Koka’s place is a fantastic choice for couples and groups of friends who don’t mind sharing space. We were a group of five girls and had a wonderful stay. The location is ideal—just a short distance from the slopes, yet peacefully secluded from the bars, ensuring a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The space is surprisingly spacious for Gudauri, offering plenty of room to unwind after a day on the slopes. Overall, a great spot for those looking for convenience, comfort, and a cozy mountain getaway!

The apartment is exactly as listed in the description and the photos. We were a family with 1 child and we found the space to be sufficient and the convertible sofa-bed very easy to unfold. Kitchen has all necessary ustensils for some basic cooking. Bathroom is very-well designed and clean for a great shower after a day skiing. The apartment has a nice little balcony with a view on a building under construction (no construction was underway when we were there in march 2025) and a partial view on the main gondola (Goodaura). Very handy ski depot on the ground floor with direct access to the slopes (5min walk). Even though the apartment is very central and within a 5min walking distance to the slopes and restaurants/bars it somehow is on a side street which makes it very quiet. Host was very responsive and helped arrange transfer to Gudauri with a reliable driver. All in all great value for money, 100% recommended.

We stayed here for almost a week and we had a great time. The place is very spacious and every couple had their separate rooms. Its great that you also have two bathrooms. The appartment is located next to the gondola, which meant that we were there in a heartbeat. I cannot recommend this place enough to anybody visiting Gudauri.

great apartment, perfect for 2 people, has all the amenities that you need, including a washing machine. bed is very comfy, and the room feels spacious enough. Maia the host is very responsive and helpful :)

По пути из Тбилиси в Гудаури у нас произошел форс-мажор, дорогу закрыли из-за аномального непрекращающегося снегопада. Больше суток мы не могли добраться до апартаментов и заселиться. Все это время Елене была на связи, пыталась помочь нам возможными способами. Нам очень приятно было ощущать такую заботу и внимание со стороны хозяина апартаментов, как до заселения, так и после! Апартаменты теплые, уютные, оборудованы всем необходимым. Мы остались очень довольны!

Khatuna is great host. She was very responsive and helpful. All our requests and questions were responded fast and in very friendly manner. I’m recommending Khatuna and her apartment! Apartment was clean and warm. Cozy place!

We had a great stay at this apartment in Gudauri. The location is fantastic, very close to the ski-in/ski-out area, which was super convenient for us. The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, offering excellent value for the price. The only downside was the soundproofing, as it was a bit noisy at times. However, it didn’t affect our overall experience much. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly option close to the slopes. Inga byla velmi příjemná a se vším nám vyšla vstříc. Největší výhodou ubytování je blízkost sjezdovky a půjčoven lyží. Pokoj byl vybaven podle popisu včetně nádobí a potřeb na vaření.

The apartment is big enough, located in just one minute walk from ski lift. Spar market is also so close to the apartment as a 30 second walk. Very comfortable staying because of the spar next to you and ski lift. In addition that, the apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The host is very nice and always available.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit einem tollen Balkon und Blick auf die Berge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den kurzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Restaurants sind fussläufig nach einem lagen Tag in der Natur schnell zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Hinweis für Kaffee Junkies wie ich: in der Küche gibt es keinen Kaffeezubereiter. Aber einen Wasserkocher für Instant Kaffee. Was nur ein kleines Manko bei der Lage ist.

Tamta is a very helpful and communicative host. She responded very quickly to our needs and was trying to make sure we are happy before and during our stay. Her place is worth recommending, it meets all the basic needs and has a good price. Planning your trip you should take into consideration that all the night life is in the upper part of Gudauri (gondola), however the food is cheaper and better in the lower part. Walking to the 1st ski lift might also be a challange as it is a bit steep and icy, so we ended up going with a cab (6 people 15-20GEL) as we didnt have a car. All in all, if you are a big group going skiing in Gudauri and just need a place to stay in a good price, you should choose Tamta's apartment :)

Unbeatable location right in the middle of the New Gudauri ski village - right next to the ski lifts and shops. Cosy, clean and spacious for a 2 person stay!

Отличное жилье для одного-двоих человек. Подъемник в паре минут ходьбы. Рядом отличный недорогой ресторан, бургерная и магазины. Рекомендую.

Cozy place, one of the closest to the lifts. Much recommended

Vakho went out of his way to make our trip perfect. He arranged for a driver to and from the airport in an SUV that was able to handle the snowy roads (250 Lari each way or USD80 each way). He also arranged for ski and snowboarding instructors for us (that know English). The instructors also helped with the rental equipment. Atrium is just steps away from the ski lift / gondola - ie ski in and out. The place is exactly like the pictures. There is also a locker for your room downstairs to keep all your equipment. Its nice to sit outdoors at the restaurant downstairs to rest and enjoy the view of the resort. Two other great eateries with local cuisine are Friends and Vartsla.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the apartment, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The apartment looked exactly as in the pictures—if not even better! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the spaciousness of the room, the outstanding design, and the attention to detail in every corner. One of the highlights is the amazing bathroom with mountain views, making it a truly unique and relaxing space. The large terrace with a glass balcony is another standout feature, allowing you to enjoy breathtaking views. Since it’s on the sunset side, the apartment is beautifully warm and sunny throughout the morning and afternoon, and in the evening, you get to witness stunning sunset views. The location is very peaceful and quiet, adding to the sense of relaxation. The heated floors in some parts of the apartment make it extra cozy, especially after a day on the slopes. Overall, this was one of the best accommodations I have stayed and I highly recommend it!

The apartment is in a very convenient location, right next to the slopes and ski lift. The bed is very comfortable and the room is surprisingly warm, so don't worry about low temperatures outside. The hotel the room is located in is nice, altough the spa is quite expensive and not the best. Breakfast is available too, but costs 70 lari.

Квартира- дуплекс, соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Находится близко к гондоле. Легко помещаются 5 -6 человек. Квартира очень теплая, есть возможность регулировать радиаторы. Одежда после катания полностью высыхала за ночь. Хороший напор воды, в том числе горячей. Анна отвечала оперативно на все вопросы. Два шкафа ski-depot, в каждый из которых помещается по 3 Борда. Из минусов: - очень медленный и задумчивый лифт. Поэтому, когда не хватало терпения приходилось бегать с 4 этажа по лестницам. - не хватало микроволновой печки - самая большая проблема - интернет. Оказалось что он общественный для всего здания. При этом wi-fi очень не стабильный, телефон отключается от него каждую минуту. В начале говорили, что есть какая то общая проблема, что даже при подключении к wi-fi не было доступа к сети. Потом, когда сказали что подключили, скорость его было очень низкая и связь по прежнему была не стабильная. Поэтому, рекомендую позаботится о собственном мобильном интернете

Excellent, clean place in a great location

Хорошие апартаменты в Гудаури, рядом имеется все необходимое: каток, рестораны, прокат лыж. Ремонт свежий, все необходимое для отдыха на месте. Хозяйка отзывчивая, всегда на связи. Минусы: стол крайне неустойчивый, были проблемы с протечкой воды из стиральной машины, просто ужасный интернет, отсутствие информации о наличии шкафчика для лыжного снаряжения и возможности заказать уборку

Very good unit just as the description. Easy sky in and out, very close to two lifts, lots of restaurants and ski rentals around.
