintained and functions well. Lynn was very responsive throughout our stay. The water went out the morning after we arrived and I messaged Lynn - we quickly found out many condos were impacted and she was able to inform us that the property was managing an issue with the generators and that it was going to be resolved shortly. Her attentiveness and clearly positive relationship with Pilar brings a great peace of mind. Look forward to renting again!

What a great place to stay. Excellent location. Condo is simple but nice, clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short term get away! Will try and return here!

Muy agradable estancia, la pasamos muy contentos en familia, tuvimos un que otro detalle pero los anfitriones solucionaron rápidamente, muy recomendable y es tal cual se muestra en las fotos pero más espacioso. Hermosa playa sin piedras. Zona muy segura y privada, muy recomendado.

Muy bonita y espaciosa la casa. Mucho más que las fotos. La vista desde la terraza espectacular. Todo muy limpio. Brenda muy al pendiente y resolviendo cualquier conveniente que se pueda presentar. La alberca muy grande. Sin duda volveremos muy pronto.

This is a lovely condo in Condominios Pilar, which is a very special place in a beautiful location. The tile finishes in the kitchen and bathroom have been tastefully updated and the furnishings are comfortable. The hosts were extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. The only issue we had was the hot water heater was not on when we arrived. This was solved by asking one of the Pilar guards on duty to light it. The condo’s wifi was in and out over the course of our week long stay, but there are other networks available at Pilar if you really need it. I always bring a few extra crucial kitchen supplies and linens just in case and these came in handy. Overall a lovely unit and wonderful hosts. Enjoy!

Beautiful location with a view of the estuary and the ocean. Perfect condo for a week away. Had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy! We would love to stay here again next time.

Timothy's place is all about the view - so beautiful! We lived on the balcony and enjoyed the ever-changing rhythms of each day. The bird life is amazing- Pelicans and gulls, white egrets and blue herons, terns, cormorants, osprey and vultures all day long. The bay was calm and peaceful and we loved swimming and kayaking in it and out into the waterway. We enjoyed the boats coming and going into the Marina around the bend. Morning coffee, yoga, afternoon lunch, happy hour on the balcony were all perfect. We did drive into several restaurants in the area and enjoyed those. The Caracol neighborhood is lovely and we loved our morning walks through the area with all the varied sea and home views. Tim was very kind and helpful with any questions/ needs we had - We will be back!

Excelente una casa súper bonita con una vista espectacular al mar y al tetakawi !! Gabriel muy atento en todo momento sin duda volvería !!! El único detalle es que para entrar a la cerrada solo hay dos controles y era un poco difícil estar yendo en carro a abrir y volviendo para volver a abrir para que se fuera alguien , pero de ahí en fuera todo excelente !!!!! Increíble casa y locación, de seguro regresamos muchas veces más.

La propiedad la recibimos en óptimas condiciones de limpieza y equipamiento. Está en una zona que garantiza tranquilidad y privacidad, a unos pasos de la playa y a distancia de a pie de clubs de playa. La atención del anfitrión fue excelente, respondiendo rápido y muy amable. Seguramente volveremos a hospedarnos ahí.

Wonderful spot to relax and enjoy. When there are holidays the hotel down the beach gets loud but they calm down by 10 PM. The house was exactly as described, easy to find, and the hosts responsive but really left us to enjoy the stay. Completely recommend, especially for families.

Had a great stay! The place was beautiful and everything was like new! Would definitely stay there again.
