El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos. El vecindario es tranquilo, bien ubicado, cerca de todo, a pocos minutos del aeropuerto y del Viejo San Juan. Además, el estacionamiento en la acera está permitido, por lo que pudimos dejar nuestro auto justo debajo del apartamento. Lo único que podría mejorar es la presión del agua en la ducha, que no era muy buena. Sin embargo, todo lo demás estuvo excelente, y Julio siempre respondió rápidamente cualquier inquietud que tuve.

This was one of the best stays i’ve ever had!! We rented a car making everywhere accessible. It felt very private and clean and the front patio was so so nice to have. Hoping to come back some day

It was an excellent experience with Katheryn, Daurys and their Place. The photos were the same as the place I was looking for, but above all I want to thank them for their support and collaboration extending my stay in the face of a personal emergency.

Awesome place for the price. Mart/bar across the street is very convenient and welcoming. Close to highway and therefore easy to get around.

This place was a 10 out of 10! From check in to check out we loved our stay, with our boys age 9 and 11. The outdoor area was awesome and we enjoyed the pool and the relaxing atmosphere. The landscaping and greenery was so lush and tropical- truly felt like a vacation. The home had everything we needed. The BEDS and linens were SO Comfortable! The office space was nice and the separation of the living room to the bedrooms was great too! We found many places to eat nearby- we drove to them all. A car is a must here. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and we had an amazing time. The home is even better than the pictures!

Griselle was a great host. Very responsive and nice. The place is exactly as described. It is a little bit of a distant from San Juan. You definitely need transportation to get around. The home felt very homie and was comfortable for my whole family. Definitely will stay there again.

The house was everything we expected. It was in a great and quiet location. Commute to and from places were very convenient. It was extremely nice home with plenty of amenities and have a homey vibe. I left some things behind and the host was awesome at helping get those items back to me! I would definitely stay here again.

Ivan was super kind and let us check in hours in advance. The airbnb provided all essentials. The location was beautiful and the locals in the nearby area were so kind and friendly. If you are not from a busy area or used to outside noises, bring earplugs as there are many roosters in the area. They also stop serving food in the area relatively early and many places are closed on Sundays, so be prepared to do some grocery shopping.

Armando’s Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and in a great location—close to everything we needed. The pool and grill area were a highlight, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy our stay. Armando was a great host, responsive and welcoming, ensuring everything was just right. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Natalia's place was great. I do recommend using google maps as the address sometimes didn't bring us to the right place. We were able to walk to Catano and uber to old san juan. The ferry was unfortunately down when we stayed, otherwise we would have ferried over to old san juan! Ubers weren't too expensive though. This place had every ammenity you could think of, and the beds and bedroom size were great for our group of people! We felt very safe here. Also there are tons of cats and chickens around, we brought cat treats for the kitties.

This is our second time staying here and we love the property. It is extremely clean and has everything you need for your stay. The host is very communicative and responds quickly. We've enjoyed both times that we have stayed here. We coming to Puerto Rico once a year and will definitely be staying again.

This was my favorite airbnb experience of my life. The house is so unbelievably comfortable, everything is almost 15 minutes to anything you possibly want to do on the island, I got to see so many beautiful animals right behind the house, the sun rises RIGHT ALONG THE BACKYARD, and the host / entire family were SO WARM AND WELCOMING! I knew it was going to be a great stay when the very first day our host showed up to our house with a freshly cut papaya that they just took down that morning. It was so unbelievably fresh and delicious. My girlfriend and I also had the privilege of staying here during the infamous New Year’s Eve blackout!!! We were so lucky that the house had a back up generator and that everything we possibly needed, the host made sure of. It was pretty hard to find food on New Year’s Eve, and the host came by with a plethora food for us. I can’t get over how intimate the stay was & I can’t wait to come back & experience it again!!This stay is how airbnb SHOULD BE :)

This was our first time in PR and we loved this location. It was safe, fun, and steps away from the beach! The pool is also nice! Lots of restaurants nearby. The balcony was also very nice. We really enjoyed ourselves. Until next time!

Great location and you can’t beat beach access. Would absolutely stay again. Building feels older than the actual condo itself, but that’s not a deterrent at all.

This condo is very comfortable and perfect for a couples/friends trip! The space is very private with the balcony, and the fenced in pool out back. The 24/7 doorman also made us feel very safe and accommodated!

We had a wonderful stay at José’s apartment. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, just steps away from the beach. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was truly relaxing. It's also very close to Ashford Avenue, with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment looks exactly like the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. José was a responsive and helpful host, providing clear instructions that made check-in smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Vivian’s place was just as described and shown! Great beach town vibes and located near many wonderful activities and restaurants!!!

Pat’s place was what we needed for a 3 night stay. It was easily located in condado and there are a couple of restaurants at walking distance. The apartment itself boasted a beautiful view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable and spacious for 2 people!

Excelente ubicación en un apartamento remodelado cerca de restaurantes, playa y una ciclo ruta q puedes ir hasta el viejo san juan ai rentas una bicicleta….. muy bien todo!!!

Small but so cozy! Perfect for our girls getaway of 3! Building is Ina. Good location and has great security! Would definitely book again!
