We had a wonderful visit! The place was great and Sterling was incredibly helpful and responsive to all our requests. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed the stay. Very nice. Very clean. Very comfortable. Loved the Welcome greeting and box of chocolates. Loved having coffee out in the sunroom in the mornings. Enjoyed it enough that will like to go back next year.

JoJo was an excellent host - the unit was spotless...super easy to access. I will be checking JoJo's availability for my next Tampa trip.....

This is an absolutely perfect apartment for one or two people. Very well thought out and high end finishes. The kitchen has apartment sized appliances, including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The bathroom is small but lovely. the location is perfect, in the beautiful Indian Beach, Sapphire Shores area and very close to downtown. I would absolutely highly recommend this. turner communicated with me very well and was extremely accommodating.

We can’t say enough good things about Dune Our Thing! We had the best stay and really fell in love with Siesta Key. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean and decorated. The view of the ocean was great and it was so nice to open the patio door and hear the ocean. We loved how easy it was to get from SRQ to this condo—very easy drive and great location. We actually really liked staying near turtle beach…it was more private and quiet than other areas and the beach access was simple and close—just a walk over the dune. Shell hunting was really great on this beach. We rented a car, but we also used the free trolley and the frog hop service when we didn’t feel like parking. I can’t say enough good things about our host—they were so helpful and had our place stocked with holiday goodies and a welcome gift for our 4-year old son. We will be back, and likely to stay in this same place again. Thank you so much, we highly recommend!!

This condo was absolutely beautiful. The hosts thought of every detail. We flew to Englewood so it was a plus to have umbrella and chairs for the beach. Would love to stay there again!

Absolutely great!

We had a wonderful time at Sylvie‘s house in Nokomis. The communication was perfect from the beginning to the end of our stay. Sylvie knows the need of her customers which you can feel everywhere in the house. All was clean and very tastefully and decorated with love. We also met her little dog Daisy. A more than perfect stay. We would love to come back.

Verushka was always very responsive. We arrived early, and we were able to check-in since the cleaning was completed. I especially enjoyed just sitting outside watching and listening to the birds and the water. The apartment was clean, and we were pretty comfortable. We stayed for a month and Verushka checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. The laundry room was stocked for us which was really nice! She also supplied us with spring water which was wonderful and unexpected. If you need a place to stay in the Brandenton area, you are in good hands with Verushka.

We loved this place. It felt like home right away and the owners were very attentive, even though we stayed a short time. We had concerns about handicap access which were responded to quickly. We brought our kids here to see it, so they know they now have a short term place to stay on their yearly winter stay in Florida. Very clean, with everything we needed. They even provided condiments and butter....butter, that was unexpected. How nice. We have already recommended this place to several friends from Iowa, so they have a known place to stay when they visit.

My husband & I had never rented an airbnb before, so we were a little skeptical & nervous about doing so, but with advice from friends & family, we decided to take that route. When we came across Jamin's Tiny Apartment ad, it sounded & looked perfect & reasonably priced. Well, it was perfect! From check-in, when we pulled into the driveway & welcomed by Alex (the manager), to check-out, where we just had to lock up & leave & Jamin always quick to respond when we had any questions. I have o.c.d. & I can tell you the apartment was very clean & I never saw even 1 bug! There were 2 closets equipped with plenty of hangers. One closet was a walk-in with a long mirror & shelving & both had drawers. This not so 'tiny apartment' was far better than we expected. If anyone is considering this airbnb, grab it before you lose it, you won't be sorry! Thank you Jamin & Alejandro for making our first experience as airbnb renters a positive & pleasant one. We look forward to seeing you again.

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

Suzette’s place was exactly as described. Well-worth every penny. The place was extremely clean and well-kept. Thank you John for your flexibility with the late plane! Would definitely stay here again!

This was our third stay at the Oz treehouse and it was incredible as always! Te has become more of a friend to us than a host. The moment we arrive there our blood pressure drops. She has created a cozy artistic relaxing space that is unlike any other. The gardens are an escape not to be missed, housing exterior “rooms” containing seating areas, lounging areas, a fire pit, a pool, a bbq, and our personal favorite, the hot tub. The garden area alone makes it worth the stay, a true sanctuary. If that weren’t enough, this is all walking distance from the shops and restaurants on historic Dearborn St. and the shore of Lemon Bay, and the beaches of Manasota Key are a short ten minutes away. Would recommend to everyone, and if you’re traveling with friends, she has multiple units available, all amazingly cozy and comfortable. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Chris is a friendly, helpful, flexible host. I saw a review where it describes this cute little one bedroom, rustic. It is, as well as cozy with a very comfortable bed, full bathroom, washer and dryer fridge. No stove, but honestly I didn’t come to Florida to cook. I do plenty of this at home, so we were happy with the Keurig for morning coffee, even had water and beer in the fridge when we arrived. The back yard is lovely, quiet and has nice hot tub, chairs and table in the shade when needed. Well lit at night for our late arrival too. This is a nice, well established quiet neighborhood, we felt very safe. If you are looking for a Hilton type of property, spend the extra money and go there. We were looking for something small and efficient, nice environment at a reasonable price. This is perfect find.

Our fourth trip ❤️ - what a great price point and central location! We spent most of our time at Manasota beach and found LOTS of sharks teeth. Thank you once again for sharing your property! You know we will be back again!!

Gorgeous place - we definitely want to come back and stay again. Place was spotless when we arrived and looks exactly like the pictures. Amenities were great and we had everything we needed to stay comfortably. Highly recommend
