The apartment was clean and pleasant. We enjoyed having enough space to comfortably unpack and a space to relax in the living room while we planned our days. The location is very convenient, and the host was very communicative.

I loved staying here! One of my favorite stays by far. It's located in a great location and the gated community made us feel safe. It was very clean. we really made use of the gym equipment provided and the terrace was great to do the workouts and to gain some sun even just for tanning! Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Casa Coqui was nothing short of amazing! I stayed here with my six siblings, and the space was absolutely perfect for our group. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home, warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful, with such a friendly vibe that made us feel instantly comfortable and safe. One of my favorite parts of the stay was being able to cook breakfast and dinner for my family in the well-equipped kitchen, it truly felt like a home away from home. The in-house washer and dryer were super convenient, especially for a group of our size. We had an El Yunque excursion and were able to wash and dry everything once we got back home. Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured, if not better! The location is ideal ,we were just a quick 20-minute drive to La Placita, where we enjoyed a fun night out at Club Tulum. Griselle was a great host. Very responsive and nice. The place is exactly as described. It is a little bit of a distant from San Juan. You definitely need transportation to get around. The home felt very homie and was comfortable for my whole family. Definitely will stay there again.

We had a lovely stay. The patio was a lovely place to sit in the morning and at the end of the night. It was very private. The home was very clean. Parking out front. Also very centrally located for us to visit multiple place around the city. This was our first time using an airbnb and we were very happy satisfied.

Great bang for your buck. Good host.The Airbnb is located in a quiet area and isn’t far from all the action. Equipped with AC in every room which was amazing definitely recommend this place especially if you want to explore the island as you have a driveway available so parking the rental isn’t a hassle. I will definitely stay again!

The Condado Oasis was well detailed and perfectly located for restaurants and the beach. Traffic and construction noise took getting used to, but we still really enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony in comfortable chairs. Overall it was wonderful and we hope to come back again!

Andrea’s place was pretty nice, comfortable, and cleaned. It was a little confusing to find because the entrance is located in the back of a 2 story house. Getting inside was a little difficult too but Andrea answered quickly. The beds/pillows were very comfortable, although, they only have fitted sheets and a comforter (not sheets to cover) on the beds. I suggested to have sheets and comforters on the beds, especially that sometimes nights could be cool enough that there’s no need for the AC. Andrea’s place is 2 miles from La Placita, a mile walk from Ocean Park beach, about a 10 min drive to El Condado, and about 17 min drive right to Old San Juan. About 45 min from Luquillo and El Yunque. All are great options for things to do in the area.

It's in a very central location, and the listing is very clean and decorated nicely. Beatrice is very responsive and helpful. I will book to stay here again.

I was celebrating my anniversary weekend and the location was perfect for all the planes I made. The apartment was clean and we love the quality time that my girlfriend and I spend together. We will come back soon. If you’re looking to stay in San Juan, please book this place, most of the restaurants, shops, nightlife, and groceries are close by.

Jose’s apartment was just what I was looking for. Everything I needed was nearby. Condado beach was steps away and the fantastic Ocean Park Beach was about a ten minute flat walk away. I reached Old San Juan by (free!) bus and even walked back once along the shore with a whole lot of joggers... Jose communicated thoroughly and in a very friendly manner... The place was well supplied with what you need for a stay at the beach… mostly, lots of towels and even a couple of beach chairs, as well.

This was the most perfect place for our few days in San Juan. I cannot recommend this place enough! Perfect location if you want to be in the middle of it all, everything is walkable. The Airbnb itself was exactly as expected if not better. We had a hiccup with the shower on our first day / no hot water but our host was very quick to proactively help and get a solution for us. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable I’m still dreaming about it. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay!!

Rufo was a great host, very responsive. Location was amazing, plenty of pool/beach things for use (chairs, boogie board, noodles, and many towels at time of our visit), walkable to restaurants and a really nicely stocked market/liquor that would be worth checking out before longer jaunt to Walmart, etc. Apartment was not large but matched description well.
