Gulf of Naples : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Wir haben 9 Nächte in Maurizios Wohnung verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, hat eine große Terrasse, ist sehr sauber und renoviert. Wir waren zu viert mit 2 kleinen Kindern und die Wohnung hat für uns sehr gut gepasst. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, sowie nette Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Straße ist etwas laut und ein paar Mal die Woche hört man abends Musik, aber das Schlafzimmer ist nach hinten gerichtet und mit Fenster zu haben die Kinder sehr gut geschlafen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es sogar eine Klimaanlage aber die Räume sind schön kühl und wir haben es nicht gebraucht. Maurizio ist ein toller Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit, gesprächig und für jedes Bedürfnis bereit entgegen zu kommen. Wir haben tolle Tipps bekommen und haben unseren Aufenthalt auf Ischia sehr genossen!

The appartment was perfect for our needs, those of a family of 4 including two small children. I believe a larger family or group of 5 people would also find the accomodation spacious enough. The two bathrooms and three bedrooms (including the living room) provide ample space. The location includes a large balcony, without spectacular views but useful for storage and drying clothes. For an additional 15 EUR/day, parking is available right downstairs, in a private and closed garagge (at 1/2 the price of public parking, provided you can find it). Other pluses include A/C, well equipped kitchen, great espresso machine, nearby supermarket, friendly neighbours and walkable distances for good restaurants and the main beach in Maiori. Maiori itself is an excellent base for the Amalfi coast. It is reasonably populated and priced compared to Amalfi and Positano, and well connected logistically to the entire coast. This was one of the best stays for us, and we highly recommend it.

Wir waren sechs Nächte in der Wohnung von Guiseppe und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Wir haben, obwohl es erst März war, Frühstück, Kaffee und Abendessen auf dem Balkon genossen. Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und wollten gar nicht weg. Weil wir mit dem Zug gekommen sind, hat Guiseppe uns sogar am Bahnhof abgeholt und wieder hingebracht (umsonst). Wir kommen super gerne wieder und würden uns wünschen, dass agropoli neben berlin liegt.

Camera ordinata e pulita, posizione perfetta per visitare Sant' Angelo, abbiamo trascorso dei giorni indimenticabili e siamo stati nella assoluta tranquillità, host reattivo e flessibile sul check-in, un' esperienza da rifare.

Nous avons passé 5 jours à Naples dans le logement d'Antonio. L'arrivée a été facile car tout était bien indiqué. Le quartier est un peu excentré mais il y a des arrêts de bus proches pour se rendre dans le centre ou à la gare pour partir découvrir la région. Des commerces sont à proximité.

El piso de arriba es muy bonito. La terraza nos ha gustado mucho: se pueden ver las estrellas y la luna, es muy relajante sentarse allí por la noche y oír el canto de los grillos. Los niños se han encontrado muy a gusto: el jardín y la piscina han sido ideales para ellos. El perro también ha podido disfrutar de espacios verdes, sin obligación de llevar correa. Silvio ha sido en todo momento encantador, a pesar del bullicio de los niños y ladridos ocasionales de Bruma. ¡Gracias Silvio! :-)

As mentioned in the review we were extremely happy with everything about the visit. Luigi could not have been more accommodating. Naples has its own unique charm and vibe, nothing we had not read about. There is an energy to the city, something that we have never before experienced. That being said we have not spent a lot of time in larger cities. We felt comfortable and safe. The locations and views from the apartment were spectacular!

Liberato’s Airbnb was wonderful. The view from the terrace was spectacular. Liberato was a very responsive host and very friendly too. Thank you Liberato!

L’appartement correspondait à nos attentes.. vu la saison basse c’était parfait.. j’avoue que la température de l’appartement en février était un peu froide… Mais une superbe réactivité sur les conseils dès que nous avions besoin.. je conseille évidemment…. Un séjour au top. Merci

Hôte accueillant et à fait les efforts nécessaires compte tenu de la barrière de la langue. Toujours disponible et de bon conseils (activités, restaurants, transport) Appartement propre et fonctionnel avec des boissons et de quoi dejeuner à notre arrivée

des hôtes formidables, un emplacement tout parfait pour profiter à la a fois de la plage et des chemins de randonnée, un environnement très calme... en fait, c'était exactement ce que nous cherchions. Très très satisfaits !

Very accommodating. We were even greeted upon arrival. Very clean. Air conditioning was a major plus. Large back patio. The neighbor was nice. Gave me gourds and melons. He blasted 90s dance music until 7:30pm despite not speaking a word of English. Honestly..I enjoyed it.. it almost seemed as if he thought we’d appreciate it and wanted to encourage us to hang out outside a bit. Very close to a McDonald’s. If you backpacked all over the country like we did, you will appreciate this when you’re too tired to go far for dinner. The only thing that I didn’t care for so much was the state of the neighborhood. Didn’t seem dangerous at all..just in need of repair. The apartment was perfect and felt much nicer. The train station is a straight shot about 1.5miles from the apartment. Took about 35minutes to walk. A cab ride back was 40€. Use Whats App if you don’t speak enough Italian to communicate with them. They were reliable. If I find myself back in Pompeii, I would gladly stay here again.

Marina’s air b and b was great. The place was very clean and tidy, she provided me with some food in the house upon arrival, and the view is spectacular. 100 percent recommend staying here. She also helped me with my bags given that it is a bit of a walk to the house from the street, and she was very friendly

Our stay at the Dreamer's House was everything we had hoped - the beauty of Positano in the November sun, no crowds, stunning views of the sea and across the town. We felt like we were in the most special location of the most beautiful town. We enjoyed the steps and the way they made us take our time and savour the moment and the view round each corner. Maria welcomed us warmly and introduced us to the locality with a helpful map and recommendations for places to explore, shop and eat. The house was well equipped, comfortable and providing delicious wine and a library of books were lovely extra touches. Breathtaking views from Nocelle and the Walk of the Gods were a bonus with blue skies and sunshine.

Wow. This place was fantastic. Very clean, spacious and the views are incredible, better than the pictures honestly. The large walk out patio with retractable awning give you the perfect place to hang out before or after all of the steps. Yes, this is quite a walk from the beach (30ish mins), but there’s a small grocery shop right down the street and a great restaurant steps from the entrance to this place. There is a bus stop just down the street and that bus will take you down the mountain if you’d like. We walked up and down every day and after the first day we were used to it. You’re expecting to walk a lot in Positano after all. Our only complaint was that we ran out of coffee pods for the coffee maker after day 2 (we stayed for 7) and couldn’t find any compatable pods in any of the nearby shops so we just had to get our coffee each morning from the bar about a ten minute walk from here. Highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway!

Super schönes und großes Apartment. Die Terrasse ist Wahnsinn, trotz direkter Stadt Lage schön ruhig. Bad und Dusche auch Top, nur der Abfluss riecht etwas.

Ottima soluzione per esplorare la zona. Appartamento organizzato, spazioso e ben posizionato rispetto al centro. Il terrazzo a livello è fantastico. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Assolutamente da consigliare.

The place had amazing views and lots of comfort! We stayed there for a week of home office, had great internet connection and comfortable spots to work in :) The area is very safe as well, we had good parking spots for the car! The location was also great to do trips, Positano is only 30 minutes, sorrento 10, and starting point of nice hikes 15 min away. The hot tub was a very nice addition too for relaxing in the evenings! The only negative we found was the smell of the house, it is a bit older and built into the side of the mountain so naturally has a bit of smell. It’s not too bad, I would just recommend to open windows a lot 😊

Met vrienden een lang weekend in Napels geweest en een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit appartement. Het was ruim, schoon en exact zoals de beschrijving was. Goede communicatie gehad met Carlo, die reageerde altijd snel en vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader om te verblijven als je Napels gaat bezoeken!

Siamo stati davvero come a casa nostra. L'appartamento é pulito e davvero accogliente. Fornito di tutto quanto serve. Giacomo è molto più che gentile, ci ha consigliato sul modo migliore per raggiungere l'appartamento (non vorrei scriverlo per non farlo passare per un servizio incluso ma ci é venuto a prendere in stazione e ci riaccompagnato il giorno della partenza). Ci ha fornito indicazioni sui servizi e i ristoranti nei dintorni. Sempre pronto a rispondere a ogni richiesta. Il miglior airbnb dove mi sia capitato di abitare. Grazie

I can not say enough good things about this place! This has been my best stay in Italy so far! The place is very big and very roomy and the hosts are amazing! They always respond in a timely manner and they made sure I was comfortable. The Airbnb is beautiful and the location is fantastic! Close to food spots and the beach so would be great for summertime! Amazing amenities, would 1000% stay again!

Antonio’s place was just as described. Beautiful view overlooking all of Positano. Out and above from most of the tourist foot traffic. Bus stop near by as well.
