We loved our stay so much, the space is beautiful with lots of natural light, great studio layout. Mariel was very helpful throughout our stay, and it was so nice to do a Pilates class in her studio which is on the same property. It's in a very peaceful part of Tamarindo, but still close by to the town center. We will definitely stay here again in the future! It's my fave place I've stayed in Tamarindo thus far, and I go often. Happy to have found this gem. Thanks Mariel for making our stay amazing!

We loved our stay at Arcadia! This place was everything we had hoped for and more. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, the views are stunning and the pool was amazing. We loved our slow mornings drinking coffee and watching the monkeys and listening to the birds. We loved the pool and spent a lot of our time in it. The rooms were great and we much appreciated the AC units. Definitely recommend this place!

Un lugar muy tranquilo, céntrico pero cero bulla. Limpio, cama grande, cocina bien equipada. Nos gustó mucho!

Melvin was extremely friendly and welcoming. He gave local recommendations for food, drinks, excursions and activities. He educated us briefly on wildlife and was all around an amazing host. Very friendly, helpful responsive and kind. The location was peaceful and full of wildlife but equally as close to activities and food. Would highly recommend a visit to Melvin’s!

Where to begin with my applause for this place! Lovely abode, tucked away in a little jungle oasis but a mere 10 minute walk to the beach & bars etc. Bikes on site which is a fun plus, beach chairs, cooler, scuba gear and more fun toys to enjoy at beach or in the great pool that was so refreshing to jump in after a salty beach day. There is also a washer and dryer that works great, countless different towels to use for pool, beach and showers. The bed was extremely comfy, the bedroom stays nice and cool, the shower has hot water and the porch is a beautiful way to spend an afternoon or evening. Communication is super quick and helpful. We will most definitely return, and bring friends and family to enjoy this wonderful spot. We love Villa Espeval!

La maison était très propre & très agréable. Un petit peu éloigné de la ville La fortuna (à pied, ça me semble dangereux), mais du coup, on bénéficie d'un calme absolue. Marlène est très attentionnée et réactif.

We had a fabulous stay! We are a family of four and this beautiful house was perfect for us. We felt at home, were provided everything we needed, slept well, swam often, enjoyed breakfast on the patio, watched and listened to the plants, animals (and most of all the Macaws), and appreciated the serene vibe created by all the aesthetic touches. Our hosts were kind and responsive, and offered excellent recommendations. Esterillos Oeste is the town we were looking for...quiet, local, uncrowded, and easy to navigate. Daily visits to the beach in the later afternoon for boogie boarding. Tried most of the restaurants in town and enjoyed every one of them, plus a few about 10 minutes drive in Esterillos Town Center-lots of great options for meals (including a Danish Bakery) and shopping. Some days we stayed at the house/pool/beach, others we went to Ocean Park Ranch for Ziplining and Manuel Antonio for a guided tour with a naturalist. Just Fantastic-highly recommended!

Great spot right in the middle of marbella easy walk to the store. the beach is a little further but still walkable. Red has e-bikes for rent that make everything a-lot more accessible. The pool and half pipe are awesome additions! Red was a great host can help you with anything you need. Already planning our next trip here! Cant wait to come back to this amazing place.

This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

Kimberly’s place was spacious and virtually perfect. Loved the design and kitchen had EVERYTHING! Pool great. We even had monkeys outside our kitchen window! Only minor issues were water pressure/temp control in master bath and a loud A/C in master bedroom (I use ear plugs so it didn’t bother me but my partner had some difficulty sleeping the one night with it).

We absolutely loved Patrick’s place! It was everything we hoped for and more. We felt right at home and safe at all times. Everything is extremely walkable - the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Patrick was easy to communicate with, and very quick to respond to any and every question we had. Thank you so much, Patrick! We were also amazed by every detail that was thought of, to make sure we had the best possible stay (kitchen supplies, beach chairs, grocery bags, picnic bag- you name it)! We hope to be back in the very near future!

Laura and Melissa were very welcoming, and helped us with an early check in. They were very responsive to all messages and made us feel right at home. The place is very close to the beach, and about a 15 minute walk to the main high street of del cocos. It’s a really nice apartment, and had everything we needed for a good stay. We also booked some snorkelling with Rich Coast diving whilst we were there and saw pufferfish and a turtle amongst a myriad of other brightly coloured fish and eels. All in all a brilliant stay! Thanks Laura and Melissa!

Nuestra experiencia en el alojamiento fue sumamente agradable. Súper limpio. Si quieres cocinar existen todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios y mucho más. Ganita en todo momento atenta a contestar nuestras inquietudes de una manera muy amable y cordial. La piscina extremadamente limpia. Un lugar súper tranquilo, solo se escuchan los pajaritos, vimos muchas lapas. En general recomiendo este alojamiento sin lugar a dudas. Volveré pronto. Saludos.

Everything worked out as expected. The unit is in a very secure/comfortable complex, with staff always present. If I had my kids with me for this trip, I would have let them head to the pool on their own without any hesitation. Unit was as described, clean, equipped! A/C and Wifi were great and I worked from the unit for two weeks without issue. As for Jaco, the place is right off the main street but still quiet. Multiple bars/restaurants right outside the gate, and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. I watched many sunsets after work!
