The apartment was great and the staff was even better. Everyone was was so friendly and kind.

It was our first time in Costa Rica and this place helped us feel right at home. It also allowed us to jump right into the Costa Rican lifestyle as it was very close to a lot of local restaurants and amenities.

Muy recomendable reservar en este alojamiento. Está prácticamente en el corazón de Las Catalinas, a pocos metros de la playa y del valet parking. El equipo se contactó en todo momento para el check in y darnos instrucciones para la llegada. Un lugar mágico con todas las comodidades para sentirse como en casa.

We only stayed 1 night at Sasha's place. Her apartment is very close to the airport and located in a guard-gated community, the buildings are very new, as well as her unit. The host/cohosts are very responsive during our stay. There's only 1 AC in the living room, but there are fans in each bedroom in case you get hot. We are very satisfied with our stay!

Had a lovely stay at the condo. As advertised, it was close to many restaurants and services. The neighborhood and central square is across the main road and about a 25 minute walk up the hill. It's worth it to make the trip particularly if you are interested in the farmer's market on Saturday, which was great.

Estuve dos noches en el apartamento y me encantó! El apartamento es pequeño pero tiene de todo y está muy bien organizado, además de ser un lindo apartamento con bastante iluminación natural. La ubicación fue increíble ya que queda muy cerca de zonas francas. La comunicación fue muy buena, muy amables y respondían rápido. Definitivamente volvería.

David was easy to coordinate with, told us everything we needed to know, and even carried our bags after a long drive and days of adventuring! The condo was spotless and temperature controls were easy. Views out the front windows and from the pools are beautiful. While we weren't there long enough to cook, it looked like the kitchen was very well stocked - thank you for the bag of coffee so we could enjoy a cup by the pool each morning! We appreciated the beach towels and the ability to do our laundry before heading back. Very pleased with our choice of accomodations for our short time in Playa Flamingo!

Jason’s place was well appointed and the complex was nice. Pool and facilities also nice. We were off the street enough that it was also very quiet. Easy access to groceries and restaurants. We never felt like we needed a car and Uber and DiDi is very easy and cheap from the apartments. Thanks Jason.

This is a beautiful condo that was well-appointed and spotless. Instructions were very clear and the guide in the condo suggested GREAT restaurants in the area. The clubhouse pool is amazing with a nice golf course view. Access to the beach club pools and beach are definitely one of the highlights. Amazing! Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun experience at Playa Conchal.

Great stay. Apartment was well equipped!

Great complex with friendly residents. Walkable to downtown about 20 mins and grocery store 2.5 km walk. Taxis available low cost beach nice very walkable no vendors on beach but on main sidewalk by beach. Groceries about same price as Canada. Some things better some worse. We did not rent a vehicle just had a relaxing break 2 pools well maintained. Small mini mart about 10 min walk and well stocked. Did not use air conditioner but they did look brand new. We prefer windows open at night and got a great breeze every night although the howler monkeys and birds awake about 4 am. Overall a great place we had one minor issue which was fixed within an hour. Would definitely stay here again.

Christophers place was beautiful. It was steps away from a beautiful beach. The surroundings made you feel relaxed. We even saw a Toucan in one of the trees by the poolside. Christopher was nice enough to come find me since my GPS/internet didn't work and guided me to the house. I will definitely book again when I return to Costa Rica!

L’hôte (Marlon) était très réactif et était là à notre arrivée pour nous accueillir avec une grande classe. Lits très confortables, climatisation dans le salon, cuisine et dans chacune des 3 chambres. Il y a également trois ventilateurs sur pied. La piscine du complexe à proximité du logement avec plusieurs bassins et aménagement est très agréable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter. Si l’occasion se présente, nous y retournerons.

This villa exceeded all our expectations – it’s even more beautiful than in the photos! The view over Playa Hermosa is stunning, and every morning and evening we saw toucans and scarlet macaws right from the terrace – closer than in some national parks. It’s peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for recharging. I loved doing Pilates on the terrace each morning. The hosts were kind, helpful, and shared wonderful stories with us. They even provided yoga mats! The access road is a bit rough (gravel), and at first I was nervous with our smaller car, but we got used to it quickly – just take it slow in low gear. Totally worth it. We would absolutely love to come back!

A Peaceful Getaway Near the Beach It was a beautiful house close to the beach, and it was the perfect mix of tranquility and convenience. Surrounded by nature, the property offered a private and peaceful retreat, ideal for relaxation. Despite the secluded feel, it was just a short distance from town, making it easy to access restaurants and any essentials. For us was perfect because we were looking for a quiet escape or a balance between nature and accessibility, this place offers the best of both worlds! Looking forward to visit again.

We had a wonderful short stay at Francisco’s house! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a perfect balance of minimalism and functionality. As parents of a little baby, we felt completely at ease letting him explore, knowing the space was safe and well-kept. Francisco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back!
