We had a lovely stay. The pool is stunning and villa was spotless and as described. Staff were friendly and helpful. Keep in mind there is a cash deposit required on arrival that we did not see in the fine print, but we had no problems getting it back at the end of our stay.

Our recent stay at this stunning villa in Hua Hin was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a beautifully maintained property that exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, though we also took advantage of the delicious local dining options nearby. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the villa staff. They were always available to assist with anything we needed, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, this villa provided the perfect escape, blending luxury, comfort and privacy. Highly recommended! Special thanks to To and Da.

Vijay's condo was very comfortable. We enjoyed swimming in the lagoon ,beachside thai massages, happy hour drinks at the Sheraton or walking the beach for authentic Thai cusiine in the many beachside restaurants all which were an easy walk from the condo. The 7- eleven and Lotus were walkable and convienet for groceries, etc.. The wifi was excellent. The bed in the main bedroom was the most comfortable bed we have found in all our travels, Super comfy and firm. My husband and I enjoyed our relaxing and restful stay at The Blue Lagoon. We easily took Bolt car service into Hua Hin for night markets, dining, and bespoke clothing shops.

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal dort, weil es uns beim ersten Mal schon sehr gut gefallen hatte. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit, informativ und äusserst freundlich. Ebenfalls ihrer Mutter ist ein Dank auszusprechen, weil sie ebenfalls stets um die Gäste und ihr Wohl besorgt war. Darüber hinaus waren wir Gäste von ihren Hunden immer bestens bewacht. Die Lage ist leicht zurückversetzt von der Hauptstrasse, daher leicht versteckt und sehr ruhig. Unweit von der Unterkunft befinden sich Thaiküchen mit authentischem, preiswertem und köstlichem Essen wie auch der Pratumnak-Hügel mit mehreren Sehenswürdikeiten... Thailand ist grundsätzlich bereits ein Land mit einer sehr freundlichen Bevölkerung, aber meine Gastgeberin hat das noch getoppt!!! Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Unsere Villa war mit allem ausgestattet, was du für den täglichen Bedarf brauchst.  Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden für den gesamten Zeitraum kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt.  unsere Villa hatte einen 4 × 8 m Pool der zweimal  in der Woche professionell gereinigt wurde. Nina und Valerie sind sehr zuvorkommende und  liebe Gastgeber. Du fühlst dich bei Ihnen sofort wie in einer Familie aufgenommen.  Wir waren dort zwei Monate und wären gerne noch viel länger geblieben hätte es unser Urlaubsplan ermöglicht.  Auf dem Grundstück befanden sich drei Hunde, die sehr lieb waren.  Sie bewachen dich und das Gelände und du brauchst keine Angst vor ihnen zu haben, denn sie beschützen dich und du fühlst dich von Anfang an dort sehr sicher und wohl. Das Grundstück kann nicht ohne weiteres von fremden betreten werden. Es ist durch eine hohe Mauer geschützt. In der Anlage ist es sehr ruhig. Wir haben in den Morgenstunden die Vogelstimmen genossen. 

Great stay!! Stephen and wife were there on arrival to great us and walk us through the amenities. They home is spacious and beautifully decorated and comfortable. Aircon in every room. They provided a welcome platter of fresh fruit which we devoured. Stephen gave great recommendations for excursions, restaurants, sites to see and offered to arrange transport around. I recommend this location if you want a very serene and relaxed vacation. Thank you Stephen for opening your home. I would could consider booking again!

Спасибо большое за гостеприимство. Я просила детскую кроватку и стульчик для кормления, специально для нас купили , очень благодарны. Все просьбы были выполнены. Прекрасный, уютный кондоминимум, красивая территория! Хорошее, чистое постельное бельё. Удобный матрас. Не хватало очень антимоскитных сеток, детей искусали комары. Нет утюга. Если поставите антимоскитные сетки и поменяете сковородки , тогда мы к вам вернемся снова.

Wir hatten vor Ort eigentlich nur mit Sai (Verwalterin) zu tun. Sie war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und herzlich zu uns. Wir konnte sie jederzeit kontaktieren und sie hat uns immer in jeglicher Form geholfen. Sie ist ein echter Schatz. Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem Berg, so das man von der 3ten Etage aus einen super Blick auf das Meer hat. Die Villa war super ausgestattet und alles war wirklich zur besten Zufriedenheit in der Unterkunft! Vor der Tür gibt es einen kleinen lokalen Minimarket mit allem was man benötigt, zu den selben Preisen wie im ca. 3km entfernte 7-11. Somit lohnt es sich in jedem Fall dorthin zu gehen. Restaurants gibt es leider nicht in der Nähe. Grab Taxi's haben massive Problem die Unterkunft zu finden und die Taxi's sind wesentlich teurer als wenn die Unterkunft unten am Berg ist. Es gibt bis zu 3-4 Wege zur Unterkunft, wobei nur 1 wirklich gut und nicht so steil ist wie die anderen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Beautiful place to stay with the best location to the beach! The house is absolutely luxurious with all you and your fur friends need and offering such a stunning view. Great exercise to walk down to the beach. Jane was kind and very clear with the instructions. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and would love to visit again some time :)

Staying at Mony & Socheata’s was such a joy! Their family is incredibly kind, generous, and welcoming—we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Their mother’s meals were absolutely amazing, filled with love and local flavors that made each bite unforgettable. This place is truly special, and we are so grateful for the warmth and hospitality we experienced. We can’t wait to visit again!

Without a doubt, this was one of the most beautiful accommodations we've ever experienced. Hill Village on Koh Phangan truly emphasizes peace, tranquility, and the beauty of nature. Our family, including two children and two adults, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a serene escape. The breathtaking view, the immaculate cleanliness of the house, and the well-equipped kitchen all contributed to a wonderful experience. We also appreciated the spacious and lovely terrace, and Neenit, our host, was incredibly accessible and accommodating. While the walk to the beach takes about 5-10 minutes, the steep hills posed a bit of a challenge for our little ones, so we highly recommend renting a moped for ease of access. The two nearby beaches were not only stunning but also very child-friendly, which was perfect for our family. Thank you for such a memorable stay. We hope to return again soon!"

In dem stilvollen geräumigen Bungalow umgeben von Natur und mit fantastischer Meeressicht habe ich mich von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Leckere Verpflegung vor Ort oder im nahen Restaurant "Tomorrow" mit Swiningpool nahe vom Salad Beach. Verschiedene Angebote wie Tanz und Yoga vom Pyramide Center haben meinen Aufenthalt bereichert.

Huzur dolu bahçesinde ,evin verandasında sabah kahvesini yudumlayacağınız kedilerin, tavukların , sincapların ve rengarenk kuşların uçuştuğu harika bir lokasyon. Ev çok temizdi ve özenliydi çok rahat ettik. Rosie ve Tija ya da çok teşekkürler.

Chhorda is an exceptional host. My travel plans were a little wonky and I switched dates on him a couple of times at the last minute and he still managed to accommodate me! This lodging is in a traditional Khmer home with access to an outdoor kitchen. There are delicious dinners at the Homestay, other guests to meet and visit with, and Chhorda makes every effort to meet your needs while I. siem Reap. He is a fountain of information about history, possible itineraries, food, temples, and other attractions. Also of note is that his business supports local people, local businesses, and the local economy. Spend your $ where it will make the most difference to local people! I will definitely be back

Op loopafstand van een klein strandje. Wekelijkse schoonmaak, verschoning beddengoed en handdoeken. Een aanspreekpunt wat snel en accuraat reageerde. Rustige omgeving, fijn huis. Alles aanwezig zoals servies, tv, wasmachine, schoonmaakspullen, kledinghangers, enz. Voldoende ruimte, zowel binnen als buiten (terras). Vanaf deze locatie heb je wel een auto of scooter nodig om bij restaurants e.d. te komen. Voor ons een aanrader!

I cannot speak highly enough of the villa. Photos often give falsely positive impression - if anything this was the opposite. The pool and gardens are amazing - felt like our own private resort! Gardens kept in immaculate state by daily tidy. We were met by Bovin, her mother (who is a pure delight too) and brother Sam who became our reliable tuk-tuk driver in to town and around temples. They could not have been more helpful and quickly responded to any queries. Be aware the side road down to the house (about 5 min walk) is unsealed so tuk-tuk drive is a bit of a bumpy experience - not a problem at all for us. Take photos of landmarks where the turn from main road is - helps directing other drivers as phone maps weren't super accurate. Area is quiet and as Siem Reap is fairly busy and chaotic, this home really is an oasis. We opted to cook at home several evenings as dinner and drinks by the pool was magic. Would go back in a flash - It's just a fab place. Thank you Bovin.

My stay with David was excellent. Alain, the property manager was incredibly friendly and always attentive and willing to help. The property was as described. You can have anything delivered from all over the city. Ordering a Bolt or Uber is easy, fast and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Die Unterkunft war sauber und in Ordnung. Lediglich die Straße zur Unterkunft ist etwas holprig und bei starkem Regen ist es schwer mit dem Roller zu fahren und bei sehr starkem Regen fast unmöglich. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft aber wie beschrieben. Bei Problemen haben die Gastgeber immer schnell reagiert und geholfen.

Dear Pannipa, Markus, and Lana, Thank you for the unforgettable stay in your amazing villa! We felt right at home from the start. The scooter rental was super easy – Pannipa organized a 400cc scooter for us and arranged for its pickup at the end. The road to the villa is smooth and well-lit, so no worries about steep hills. This is the perfect place for anyone wanting to escape the crowds of Koh Samui. The area is peaceful, with no big resorts around. The view is stunning, with sights of nearby islands, Surat Thani, and more. The pool with that view is a dream! We appreciated Pannipa’s help – she quickly recommended a fantastic restaurant when we asked. Markus and Pannipa both speak excellent English and German, which made everything much easier. The cleanliness, filtered water, and top-notch facilities were truly impressive – high German standards. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would love to return! Jeff’s place was very spacious and he was very quick to respond with any questions. The distance was about a kilometre and a half to the major shops and restaurants and easy walking. The indoor pool was great on those hot days. The apartment lends itself to both short and long term stays. My wife and I stayed there for 50 days (February - March 2025) and we would stay there again in a heart beat. Thanks Jeff.

Stunning place with incredible views, everything is thought through, easy to book transfers from and to the villa (the hill is just a bit too steep to walk, unless you’re really fit), a lot of instructions provided for things you can order straight to the villa, from food to massage or private yoga classes. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Would highly recommend for a group of people or family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Siri's place. This is what was great for us: * Great location: shops, cafes, massages, night markets - right outside of the complex * Feels like a house: spacious, walk out of your room and you are in the pool. * The pool is clean, big and well maintained * The living complex feels calm. It feels safe to let kids go outside to play. * Washing machine, convenient for longer stays I am not even sure if there are any downsides to mention. There are staircases and you should walk upstairs to the bedroom - should consider if you have mobility issues. Would definitely recommend this place. We plan to come again
