Great stay, caravan was a described, very nicely furnished, clean and spacious, position was great too on the site, on the end of a cul-de-sac, so no through traffic which made it lovely and quiet, children loved all the entertainment and the evening discos, only 15 mins to the beach and attractions, Hayling Island never disappoints and we had great, sunny weather too, thank you Blake and I hope to book again soon.

Emily was a very welcoming host and was responsive through out. Pool area is kind of a common shared area (between host's house and the airbnb house ). Although the airbnb's house had a designated private deck area for the guests. The host never used the pool area at the same time while we were using, so it was exclusively for us to use. I would surely come back again. Me and friends enjoyed our stay.

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

Had a long weekend with the family and it was a great base. The apartment was clean, comfy and had a well equipped kitchen with a large fridge which was great as we had multiple family groups that all bought lots of food. The main house is fabulous to look at and we could appreciate it's beauty. The pool was beautiful too, warm and relaxing...although personally we would have rather paid more at booking and the access be bookable but included in the price but understand this wouldn't suit everybody. There was lots of outdoor seating, garden games, ping pong and a large chess game and small climbing frame which were welcomed touches. We were left to our own devices despite the building being connected to home owners which we appreciated. Our only criticism was there are signs put out to show private garden areas but with dogs and children this can be a bit harder to control so some clearer boundaries might be more helpful for future guests. We really enjoyed our stay. We booked for two nights and it felt really homely and comfortable. Fiona was responsive right from the get go and was a really friendly host. She even asked if we needed a highchair and baby gate, which was a really kind to offer travelling with a toddler. My daughter also really enjoyed playing on the children’s playground and the surrounding areas were beautiful. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here and would happily stay again if we were in the area. Thank you!

We had a brilliant stay here, the house is amazing we made a lot of use of the pool and garden area as the sun was out, made us feel like we were abroad. My family had the best time together lots of laughter and great vibes, thank you.

We had a wonderful stay over new year and to celebrate a big birthday milestone. Eyad was super helpful/responsive and the accommodation did not disappoint, excellent space and every amenity needed. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back in the summer time!

We had an amazing 3-week stay at this beautiful Airbnb. The house was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. It’s also in a fantastic location, within walking distance to the town centre, which made exploring so convenient. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and well-located spot to stay!

Fantastic accommodation with amazing facilities. Something to suit everyone. Accommodation was very comfortable and spacious, communication by the management company was excellent, and the great location gave easy access to all amenities by car or foot. Would totally recommend and hope we can come back again in the future. It felt like a home from home.

Lovely place and very easy to find. It’s in a great location as you can walk to the centre without it being in the noise. Instructions were very clear. We would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic long weekend in Birdham. The Air B&B was fantastic and spotless throughout. The house was extremely well equipped and exceeded everyone’s expectations. The garden was a beautiful sun trap with great addition of BBQ and outdoor furniture! We would totally recommend staying at this property, so much so we look to return next year! My only criticism was the early check out at 10am, but the hosts were extremely flexible in allowing us to check in early. Thank you kindly!

We had a fabulous stay at Tim and Suzanne's. The space and location was just perfect for a friend's getaway. Communication was always easy.

A group of us stayed at Brett and Cheryl's listing for my sister's hen party and it was the perfect location (so close to the action!) and had all the amenities we needed for a fantastic weekend. Brett and Cheryl are excellent and responsive hosts and have been excellent at communicating from the word "go". Really recommended this quirky property for a weekend away!

Alex's home was a great spot for our first trip to the UK! The neighborhood was easy to navigate and felt safe. It was a very convient location to public transportation and very close to local markets that made our daily adventures a breeze. (If you want a traditional English afternoon tea walk over to Orange Peeko.)

We were in Brixton for a wedding with a group of friends and Ben's place was a great place to stay! It was clean and comfortable and had a lovely big and light kitchen and lounge area for the group to enjoy. Ben was really helpful and responsive with everything we needed during our stay - thanks so much Ben!

Excellent property and very clean. Hand soap, dishwasher tabs etc provided. Really beautiful interior. Felt very comfortable there. Instructions were very clear and questions were answered quickly. I would highly recommend if staying near family or similar.

El alojamiento de Craig ha sido perfecto. La ubicación es muy muy buena, justo al lado del metro que conecta rápido con el centro de londres. Entendemos que Craig vive allí cuando no lo tiene alquilado, por lo que la casa tiene absolutamente de todo. Fuimos a pasar las navidades y tenía hasta decoración navideña. Nos sentimos como en casa. La comunicación con Craig fue muy buena, estaba siempre disponible y nos dejó salir más tarde de la hora indicada. Repetiríamos sin duda. Muchas gracias!

Eva was a fantastic host - so friendly, communicative and very accommodating. We stayed in the property over Christmas - it was very spacious and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Eva made it feel so welcoming and homely for us. She left welcome treats for the children and the adults, and a manual with all the ‘need to know’ information. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the utensils we needed for our Christmas dinner! The property is superb and in the most beautiful location. We enjoyed many walks around the local countryside and enjoyed watching the wildlife in the back garden - deer, foxes, pheasants, squirrels, as well as the resident chickens! We had the perfect stay. Thank you so much to Eva and her family.

We had another good stay at Vans’s place. Very spacious and quiet property.
