The condo had everything we needed, including an ice maker!!! It was spacious and had easy access to the pool and beach. We loved it!

Excellent location near beach access and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable. Nice pillows and bedding. Flexible parking.

Earl’s place is recently renovated (following a hurricane in the area last fall). It is a beautiful three bedroom, three and one-half bathroom unit. All the beds are comfortable .... which is not always the case with Airbnb units. There are two screened porches/decks that make sitting outside at night a real delight. The full kitchen made preparing some meals at home very easy. There is a public access bay beach about 1/2 mile away and gulf beaches within about 15 minute drive. We kayaked and walked and played in the sun and water. Although we did not meet Earl during our stay- he was always quickly available by text or phone. I would love to return to Earl’s unit at Port St Joe.

Loved the private feel of the beach and the beautiful views from all the bedrooms and living room area as well as the decks! I would recommend this home! Also loved that the home and beach is pet friendly! Thank you for making our stay great!

Beautiful condo, would highly recommend! We have stayed at this complex before, first time in this unit, and absolutely loved it. The host was great to work with and very responsive. The condo was beautifully decorated and we love the location as it’s right across the street from the beach. The beach was not overly crowded for a holiday week and the complex was very quiet. Can’t wait to go back.

I’m don’t know what to say about this place that hasn’t been said, it was amazing! Plenty of room for both our families and awesome views of the ocean. We were able to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins jump. The ocean was beautiful and the access was easy. Not super busy, almost felt like we had the beach to ourselves. There are many great restaurants and you are right next to a state park with great biking. We had one minor issue and the hosts were right on top of it. I could go on and on, book this place if you are in the area!

Great place with easy access to the beach and a beautiful view of the setting sun over the gulf. Lots of space, with three bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large party. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we could cook for ourselves. Everything about the stay was made easy by host Susie.

We’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always been a clean and comfortable stay. Well stocked kitchen. Easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The neighbors are extremely nice and my fur baby loves the fenced in yard.

This is a great place to stay! A very short walk to the beach & in a quiet neighborhood. Great dog friendly place with a large yard for them to run around! All of the essentials were present and a lot of useful things—stocked kitchen utensils, dinnerware, cookware. Coffee pot, toaster, ice trays. Lots of towels and bedding! Plenty of space to hang out—living room and screened in porch. Would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Linda's cottage! Felt right at home and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

The rental was very clean and very quiet. It met the description and the pictures. The furniture was a worn and old but very comfortable. I was worried that the location behind the gas station would be less than ideal, but it ended up being very private and quiet. The beach across the main road was clean and not too crowded. There were a few issues with the property but I did not reach out to the host during my stay because it makes me uncomfortable to have the host over as I travel alone. I check every rental I stay in to ensure it is clean, all the windows lock, and that the door key works. I messaged the host after the trip to let him know about the issues and he did not respond. He was very responsive prior to my trip so it could be that he was just busy. I only mention this in case that matters to you before booking the trip. I gave the property 5 stars because I felt its value met the cost. It is a quiet, clean, and safe vacation spot that is priced well for the area. I would stay at this host's properties again if I were coming to the area.

Fantastic place! Our family of 12 for perfectly. The beach and water are amazing. Super location on the cape. Close to stores, yet far enough away to be peaceful and private. We were a bit surprised to find that the third floor balconies were locked and were told that they were private to the owners. Loved the house and had a fabulous stay. Thanks!!

We all enjoyed our stay! The house comfortably slept 10 people. Easy check in, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and clean bedding and plenty of towels. The kitchen was also well stocked with cooking essentials (plus some!) and plates, cutlery and glasses. There is a coffee machine that brews both single use and carafe. However, there were no seasonings or spices available. In a house of this size be prepared for stairs and several light switches! The walk to the beach was manageable and everyone enjoyed the private pool. We rented bikes, 5 minute bike ride to Salinas Park. If staying for more than three days, there is a short supply of paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher pods, as well as laundry detergent. This was communicated in an information email prior to arrival. An opportunity with the property was better lighting in pool area. It was dimly lit and the pool light was non functioning. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Cape San Blas is our go to every year for family vacation. We usually stay in barrier dunes but different condos, usually just what we can find. The location was perfect for getting close to the beach and very manageable walk with two little kids. Will definitely book with them again, just through their website next time!

The house was adorable and exactly as described. The location was amazing- the beach could be seen from both queen bedrooms. The backyard was huge, perfect for our dogs. I highly recommend the I Sea Blue house- we will definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect! Relaxing. Quiet. The property was beautifully landscaped! Just steps to the beach! House was clean and quite spacious. Devi was responsive and available to answer all questions. Highly recommended. We plan to come back!

Great place and host. It was a very short walk to the beach/ocean and the pool was a great when there were red flags on the beach. If you have more than 6 people, you may want to bring towels and washcloths as there are enough for 6. That is the only ‘complaint’ we had! Overall had an amazing time and would stay again!

Jodi is a terrific host. This is the second time we have stayed at one of their townhomes at Barrier Dunes. They do everything top notch. The place is well stocked with everything we needed. The grill is high quality. The beds are very comfortable. It is just a great stay all around.

Peace Out On The Cape was phenomenal!!! The location is perfect: Steps to the beach and 2 minutes to the state park. Only 5 minutes to the best donuts I’ve ever had! The house itself was very comfortable. The extra beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, wagon) is a great touch! We also enjoyed grilling out a few nights. Having laundry was very convenient. The beds and furniture were very comfy. The host is also very nice and responsive. Upon checking in, there was a small issue with the lock to the beach equipment closet, but the host responded to my message and fixed the issue before it impacted our stay. I am already dreaming of another trip here next summer!

We enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar. It was extremely clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Judith’s guest house! We booked this place because we were wanting to take our dog to the beach. We were looking for a private fenced in yard with a pool and walkable distance to the beach (dog friendly all day.. Woo hoo!) and that is exactly what we got! Judith was so sweet, accommodating, and flexible- we got in very late the first night and she was outside to greet us with a smile as we pulled up. She checked in on us but was never intrusive. She brought us delicious brownies and corn bread one day. All of the restaurants we tried in Port St. Joe were amazing- especially KrazyFish, PSJ Bar and Grill, and Provisions all in the down town area about 15 min from her place. Her place was clean and had no sand when we arrived, which was very impressive considering it is a beach house. The beach was never crowded even with it being 4th of July week, and most importantly, our pup had the best time, so we did too! Thank you, Judith, for an amazing stay!

Beautiful location! It’s hard to find a nice dog friendly location at the beach but this property was perfect! Close to the beach and the entire community was dog friendly. The property was also stocked with everything we needed and labeled so items were easy to find. 10/10 we would love to stay here again!

Our Airbnb stay was exceptional! The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with no signs of wear and tear. We loved the abundance of USB ports and plugs, which made charging our devices easy. The kitchen was fully equipped, perfect for cooking meals, and there were plenty of comfortable seating options both inside and out. The labeled light switches were a thoughtful touch, making it easy to navigate the house. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach in a quiet area. Communication with the hosts was excellent; they were responsive and helpful. The lighting throughout the house was great, with plenty of lamps creating a warm ambiance. The only small downside was that the downstairs bedroom had a full-size mattress instead of the queen mentioned in the listing, but it was still comfortable. The Roku TV was new to us, but it worked fine once we got the hang of it. Overall, we had an amazing experience and can't wait to return!
