I had a wonderful stay! The property was absolutely perfect—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and everything I needed was easily accessible. What truly made the experience stand out was the host, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my stay. They made sure I felt welcome and had everything I needed. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Très bon séjour dans cette magnifique villa, décoration intérieure très belle et colorée, piscine chauffée agréable en cette saison (fin d’hiver), nous avions une gouvernante de 9 à 16h qui faisait le ménage (vaisselle, machine et repassage), Houda et son mari ont été très gentils et réactifs, ils nous ont de plus recommandé de bonnes adresses, merci encore pour tout 😊

La maison est exactement comme sur les photos, voir mieux en vrai. C’est très beaux, agréable et cozy. Cette maison a énormément de charme. On s’est senti dépaysé mes Amis et moi. J’y ai fêté mon anniversaire, on y a passé des moments inoubliables. Vraiment un grand merci à Fatiha, qui a été exceptionnel tout le long de notre séjour et d’une grande gentillesse. Une communication super fluide, d’une très grande aide et de très bons conseils. Elle a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit réussi. Et tout ça uniquement par écrit. Exceptionnel. Encore Merci, car mon tout premier séjour à Marrakech a été un franc succès. Je recommande !

Great location, great Riad, AMAZING host! It’s very dusty EVERYWHERE in Morocco, so please be aware! Overall very enjoyable stay and really a great location to be in the hustle and bustle of the Medina! It was very quiet through Ramadan in the evenings a bit more lively after but nothing bad! Kate is a fantastic host!

Hôtes très réactifs à toutes nos questions et attentionnés. Riad très bien agencé avec 3 chambres à l'etage (avec chacune sa salle de bain), une super terrasse sur le toit et piscine au cœur du riad. Très bien situé, au calme de l'agitation du centre et en même temps à moins de 15 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa El Fna en ne passant que par les ruelles typiques. Et moins de 10 minutes du Palais de la Bahia ou Palais El Badiî. Accueil à l'aéroport par Said (taxi réservé par nos hôtes), qui nous a accompagné pendant des excursions dans la vallée de l'Ourika et à Agafay. De très bons conseils sur les choses à faire et à voir. Et accueil au riad par Bouchra, qui nous a régalé avec ses petits déjeuner quotidiens, et ses couscous et tajine excellents. On recommande sans hésiter pour passer de bons moments dépaysant en famille.

Très bel appartement, accueil au top et emplacement parfait, entre l'aéroport et à 10 min à peine en voiture de la Médina.

The apartment was as described. Clean and had what we needed (no microwave though), also nice big TV and WiFi and hot showers. The location is about 40Dh 15min taxi ride to city centre, we used app for that. Regular taxi might charge more, might need to haggle. Whilst the location is not central this has the benefit of having access to cheaper local small shops. Within 2mins walk there was cafes (e.g. 10Dh for pot of Moroccan mint tea for one), bakery (e.g. 3Dh big bread stick, 2Dh croissant), fruit seller (e.g. 20Dh for kg of strawberries, 2Dh for a big bunch of fresh mint (you can make your own mint tea!), 8Dh for kg of oranges, 12Dh for kg of bananas), takeaways (e.g. 20Dh pizza, 10Dh simple burger). We liked the food at Espace jus Tinjad but others were fine also. There are also 3 small grocery stores very close. Salons, pharmacy etc. Sometimes the street noise at night was a bit loud but we got used to it. We think the accommodation is good value overall. Recommended.

J'ai passé un moment génial en famille chez mr Brahim. Personne très gentille, très attentif, qu'on peut contacter au besoin. Le logement est nickel comme décrit, endroit calme et sécurisée. A proximité y'a tout dont en a besoin. Accessible au centre ville pas loin . Je reviendrai est Merci beaucoup mr Brahim.

Amazing hosts, super communicative and even made us food and drove us to places nearby during ramadan ❤️ The house itself is clean and very beautiful. My friend and I had a great stay here.

Situé à l’intérieur d’un domaine privé le logement était très confortable avec l’accès à la piscine depuis la terrasse l’emplacement parking devant la résidence et la proximité de la médina le logement était parfait. A refaire sans hésitation.

The appartment is situated in a very nice area and ideal for a week in Marrakech, if you are not opting for staying in one of the riads in the Medina.

Hakim had everything I needed, and exceeded my expectations. The location of the Airbnb had great restaurants around it. The building of the Airbnb is very select & prestigious. It included downstairs a friendly security guy who tried his best to help me find alcohol during Ramadan.

Très bon emplacement du logement au centre de Marrakech, proche de la gare. Shawn a été accueillant et très réactif comme d'habitude.

Un appartement très fonctionnel avec ces deux chambres et ses nombreux équipements qui permettent d’être parfaitement autonome. Se situant dans une résidence sécurisée, nous sommes parfaitement au calme. La localisation, en-dehors du centre, permet un accès plus facile mais il est préférable d’avoir un véhicule pour s’y rendre. Un parking devant l’immeuble permet de se garer sans problème. Mohammed a été un hôte très réactif. L’arrivée sécurisée avec la boîte à clés était parfaite.
