We had 7 adults and plenty of room. Didn’t even use the room with bunk beds. Layout is great for hanging out and cooking with an open kitchen, dining and living room. Mastercard bedroom and bathroom was amazing (bathroom is fantastic-very spacious). The bed was very comfortable . House was very clean, furnished with everything needed in the kitchen and throughout the house. The walk to the beach is very easy and leas than 5 minutes. Easy enough if you needed to run back to the house for something it was no problem. We had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave. Would definitely recommend!!!

Had a great stay at the home. For being one road off the beach it still has great views and a short walk across the road to beach access. House was clean, ample amenities and enough space for a family. No complaints. Would stay at the home again.

It was truly amazing. The home had the space we needed for 9 people. The beach was 7 a minute walk. And the clear water beach wasn't far as well. My family enjoyed every moment. The locals were are nice. And you got to go to Mama Dotts for some good soul food cooking. There are local bars to have a few drinks. And beaches you can walk at night to watch the sun sets and rise. The local of the home is just right and privacy needed. You are not far from anything. I thank you so much for allowing us to stay. We had a rough time getting there because our tires blew twice. And we were late for check in but he told us to get there safe and relaxe and everything would be alright. So thank you for caring. We needed batteries and they were there asap. Thank you so much. People you have to book this home. It was so spacious and kitchen was made to cook the best meals.

Sunny Paws is a wonderfully peaceful, fully supplied amenities home that is a true joy to stay! Great location to everything the area offers. And while it says 'pet friendly' ... which almost makes me think of wet dog smell with chewed on furniture, there's absolutely no sign of any animal ever having been there. 100% 'people friendly'! Thanks! We hope to stay again!

I hesitate to say anything because this place was magnificent and I don’t want it to be too popular. Lol. It fit every one of our needs. I got this place to fit everyone which included my oldest son and his family of 4, my middle son and his family of 4 which includes a 2 and 4 year old, and my youngest son and his family of 3 which includes an infant. The pool walk was mere feet from the decks and the food trucks were added bonuses. We love Hippie donuts. The view was spectacular and the walk to the beach easy! It was amazing and we will be returning.

Our stay was amazing. The location was directly across the road from the beach.. We watched amazing sunsets. It was a dream come true. Will was great to work with. He quickly answered all of our questions! He is a new friend in our book!

Ms.Missy was a great host and responded almost immediately every time I had a question, with full and clear responses. She even kept me updated on something that was going in the area at the time. My friends and I all had a great time staying here, thank you again Ms.Missy!

Great location. Easy short walk to St.Joe's shopping area. Plenty of restaurants and a few nice bars for gathering with friends. If you have some cool refreshing drinks it's a short walk back to the house.

I absolutely loved my stay here. It was my first time to this area. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. The owners have definitely thought of everything. Clean and comfy. The bed was amazing with soft linens and good pillows. The sunset view is worth every penny!! I will definitely stay here again.

Rich was great to communicate with. The Airbnb was clean and comfortable. It was nicer than expected from the photos. It offered 3 bedrooms with 5 beds and 3 bathrooms, perfect for 5 artist ladies. Towels are thick & fluffy. Nice quite location. I definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Hannah was a great host, friendly, and responsive to questions. The location was inviting, and very clean.

Claire’s suite was in a perfect residential location, walkable to the downtown area and to the nearby pier and park. It was a great location for us to explore Mexico Beach, St Joe Beach, Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, Apalachicola, and St. George Island. We tried out a couple of her restaurant recommendations, our favorites being Peachy’s on the peninsula, and Quatro Locos Tacos. The Kitchenette was a nice space to have our breakfast before heading out for the day. Easy parking directly in front of our entrance. Comfortable and cozy, and friendly communication from Claire!

Venice was very helpful and responsive. Everything was exactly as described. Very clean and nice on the inside, with big bathrooms and a huge kitchen. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back again!

I absolutely loved! this beautiful and tranquil home. The host curated every detail to ensure that I had everything I needed to let go and completely enjoy my vacation. The location was ideal and even better than I expected. Raeanna was very friendly, flexible and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend her home if you’re thinking about a stay in Port St. Joe.

This was the second time we stayed at this location and we really enjoyed it. The people who own other condos are always nice and have made some new friends. Not to far from the beach just a couple of blocks away not a bad walk. Planning to rent again when work permits.

couldn't ask for a better host .it was so comfortable and homey and very easy to check in and out. very nice place to stay and will be back soon with my wife . Mango Marleys is just across the street and fresh shrimp and red snapper from the shell shack was awesome and fresh. 5 stars doesn't come close cause I would give the place and host a 10. so if your thinking about staying here stop thinking and book it because it's well worth it and some. Rich P

The location couldn't have been better, we had a perfect view of the beach and less than one minute walk before our toes were in the sand. (it's just across the street from the ocean) The condo had everything we needed, and made cooking meals easy. There were 7 of us (3 adults and 4 kids ages 4-16), and we all felt comfortable and like we had our own space. Don't worry about bringing any beach toys or gear. There's an entire walk in closet with everything you could ever want for the beach. We will definitely be back for our next beach trip!

Jacob's place was exceptionally clean. He and his co-host were extremely accommodating and responsive. The whole place was very comfortable, and we had a great time as a family. Great location with a very short drive to the beach.

We've been going to Mexico Beach for the last 5 years and this place has been the best stay. Would stay again in a heart beat. Owner is friendly, very responsive and detailed. Any question we might have has already been answered in the welcome guide. And I can't get over all the amenities. We really didn't need to bring as much as we did. They are fully equipped with all your and the kids beach needs. As well as the kitchen. I was very impressed all in all. 10/10!

Great place with easy access to the beach and a beautiful view of the setting sun over the gulf. Lots of space, with three bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large party. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we could cook for ourselves. Everything about the stay was made easy by host Susie.
