Meine Frau unsere Tochter und Ich hatten eine super Zeit in diesem Apartment. Wir hatten genug Platz, eine super Küche und alles was wir brauchten um uns in Porto wohl zu fühlen. Bis in die Stadt dauerte es zu Fuß lediglich 15 Minuten. Auch für entspannte Tage war die Unterkunft absolut geeignet. Die Kommunikation und Abwicklung mit Vasco verlief wunderbar. Er begrüßte und verabschiedete uns mehr als höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten jederzeit das Gefühl gut umsorgt und willkommen zu sein. Absolute Empfehlung 👍🏼 Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent emplacement. Parfait pour tout découvrir à pied ou avec le Yellow Bus (que je recommande). L'accueil était personnalisé (porto et pastel de nata). A 3, c'est un peu petit mais largement compensé par l'emplacement. Je recommande vivement.

lugar precioso, tranquilo, con varias playas fluviales muy cerca, con Porto al lado, bien comunicado con lugares lindos de visitar( Castelo de Paiva, Arouca...., Pedorico, O Douro...) Todo respondió a las expectativas. todo muy limpio, anfitriona genial y coanfitrion espectacular en el trato. sitio recomendable para estar en contacto con la naturaleza y si se quiere con la ciudad. merece muchísimo la pena.

This is such a beautiful place! Everything was perfect - super comfortable bed, a wonderful soaking bathtub, just delightful! Excellent recommendations, easy communication. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for everything!

Appartement spacieux, très propre et fonctionnel. Parking dans la propriété. Barbecue, piscine....parfait pour un moment de détente. La plage est accessible à 2/3 min en voiture. Bruno et Emilia sont très à l'écoute, réactifs et de bons conseils pour les restaurants et visites. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

If I ever visit Porto again I would love to stay here! Extremely convenient location, right on the Santa Catarina but surprisingly very quiet I was able to remotely work from here and had no issues at all with noise. Right near many shops, restaurants, cafes, a local market, and a shopping mall. 10-15 minute walk to the river. Please note it is on the second floor and there’s no elevator so you must be able to carry whatever luggage you bring. The apartment has all you need (excluding cooking oils and seasonings). I used the washer multiple times and magically my clothes would be dry the next morning (maybe from the heater I left on overnight). Bino was helpful, welcoming and kind allowing me a late check out and assisting with my luggage going upstairs. If you need a clean, quiet, budget friendly stay in the middle of the city, this is the place. Obrigado!!!

Christina’s place is amazing, it has everything which you need, every small detail has been taken care of. The decor and design is great, ideal for a few days or more. Christina, is very helpful and friendly and whatever we needed to know she was very responsive and knowledgeable. We drove from Lisbon to Porto and when we got to the apartment, she was there to welcome us and had kept fruit, juice and chocolates for us, which was very kind and nice of her. The personal touches in the place is something which stood out. The quality of the linen, towels and toiletries were great, it’s something which you would use at home yourself. Would definitely recommend it and if we were to come back to Porto, would definitely without a second thought will stay here.

Amazing place, lovely old world charm, with an incredible view from the garden, overlooking the river and the Dom Luis bridge. Very comfortable and spacious, it was a wonderful place for our family. It is situated right next to the Cathedral so easy walking access to lots historical sites. We loved staying here!

Le logement de Romain est très idéalement bien situé pour séjourner un week-end à Porto, ce logement est très pratique et très fonctionnel je le recommande et merci à Romain pour toutes les indications qui ont été très précises durant ce séjour !

Un séjour formidable chez Manuel, son fils très gentil ils nous ont aider pour les valises à l'arrivée et au départ, ils ont êtes au petits soins pour nous ,son épouse très charmante, et souriante . L'appartement très propre et bien situé au centre ville . Je recommande à 100%, on reviendra Merci beaucoup à vous .

I hadn’t researched the area well when I booked this home and didn’t realize that we’d be on the other side of the river from Porto. I’m so glad that I didn’t know as I might not have booked and we were thrilled with the location and the home. Being on the river was like watching a movie at all hours of the day and night. We loved the walks across the bridge to Porto and enjoyed the riverside restaurants and activities on both sides. The apartment is quiet and has very comfortable beds which is more important the older we get. There are stairs with the apartment on three levels. We enjoyed our brief times on the terrace and would have spent more time there in better weather. Isa responded quickly when we had a challenge with the washing machine and it was fixed the next day. She also showed me how to use the coffee machine, which produces fabulous coffee. It wasn’t difficult but I needed help. The place has everything needed for a great visit and we highly recommend it.

A casa é exatamente conforme descrita no site. As fotos refletem perfeitamente a realidade, mostrando um ambiente bonito e muito bem organizado. A decoração é encantadora e tudo estava em perfeito estado, proporcionando uma experiência confortável e agradável. Recomendo a todos que buscam um local assim!

Espaço agradável, com uma vista bonita, e com tudo o que é preciso! Só não estava à espera das ruas apertadas e falta de estacionamento. (Não é culpa do proprietário, é a zona mesmo)

Séjour très agréable, Judith nous a guidé pour arriver jusqu’à l’appartement avec des informations très claires Le logement correspondait exactement à l’annonce peut être précisé juste les capsules qui correspondent à la machine à café. Sinon tout le reste est vraiment très beau une très belle prestation De plus, Judith nous a donné des adresses de restaurant aux alentours, nous avons suivi ses conseils et nous avons trouvé facilement ou manger et passer un bon moment. C’est avec plaisir que je retournerai dans cette location. L’accueil y est très sympathique. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour, j’espère revenir très vite.

A very well-organized, hotel-style managed apartment that we all loved during our five-day stay. It was great to find such a reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable apartment in a bustling area. Location is perfect. The variety of entertainment facilities provided was a huge bonus. Every time we waited for an Uber, we enjoyed playing games in the pool room downstairs, which was a lot of fun. The hot water, which we were initially worried about, was never an issue. The apartment is also spacious with the high-quality furnitures. The kitchen was well-equipped and beautifully designed, though you need to provide your own laundry detergent and paper towels. Worth mentioning is that this apartment doesn’t require keys at all—it’s entirely controlled via smartphone for opening and locking doors, which is incredibly convenient. One minor drawback was that both bathrooms had some water leakage, leaving the floor wet after showers. However, it wasn’t a major issue for us.

A beautiful Villa with a nice pool and barbecue outside we all love it we are definitely coming back again. Highly recommended.
