The house was just as listed. Roomy, dog friendly, beautiful pool view from great room and master bedroom. The master bath was fabulous. I rarely use any tub but my own, however the MB tub was a very clean, deep, soaking tub that was great to relax in after a long day of driving. The furniture in the main area was comfortable and sturdy. The frig/freezer was enormous and the washer & dryer were much appreciated. Loved the overall layout of the house. Easy drive to beautiful beaches for long walks - a needed reprieve from our snowy cold weather at home! Check out list was easy: take out trash and move towels & washcloths to the tub.

Their home is stocked with anything and everything you could need even items you did not know you needed!! We are a family of 10 and this house was perfect in every way! The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable! The main hangout space is amazing!! Owners are very sweet and helpful.

Kurt and Esmeralda provided us just what we needed for our stay! Their home allowed us to host my bridesmaids for the weekend while we prepared for the weekend, so having a comfortable place was an absolute necessity. Any questions we had, they quickly answered. The electric door lock died, and they quickly came out to address the problem (after confirming we were comfortable with their visit, of course). Overall, they made this wedding weekend as stress-free and memorable as possible. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Spencer's Way! The pool was so luxurious and all the small decor and touches just made everything feel so wonderful and relaxing. Also, the King size bed was SOOOOOO comfortable. Thank you!

This house is quite simply incredible. I have stayed in dozens of Airbnbs and am a Superhost myself. This is the nicest one I’ve ever stayed in. This is a 5 bedroom home with a million dollar view of the beach, bookended by 200 year old live oaks. The interior is pristine and luxurious. There’s a pool and patio deck. It is in Long Beach, the richest segment of Mississippi’s coast and minutes from upscale everything. This is the dream here, folks.

Would definitely stay at the property again when in the area. Joseph was a great host.

The place was very nice, clean and had everything you could ask for. The pool area is great. Yvette was a delight to talk with and she was super accommodating.

It was great for a family gathering. Beautiful location. Great porch, swing, bikes, and games. Two kitchens and refrigerators. Stocked by someone who values cooking, food, and entertainment. Responsive host. Great value.

Loved our stay during our Thanksgiving holiday! We will definitely return when we visit again. Easy to walk to the beach or a super short drive. There were plenty of beach chairs to take and her outdoor shower was great for rinsing off. My niece loved the bikes available! The house is beautiful and we didn’t want for anything.

We had to make a last minute cancellation due to our dog being badly injured. Even thought it was way past the date to cancel, Stephen was incredibly understanding and gave us a full refund. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness and excellent communication and would book a future trip with him for this reason.

Thank you, Bill, for renting us your home, my husband now wants to stay at your place every time we come back home (I'm from Biloxi). The home felt very cozy and comfortable, we had some family members that rented his home across the street which made our vacation feel like we were living back at home. Bill was very responsive to our needs and concerns, the location is walkable to a few restaurants, downtown, the baseball field and parade routes and it's close to the Keesler AFB. We will definitely rent from him again.

What a nice Airbnb and host! Jan was very nice and helpful. Location is very serene, quiet and private. House is roomy with great A/C. The Airbnb is roomy, great for adults only or with children. There is a playroom with books and toys and bunk beds for the kids. Of note there are two separate half bathrooms conectes by a single tub/shower. It is walking distance from the MS Sound - nice and relaxing views! The place has everything (spices and plate ware) for a crab boil with a nice patio out back! I would definitely stay here again. FIVE STARS!

They say if you don’t have something nice to say then don’t say anything at all. Good thing is I have plenty to say about this fantastic property! This place was the absolute perfect place to stay for our 4 day spring break vacation. There were 4 mamas and our teenage kids and it was absolute perfection in terms of accommodations, amenities and space. We enjoyed the fire pit two nights of our stay and our teens enjoyed the abundance of games and fun things to do on the property. We had friends that stayed in two other houses close by and our house was the common gathering place for bocce ball, ping pong, darts, cornhole and just hanging out. The home is exactly as pictured and has everything you could need or want for cooking and entertaining. It has an extra fridge and a full bathroom downstairs just in case you need it. Each room has its own bathroom and the sink in the half bath is the cutest thing you’ve ever seen! We loved the attention to detail! Book it!

This was our second time staying and we brought more family to show them. We love the house, it’s super dog friendly and we have two extra large dogs. We love waking up and sitting on the back deck with a beautiful view of the gulf. Would recommend the house and Ocean Springs area to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

We enjoyed ourcstay and plan on going back. Quiet, relaxing place. Fatm vibes. Not far from local attractions. They were quick to respond to b any questions i had. Spacious . All the amenities that you need. It was exactly what i needed after the hectic holidays.

After driving 12 hours and arriving at our FIRST BnB around 6pm and finding it completely unacceptable. I reached out to Susan to see if we could book and check in to her place that night. She contacted me back and said both her and her cleaning lady would meet us at the house to see if it met our expectations. She was welcoming and did everything she could to make us comfortable. Our dog loved the big fenced in yard.

Easy check in. we were short blankets, dish soap and laundry soap. she brought them the following morning. thank you. great little house. everything we needed. super clean!

Everything was great, had everything for my children, wife and mother n law. Reserved last minute and everything was taken care of quickly. Looking to come back for a quick get away as the beach was a 10 minute walk down the road.

This place is amazing, I stay in Ocean Springs often and this is going to be at the top of my list of my favorite Airbnb’s… location is absolutely perfect, host was extremely helpful, I brought my two small dogs and the yard was perfect for them.
