Joel is an amazing host and I would book again in the future. The apartment looks just like the photos and the back patio was nice. 10/10 for me. Thank you for everything again.

This apartment and location are a perfect combination of fun and functional. I really liked that it was minutes from fun entertainment places (bowling, TopGolf), shopping and restaurants. I traveled with my pet and there was plenty of green space to walk my dog throughout the neighborhood. The apartment was very clean and free of a bunch of unnecessary clutter. I liked having a dedicated parking space right outside of the building. The pool has not opened yet for summer, but was directly across the parking lot. I would definitely book here again for convenience and an easy stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was great, private but not secluded. Host was super responsive, we even decided to extend our trip and he was super helpful and responsive when it came to that! Beautiful place, loved it!

We had a great stay!The home was well-stocked, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and the reserved parking spot right out front was great. Host was responsive. The check-in process was smooth, and we truly felt at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great stay! Will probably use as my regular place for business trips to Greensboro. Kelly was very responsive and even rushed over a cleaning tool for the dishes!

This was my second long-term (one month) stay at Peggy and Jim's, and it was just as good as the first time! The location is great, and the apartment is always squeaky clean and has everything you need for a short or long-term stay. Their place is cozy, which makes it feel like home; and their gracious hospitality made it all the more so. I already am looking forward to my next stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Jayme’s place while in town for the furniture market. The room was clean and the location was great. Close proximity to shopping and dining, and a short ten-minute drive to downtown.

Jess’s place was so snug. My family loved the layout, comfy beds, & all the special touches. This home felt so comfortable that we felt right at home. Jess was very responsive & helped when we left our son’s Mickey Mouse blanket he’s had since he was one. Great stay! We were also really close to everything we needed. Target & Walmart both are just about a mile away. Jake’s dinner had yummy breakfast too.

Josh was an amazing host. He was funny and gave advice. If I could’ve booked for longer I would’ve he was great. This was my first time in NC and he helped me out so much made my move feel seamless.

Nice little studio in high point, close to the highway so convenient for getting around. This is a pet friendly studio but definitely recommend having a smaller pet as the place is pretty small. My 60lb lab was a little big I feel for the studio.

This apartment was beautifully decorated and fully stocked. It's in a beautiful old neighborhood across from a park. It's within minutes drive to downtown and great restaurants/breweries. Justin was a friendly and responsive host.

This space was extremely comfortable for just two nights but I could have easily stayed for two months. Very nice apartment in a great part of Winston-Salem just a few minutes walk from downtown. I felt right at home and the location was surprisingly quiet given how close it is to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice place to stay that has all the necessities that you would need, plus perks like a washer and dryer and other kitchen gadgets if you need those as well. The kitchen is well stocked with condiments, which is a plus. The space was much bigger than expected. The two bedrooms are very large and so is the living room area. We only stayed one night, so didn’t get the chance to hang out on the porch or terrace. The view from the kitchen is really nice and I watched the birds in the morning. It’s conveniently located to anything you would want to get to downtown or on nearby university campuses.

This stay was absolutely amazing! The place was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and truly worth every penny. The surrounding locations made it the perfect getaway, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very enjoyable place to stay, I will definitely stay in any of his Airbnb‘s again while I’m in Winston-Salem.

This was our second Christmas staying in this lovely apartment. It’s very comfortable and spacious, and a great home base for holiday visits with family in the area. David and Toni are wonderful hosts who made sure we had everything we needed.

This studio apartment suited our needs perfectly. It had all of the amenities we needed and was in a nice neighborhood just minutes away from the Elon University campus. Access was simple and flexible and Maureen was a great host!

Nancy was a wonderful host. Her accommodations were clean, comfortable and welcoming. It was amazing having a functioning kitchen with clean pots and utensils! I actually cooked a bunch for my boys who are students at Elon. Nancy was super responsive, whenever I had a question, she replied within minutes! In addition, she allowed us early check-in to accommodate for my husband's work meetings. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future. Thank you Nancy!
