The amenities and welcome "package" provided by Nathon and Gloria was unexpected and generous. The space was one of the most unique we have stayed. We loved the preserved history that was displayed throughout. I don't think there was anything that was not available to us during our stay. The train passing was the highlight of our stay. LOL. Where else could we have seen that. Parking was not a problem. We also felt safe walking to the surrounding restaurants and coffee shop just a short walk away. My mother and I had the perfect Christmas Weekend in Mystic! The place was home away from home for us. We felf so welcomed, safe and relaxed. Everything you could possibly need they thought of and had ready for us! The surrounding area had so many local gems - we would absolutely love to come back! Thank you to our amazing hosts for making us feel so comfortable! If you’re looking to explore the area, I’d highly recommend staying here!

Perfect house for a family/couple visit to the beach. It was great for my kids and I. We loved the space that the house offered and how close it was to the beach. Everyone was very pleasant that we spoke to. The house was clean, safe and felt like a home away from home.

So glad I found this spot for a quick trip to visit family. Could walk to everything, bed was comfy, loved it. The design of the space was great, the bathroom shower was great. The furnishings and design were fabulous .

We loved this Beach House! The house was clean and the kitchen was full of cooking supplies. There was a variety of pots and pans to choose from. This was appreciated since we are picky about the type of pans we cook our food in. The host provided a binder full of menus for local restaurants and recommendations. Information on activities to do while visiting was also included within the binder. The house included a small fire pit that could be used at a distance from the house. It was just the right size to maintain safety and still be cozy from warmth. Dmitry and his team communicated clearly and were kind by providing us with information about the local St.Patricks Day Parade. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. Perfect place to bring your family for a getaway trip. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Special thanks to the host for helping me resolve a package delivery issue.

This home is beautiful and so spacious! Proximity to East Hampton and Springs, yet very private and peaceful. Couldn’t recommend enough!

House and views are as beautiful as depicted. Great open floor plan with room for all to spend time together. Spent the weekend there with college friends and we had a great time!Walked into cute town. Would definitely return!

We wanted a place to gather with our adult children and 2 very young grandchildren. The layout provided sleep and bathroom space for each family that gave privacy. The open concept living-kitchen space helped us feel like we were together and sharing in the cooking and child care. Even in winter the lake view is peaceful and lovely. Cozy, well equipped, and the lake vibe made this a wonderful family get away. So glad we chose the lake house for our Holiday get together.

The location of the home is beautiful. The views from the patio and rooftop patio are stunning. The area is so calm and peaceful. The home is unique and beautiful. My wife thoroughly enjoyed our time there and are already planning a return trip!

We loved the lakehouse! The setting and house were more beautiful than the photos. Panoramic lake views abound from inside and outside the house. The kitchen has new appliances and the house was toasty on a few very cold days. Also, there is a nice fire pit, outdoor lounge area, and a new dock that is amazing at night to walk out onto and gaze up at the stars. The sunrises and sunsets are visible from the property and provide a bonus. It’s very peaceful and everyone in my group slept well. I hope to be back in the warmer weather to swim, kayak, and unwind.

Picture perfect! Newly updated accommodations with all the comforts of home. Extremely clean and very well managed. The view from this place is incredible. The perfect oasis in Montauk. Khrisna was extremely responsive and accommodating in our needs. Will definitely be back again!

This was the perfect last-minute getaway for my always on-the-go family in need of some quiet bonding time. The condo was simple and clean, the beach beautiful (even in the winter), and Alice and Gasper were very responsive. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at Desiree’s place for New Years weekend. The space was beautiful, clean, comfortable and perfect for our getaway. Close to the casino and spa and anything you need. Would definitely recommend!

Such a beautiful condo by the water! Too bad we stayed in November, we would have enjoyed the terrace way more! Mia was so responsive and helpful with my questions prior to the weekend at her place.

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

Our second time renting a condo at Rough Riders in Montauk. Contrary to the name, there is nothing rough about this picturesque location with unobstructed views of the ocean, pier and wonderful wildlife everywhere. The condo we rented Sept 30 -Oct 2, 2023 has a well appointed kitchen with new amenities, including a pot filler faucet over the stove! Pristine/clean condo and lovely deck for lounging w/ book and coffee. The couch is very comfortable and the master bedroom has plenty of closet and bureau space for longer stays. The 2nd bedroom has bunkbeds so not ideal for two couples but perfect for small families. The television was a little tricky (if you bring tv-loving kids). Not walkable to downtown but theres at least one restaurant/bar just outside the entry to this gated community. Short drive to shops/restaurants in downtown Montauk. Horse lovers call Deep Hollow Ranch in advance to book truly memorable trail rides. Enjoy!!
