Shane and Craig’s home is truly a phenomenal oasis in the middle of the redwoods. The multi-level property offers beautiful views of the surrounding forest while also offering every amenity (highly functional and well-designed kitchen, homey living space, two separate sleeping areas, hot tub and lounge chairs with views of the surrounding forest) one would need for a restful vacation. The town of Guerneville is only 5 minutes away with access to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, wine tasting rooms, and the Russian River. Highly recommend as a couples’ getaway or family/friends’ trip.

Truly lovely home. High recommend. We had a group of 3 which I feel is a perfect number given the layout. Very stylish and enjoyable to hang out in!

We had a wonderful stay at Matt's place! The surroundings were absolutely beautiful. The space itself was gorgeous - even better than the photos and description. The finishes, furniture and decor was stunning. The location worked perfectly for us. We spent a day in Sonoma (1 hr SE), a day in Jenner and surrounding areas (30 mins W) and a day in Bodega Bay and that area (30 mins SW). We were also close enough to San Francisco on our arrival and departure days that we had plenty of time there too. I cannot recommend this AirBnB enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I had an amazing stay at chads treehouse! He is an incredible host. This was my first time using air BNB and he made this experience incredibly easy and enjoyable. He was super fast to answer when I had questions and made check in and out super easy. He is very accommodating to check in and out times. The space is super private and clean. The view is incredible from the top deck. If you are looking for a place to stay I would recommend Chads place!

Such a cute and incredible cabin - Austin’s art and furniture pieces are beautiful and stylish. Private and peaceful - can’t recommend enough!

Awesome clean and cozy space. Jacuzzi in the woods and the wood burning stove really made it very special.

Had a lovely two days at Timber Cove Hideaway. We love going to Timber Cove Resort in nearby Jenner...and I can say that this is a similar experience (amazing view, cool vibe, great location) but you get ALSO get a whole house, kitchen, deck, hot tub grill, privacy, etc. at a better price. The view is even better than what I expected from the pictures. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked: condiments, coffee, more appliances than I have at home, flour, sugar, (I could have baked a cake there). The fenced in porch was excellent for our dog. It was so cozy to have the wood burning furnace while we watched the sunset (the furnace and vent system seemed really high end). The 12pm checkout time was probably my favorite feature, we felt like we got an extra day. 10/10 for bird watching (lots of woodpeckers) and they have a set of binoculars which we used to look for whales. Loved hearing the croaking frogs at night. Would definitely recommend!

Cute, cozy cottage with a great hot tub - a perfect weekend getaway

Megan’s cottage is SO charming and lovely! She put a lot of effort into making the interior space match the unique, special environment that the cottage sits in. We felt so lucky to be able to stay here for a couple nights and would happily come back again!

This was just a wonderful experience staying in this cabin on the river in the midst of beautiful redwoods. JENNIFER was just a wonderful host, anytime we had a question she got back to us quickly. It’s a great location with a couple restaurants within walking distance and wonderful small little villages and towns not too far away by car. If you’re looking to get away, this is an incredible value.

The cabin is very quiet with great views. The wood stove is more than sufficient to keep the place warm just be sure to bring some kindling and some paper. There was also a nice list of suggested spots and a record player. Overal a lovely stay.

The perfect retreat from the busy city! My partner and I (and our dog) loved the peace and quiet and listening to the frogs and owls as we fell asleep. The cottage was stocked with every cooking tool we needed (even a waffle maker). The location was perfect and we made trips to the redwoods, sebastopol, and bodega bay during our stay. All of the instructions Sue sent were very clear. We will definitely be back to recharge at this magic cabin again!

This is an amazing place to stay! First of all, 1/3 acre in Monte Rio, fully FENCED, and next to a CREEK, is rare. Our senior dog LOVED it! Lorri thought of everything. From the dog towel, to the instructions on how to start and operate the fire pit and grill. It was all so inviting. The house-book is a must-read. We were greeted with chocolate chip and walnut cookies which were wonderful to snack on after a nearly 4 hour drive. Sweet Creek is EXTREMELY pet friendly but you still have to be a responsible pet owner and pick up after your pets and the basic things like dry their feet off and drape any furniture with sheets if they lay down on them. The picture board of animals who've stayed there, and the wonderful binder full of thank you notes was just so touching. We felt like we were staying at a friends house, not airbnb. We can't say enough with the character count left. Sweet Creek is a must! We will RETURN!

We wanted private and quiet. It was like living in the trees! We loved the fireplace! Real fire does wonders for the soul. Bed was great. Kitchen well stocked. But the creek running beside the house was a very special treat. Thank you so much!

My family and I had a nice 2 night stay at Kevin’s cabin in Camp Meeker! We had never been to area but it was private, quiet and secluded. The road up is narrow but we got familiar with the drive after arriving. The location is very close to the downtown Occidental area where there are some nice brunch and restaurants. It was also a nice central location to drive to Sebastopol and Guerneville. The cabinet itself was rustic as it was described, but we really enjoyed the hot tub and the cozy fireplace. There was plenty of space for us three and the bed was comfortable too. The host was also friendly and provided plenty of communication and directions ahead of time. Overall, a great stay and would recommend!

Rafael and Samantha were both SO great, kind, and helpful!! They responded almost immediately to any message I sent them! The house was GREAT and so perfect for our short little getaway. We wanted to unplug, get out in nature, and chill and this house gave us exactly that! We cooked at the house the whole weekend, explored a little of downtown Guernville, drove out to the ocean and went down to the river beach in Monte Rio. I wish we could have stayed longer! I absolutely loved the decor and the outside deck with the lights. We hung out on the deck all afternoon on Satruday~

Very nice woodsy cabin, peaceful and private. The photos don't do it justice--it is nicer, brighter, and roomier than it looks. We loved the hot tub and the forest surrounds. Expect something rustic and you won't be disappointed. Suggestions for improvement: firescreen on the woodstove so you can enjoy the flames, nicer glass/ceramic dishes, night lights to navigate the stairs when going down to the bathroom at night.

We absolutely loved the house. Great location in the woods, very private. Most importantly the house was sparkling clean, with great furnishing and bedding and very well equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed the outside space - the fire pit and the lounge chairs. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

Russ's attic cabin was exactly as advertised: charming, beautiful, cozy and idyllic. It truly is a treehouse, an attic haven surrounded by redwood and deciduous trees framed in every window. And yet it's surprisingly roomy and bright. It's also close to the river, all the restaurants and cafes in Guernenville and Forestville and the endless vineyards and wineries along Westside Rd. My partner and I spent a wonderful romantic weekend here and it was the perfect venue.

This cabin was the perfect little getaway spot! We loved the fire pit and indoor fireplace alike. The home was cozy, warm, and comfortable. However there was one significant downside to this property: the neighbors. Within 10 minutes of arriving we had a neighbor asking if we owned the car parked down the street (it was not; we parked where the instructions told us to), and we later had a different neighbor come and tell us to wrap it up when we were enjoying our time by the fire pit. We weren’t being particularly loud and this was prior to the 10pm quiet hours. It was a little off-putting, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our time. The property itself is welcoming, the neighborhood roads are beautiful, and the Russian River Pub is a must visit. I-Chuan Karen was very kind and communicative host and despite the neighbors, I would stay there again!

This was a cute and perfect place for our girls getaway. We wanted a cabin in the woods and this was it. Adorable furnishing, all the essentials, great space and peaceful. Loved the record player with all the classic vinyls.

We LOVED staying here! It felt like home the minute we stepped through the doors. Everything was cozy, and we got the best sleep ever. Cannot wait to come back.

The forest is breathtaking, and the place was immaculate, comfortable, with everything you need.
