Great place to stay for a long weekend, very closed to Sam’s Club convenient location for nearby local restaurants and private parking garage for your vehicle. Felt at home with my small family.

Very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed our week stay over the holidays, the hosts were very easy to get in touch with and would reply very quickly. The WiFi was extremely fast and they provided lots of helpful information about the surrounding area and townhouse.

Minerva es una anfitriona cálida, generosa, cuidadosa y muy amable. Estuvimos felices en su casa, la sentimos como nuestra desde el primer día. La casa es amplia, cómoda y decorada con muy buen gusto. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para descansar y convivir en familia. Las camas, almohadas y toallas son perfectas. Como es temporada de invierno Minerva tuvo el cuidado de dejarnos unas cobijas deliciosas. El lugar de parking cuenta con una enredadera hermosa que da sombra. La playa Palmilla que es hermosa queda a 8 minutos en auto y el centro de San José a 15 minutos. Definitivamente regresaré con amigos y familia.

I've been enjoying Cerritos Beach for years and we always enjoy staying at Villa Cerritos. it's a great location that is convenient, family friendly, and safe. there's always staff on hand if you need anything and the units are always clean. thanks again for another great vacation!

Lovely spot, responsive host, the caretaker, Isaac, seemed to have a sixth sense for our comings and goings and was always ready to open and close the gate for us. Felt safe and peaceful and had everything we needed!

Yoshy was a GREAT host. He was available at all times as needed. We experienced a little hiccup and Yoshy did everything within his power to make things right. Yoshy went above and beyond. As we all know things can occur whenever and Yoshy handled our situation very well and professionally. Yoshy place is amazing and very clean makes you feel at home. Minutes away from the beach (walking distance). Mannys Beach House is right there. Very fun atmosphere. Some of us within our group were first timers to Rocky Point and they loved their experience. We will definitely be going back and if Yoshy’s place is available we will gladly stay there again. Thank you very much Yoshy for being such a GREAT host! 🤗

Gorgeous place! The pictures don’t do it justice. Ample space in every room. We loved every inch of it. The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we prepared. More amenities than expected, a/c everywhere including the elevators, beautiful and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, convenient trash disposal, covered parking, huge terrace and both bedrooms have ocean views! Best experience so far in PP.

Excelente Atención de parte de Irela, su departamento es muy cómodo, limpio y bien equipado, en todas las areas, la decoración muy bonita, nos toco un huracán categoría 2 y excelente como refugio ningún problema, y ninguna inundación en el fraccionamiento, ni en la casa, al contrario de otras casas que si tuvieron problemas...irela siempre estuvo al tanto de nosotros, Ni respetos y muchas gracias! :) recomiendo totalmente este lugar!!

This is our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first time we brought back friends and they also had a great experience. We will be coming to stay here for many years to come.

Erin was AMAZING as a host! any problems we had she was very prompt also had a friendly neighbor that helped A LOT! the home was STUNNING, so quiet, very private, neighbors were very friendly, waved at us always. great restaurants very close, a great park and trails to walk. so much wildlife in the back yard, Hundreds of hummingbirds, Javelins, so so much to sit on the porch and enjoy. we stayed for 3 or 4 months, felt like home and so sad we had to leave! If you are ever near Tucson, Green valley or nogales look no further for an awesome adventure and a cozy home. we would love to stay again when we are in Arizona! thank you so much erin, it's a home we NEVER WILL FORGET!!!

Amazing location between the two capes, great host communication, convenient prestock service, well-equipped kitchen and reliable WiFi for working remote. The pool/hottub are a short walk away and very nice. Easy walk to El Merkado for food across the main street. The noise from the neighbors above traveled quite easily, bring earplugs if you want to sleep in. A doggo clearly used to live here, so keep that in mind when booking with any allergies. 🐶

Very nice place and good location I would recommend

Islas Del Mar is a beautiful location just 15 minutes from Rocky Point and all the tourist hot spots. We went during a quiet time of year so only had a few neighbors during our stay which made it even more peaceful than it already is. The townhouse was spotless and had everything we needed from pots and pans to extra towels and bed sheets. The only downside was that the jacuzzi was not in working condition so we couldn’t use it which was a big bummer since the pool is not heated and the water was too cold for swimming. We will definitely be coming back!

Jeff was a responsive host. Condo was right on the water. Very quiet area. not very touristy. Just make sure to check the tide schedule if you want to swim. The restaurant he recommended was very yummy.

This was a great place to stay for our visit to Tubac. It was close to. a small market and very close to Tubac and shopping! The place worked perfectly for the 5 of us. There wasn't a thing that was missing!

Very comfortable space. . .enjoyed the fact that there were two levels!! Also, was walking distance from the town of Tubac (slightly long walking distance given the heat). . .AND I love the pool only a couple of blocks away. Perfect temperature and never crowded. My favorite part was the landscaping around the townhomes. . well established and well designed!! I'm from the Pacific NW, so I do not feel at home unless there are lots of plants around. Finally, the living area was nicely decorated and quite comfortable for both eating and sitting around during the heat of the day. . We will definitely return!!

We had an amazing stay at Jane’s apartment! The space was spotless, tastefully decorated, and in an ideal location. Jane was incredibly responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed—her hospitality truly made us feel like family. From the comfortable bed to the well-stocked amenities and thoughtful touches like fresh towels, everything was taken care of. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tubac!
