This was a beautiful, peaceful, comfortable retreat. We were in town for a wedding and the location was central to everything. It was a wonderful place to both wake up in and to come home to at night. Pool was lovely and all the beach chairs and ample towels allowed us to sneak in a beach visit between events. Many thanks for a lovely weekend!

Our stay was wonderful. Brought our kids and dogs and Dmitriys place fit all of us perfectly. Location is perfect. 15-20 mins from all the popular destinations and multiple dog park options to run the pups! Only thing missing was a broom so we could sweep up all the sand brought in and out throughout the day. Definitely would stay again and recommend to friends and family!

This house has a great location with privacy and also still being close to the beach and all that Pensacola beach has to offer. Backyard was very nice to hangout and enjoy the sunshine and sit around the pool. All the decks are great to hangout out on and enjoy the weather. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

Mrs. Cheryl was absolutely amazing, her home made us feel as if we were at home our selves, she provided everything we needed plus more. I will most definitely be coming back with my family .. thank you for everything

My husband and I are “homebody’s” however we love to go on vacations! We spends lots of time looking at places and hoping we pick the right one for us! We LOVED this place, it was sooo cozy, in a home away from home vibe! Whatever we needed that we didn’t bring they had it covered. There was a fan in the house which was awesome as we are, sleep with the fan on people. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated and dream to use!! The kitchen was big and clean, and just beautiful!! Living room and couch was comfortable, had some throw blankets that could be used! We really felt at home and didn’t want to leave to our next destination after being here! Thank you for the enjoyable stay!!

What a great place! The house is huge. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our stay. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the common spaces were cozy. Will definitely be back when in the area.

Wonderful home in Pensacola’s East Hill neighborhood. It was convenient to reach downtown, Pensacola Beach, and Milton. Loved the city park at the end of the street.

The condos location was amazing! Very clean and accommodating. We did have some issues with pool bracelets but Markietta was very helpful and readily available. Can’t wait to visit this place again!

We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed this place. Pros: Private patio Easy beach access Laundry in the unit Full kitchen Cons: No restaurants or bars are really within walking distance Master bathroom area is a little tight and lacks vanity area due to a huge sink Cleaning fee was a bit steep Overall our stay was great. Will definitely come back. We extended our stay by an extra day which was a fairly smooth process.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! No stress getting in and everything was as described. I only wish we didn’t just plan for a short weekend trip! It was very roomy and clean and the balcony was great to relax on in the mornings and afternoons. I would love to stay again when the weather is warmer.

We had a great spring break here and loved the place. Host was always responsive and even let us check in early. Just make sure you never leave the doors open like we did and get bugs.

The location of the condo was extremely convenient to the local beaches, shops, and restaurants. The main drawback worth mentioning for future renters is the busy traffic on Perdido Key Dr. The speed limit is 45 mph, very looely patrolled, with a high daily commuter volume between FL/AL line. The closest designated crosswalk is at the River Rd, which is about a 4-5 min walk. if you have small children, you'll need to use extreme caution. The beach access is super convenient, once safely across, directly across from the condo and the sand is amazing in this area. The inside of the condo is adequate, but know ahead of time the bathroom is cramped with limited storage space and room to dress. The toilet is very small, which could be to save floor space?, but I could see this being a real challenge for some. Think budget-friendly vacation. We would absolutely stay here again, no traveling children in our family.

This condo was very relaxing and cozy. A very quiet location and the fishing dock was our favorite spot to hang out. I love that they provided finding poles, and everything you might want or need for the beach. Justin was very helpful and the communication was great. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The pool and hot tub were nice and the location was close to the beach. We loved the low key location, compared to some of the busier vacation cities. The condo had everything we needed including sunscreen, a cooler, beach chairs, and bug spray in the closet. We did need the bug spray in the evenings by the pool. The kids said the bunk beds were comfy and our bed was too. The washer and dryer were super convenient as well.

Very nice birthday weekend here! Friendly and promte host. Very clean space and right accross from the beach access, perfect spot! Will definetly book again!
