Me & my friends loved the air bnb it was perfect for us, very cute & luxurious in the inside, nice amount of space, great host, power did go out once during our 5 day stay only for about 30 min but luckily they have battery back ups, which saved us, would stay here again.

This was an amazing experience, I felt right at home and it was very roomy with me and my 3 kids and my niece. The hosts were very responsive when I needed to ask a question which is a plus. Will definitely book again in the future !

Ana Laura and Javier are excellent hosts. They are very communicative and proactive -- they offered a lot of great recommendations and were also quick to answer questions. The house itself is a great space. It was well stocked with everything you'd need, from paper towels to beach towels to kitchen necessities. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great and equipped with the necessities. The common spaces were fabulous -- lots of space for dining, playing games, watching a movie together, hanging out by the pool. The neighborhood is quiet. You'll need a car if you stay here, but this is the case in general in PR. It was a great central location for the airport, Old San Juan, and other day trips that we took both to the east and the west. We loved hanging out on the patio at night after a day of adventures. Overall, it was a great place!

Ivan was super helpful, sent us all the information we needed to get in and enjoy our stay and was super helpful with quick communication throughout the stay with things that we needed.

We have being staying at Marco’s for a few years in a now, and it has always being great. We sure, be back next year.

We stayed at Margas place for 9 days. The area is very safe (this is extremely important when you rent in an area you are not familiar with), the house is comfortable, very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. There is a supermarket within walking distance and the mall is not too far. The space is big enough to accommodate 6 people as described in the listing. This Airbnb is exactly as described and will come back again. Marga’s communication was great and she was always available .

This was my favorite airbnb experience of my life. The house is so unbelievably comfortable, everything is almost 15 minutes to anything you possibly want to do on the island, I got to see so many beautiful animals right behind the house, the sun rises RIGHT ALONG THE BACKYARD, and the host / entire family were SO WARM AND WELCOMING! I knew it was going to be a great stay when the very first day our host showed up to our house with a freshly cut papaya that they just took down that morning. It was so unbelievably fresh and delicious. My girlfriend and I also had the privilege of staying here during the infamous New Year’s Eve blackout!!! We were so lucky that the house had a back up generator and that everything we possibly needed, the host made sure of. It was pretty hard to find food on New Year’s Eve, and the host came by with a plethora food for us. I can’t get over how intimate the stay was & I can’t wait to come back & experience it again!!This stay is how airbnb SHOULD BE :)

Great bang for your buck. Good host.The Airbnb is located in a quiet area and isn’t far from all the action. Equipped with AC in every room which was amazing definitely recommend this place especially if you want to explore the island as you have a driveway available so parking the rental isn’t a hassle. I will definitely stay again!

This was one of the best stays i’ve ever had!! We rented a car making everywhere accessible. It felt very private and clean and the front patio was so so nice to have. Hoping to come back some day

My family was flying in to San Juan and needed a place close to the airport for a one night stay. Rodolfo’s place was perfect for the three of us: an easy drive from the airport, simple to find, and easy to get in. I especially appreciated the parking spot directly in front of the apartment. Beds were clean and comfortable. We were happy to find cold bottles of water in the refrigerator. The only problem we experienced was mosquitoes in the rooms, especially surprisingly given we only opened the front door once upon arrival. But the insects didn’t ruin an otherwise pleasant stay and we would happily return here

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!

Me and my five girlfriends stayed here on our spring break and it was wonderful! The location was perfect we were all very comfortable and loved having a home to cook and hang out at!! It was very clean, the AC worked great, and host was easy to contact and so kind! Felt very safe here:)

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect very central to all of San Juan and Condado. The space was spotless and incredibly clean, and the area felt safe and convenient. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our trip, always available if we needed anything. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for making our trip so comfortable and enjoyable!

The photos don't do the place justice. it's a large studio, at least 500 sq ft with a sliding divider in case you want a little privacy from your traveling companion. The owner communicated instantly and I didn't have one issue. there was even soap in the shower and laundry detergent. He was very flexible with leaving luggage pre and post. the complex is great. pool, beach is right outside the gate. Great for an evening stroll. highly recommended !

Pat's place is exactly as it is listed. The area has a superb relaxing vibe and is just across the street from a small semi-private beach. Further down the block are many restaurants and bars that you can enjoy day or night. The location is situated in a very short driving distance from Old San Juan, Isla Verde and Carolina. We returned every night after 9pm and always had a parking spot available. The air conditioning and shower heat was perfect! Would definitely stay with Pat the next time we visit! 😁

Jose’s place was a wonderful place for us to stay while discovering San Juan! While we were not in the apartment much, when we were, we were so pleased with how quiet, calm, and relaxing the space was. For it being 87 degrees everyday during our stay, we were never too hot and often would have to turn the AC off because it was too strong, which is definitely a great problem to have in Puerto Rico!! There are many, many things within walking distance to the apartment, and Old San Juan is a just very short and cheap uber ride away. Jose was amazing during our stay and always answered questions lightning fast and even provided amazing recommendations to near by restaurants! He also was very accommodating to us checking in early and out late. This apartment is the perfect choice for those who plan on discovering all the amazing things Puerto Rico has to offer!!

Mr. Sergio was a great host, the Airbnb was very clean and safe. We were a party of 5 and the Airbnb had everything we needed and more, you can tell he puts effort into making sure his guest have all the amenities needed. The AC worked great, TV’s were a nice addition, beds were comfortable, he included many towels-beach and shower, mirrors, and more. There was a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, and all the little things, like febreeze and extra toilet paper. One trivial thing we encountered were the shower doors not having a complete door or curtain (it was more of a half door), but we didn’t mind. Also, one of the showers had slightly cooler water, but it wasn’t bad at all or impactful on our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb and would 100% recommend it to others looking for a place that is 2 minutes to the beach, safe, and near great local spots.

Yvette’s condo was a perfect place for my wife and I’s anniversary getaway. The place was immaculate and quaint, which is exactly what we wanted. We did not have any intention of staying in a place beyond sleeping and having morning coffee because we wanted to explore as much of San Juan and other parts of Puerto Rico as possible, and this place was a perfect resting spot for that. You will have a great place and experience if you have the opportunity to book this condo!
