Had a wonderful stay for 3 nights with my elderly Mum, sister and cousin. The bungalow clearly has been renovated recently, and it’s spotless, yet feels comfortable. It’s light, airy and spacious and very well equipped. The garden is very neat and tidy. We paid extra to use the hot tub which was great. A lovely, modern Samsung TV in the living room meant we could watch films in the evening on a high quality TV. Kitchen was well equipped. The surrounding area is so peaceful and quiet. We had such a relaxing break we are thinking of returning later in the year. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic house,perfect for our family gathering for an 80th birthday. The games/cinema room was amazing,our 6yr old and 11yr old loved it and playing all the old xbox games. Great for keeping kids entertained. They now want to live here! The layout of the house was great for our needs with various seating areas and entertaining spaces. The pub opposite the house was nice and did a really good Sunday carvery. Would recommend to any other family groups looking for a get away. Thanks Paul!

Flat in great location easy access to Kings Cross. Plenty restaurant bars and supermarkets nearby. Great flat couldn’t fault it. Debbie provided a lot of useful instructions and information. Would definitely recommend.

What a wonderful place to stay. The peace I sought was found, the relaxation that was so much needed was there and very much welcomed. Days spent walking in the New Forest were finished with a chilled glass of wine in the hot tub that was tended daily by a really lovely chap. The lodge was spacious, clean and comfortable with the basics of equipment there for your use, which is helpful. The whole experience is one I shall repeat and have already begun to tell others to check it out too

We visited Janets home for my Wifes 40th and there were 4 of staying, Janet was fantastic and helped with the exact trains to get and directions from the train which made the trip so easy from the get go, especially as we were not scheduled to get in until close to midnight but even this was not a problem. The appartment was lovely had all we needed and we would absolutely want to go back there again, the place was so peaceful. Great Host, Great appartment, great location, overall superb experience and had a great time.

We had a great stay over new years. We were two small families and found the space to be ideal. We ate at the local pub twice during our stay which served good quality food. It was a nice break

Tracy's place is the perfect getaway for a quiet weekend. It was a pleasure meeting Tracy and thank you for the helpful recommendations. The place was spotlessly clean. The log burner and hot tub are a nice touch. The local village has all the amenities you will need and some brilliant pubs. The surrounding countryside is perfect for walking. Anne-Marie was a brilliant, accommodating and communicative host. We had a lovely stay in her very clean, functional and cosy annex cottage. She was great at making sure we were comfortable and on hand for any questions. A super host. Thank you !

Susie’s place was perfect for our visit to Oxford. The home is well appointed, the beds were super comfortable and the location is perfect for walking to the grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed taking our children to the local playground which was only a few blocks away!

Could not fawlt Jan's place absolutely beautiful spot the property was spotlessly clean. What I liked most was how quiet it was. Definitely stay there again.

We stayed overnight at Martin’s place for the marathon and it was a really convenient base. Everything as described and Martin was helpful and proactive before the stay to ask what we might need. Would definitely stay again.

Large open living room, great for entertaining our entire family. Huge kitchen with plenty of utensils/etc. Large, clean full bathrooms. Bedrooms very comfortable! Highly recommend!

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

This is by far our favourite place to stay when we visit West Sussex. It is such a relaxing house to be in and the views across the water to Bosham are stunning . Our second stay at this beautiful flat and we loved it even more than the first time. Truly a little oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city. We are so looking forward to going back!

Susie is an amazing host - we got a warm greeting on arrival, the house / local information provided was really helpful and the cottage / location were amazing. The wood burning fires were great for this time of year and there was lots to do for our son on a rainy day - ping pong, pool, and plenty of other games. The local walks are great and we would highly recommend the Rising Sun for food!! The stairs are a great feature and in keeping with the cottage but not kid friendly - so we accompanied our boy up and down the stairs. We definitely want to go back for when the pool and tennis court are open in the summer 😊

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

We hadden 4 fantastische dagen in het huisje van Caroline. De kinderen waren heel gelukkig met de chocolaatjes en zelf was ik helemaal in de wolken met alle prachtige bloemen die werkelijk overal in het huis stonden! De locatie was zalig rustig en een goeie uitvalsbasis voor een aantal daguitstappen. We sliepen als roosjes in de comfortabele bedden en werden elke ochtend wakker met het gefluit van de vogeltjes. Het aanwezige ontbijt was de kers op de taart want zo konden we rustig aankomen zonder al direct te denken aan de volgende ochtend. We raden een verblijf dan ook zeker aan! 😊

My family had a wonderful stay during Easter holidays. Everything about our stay was very easy due to Helen’s fantastic instructions and online guide. We all loved using the pool, it was clean and warm. Sharing the pool with the other holiday let was no bother as the pool was plenty big enough for everyone. The village and setting itself is beautiful and so close to many amenities. The children have already asked to come back!!

What an amazing place and a great find. We loved our time here. Tara is an amazing host who has lots of local knowledge, and the friendliest dog you can imagine! The cabin is private and feels like a proper rare find! Really cozy and well stocked, the hot tub was well needed and we had great weather for it. 10/10 would recommend and look to come back

We had a lovely stay, the little house was clean, cosy and warm, everything you need, we explored the area for walks. We walked to the local pub , The Fox Inn they where very friendly the food was nice. We went to the Parrot at Forest Green for a Sunday Roast which was great. Horsham is near if you fancy a potter around the shops and pick up some bits. Guildford was 30 minutes away also another lovely day there too. Thank you we enjoyed our visit.

Great house perfect for our family gathering & close to transport links that we were using to meet up. Heated pool & hot tub were perfect to use & the large garden with table tennis, trampoline & hammock etc were ideal given the good weather during our trip. Hosts were fantastic providing extra sports equipment for use & were easily reachable throughout & swiftly solved the issue with the pool heater.
