I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in southern Phu Quoc! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the night market and the incredible night water show, plus I had a great view of the nightly fireworks right from the property. I also rented an electric scooter from across the street, which made it super easy to explore the area at my own pace and take in everything the area has to offer. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and stocked with thoughtful amenities that made the stay even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Phu Quoc!

Het is een comfortabele en schoon condominium. Het complex heeft veel faciliteiten en op loopafstand zijn restaurants en supermarkten. Alan is een fijne host die altijd snel reageert. Mijn verblijf was uitstekend en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

logement tres agreable avec beaucoup d accessoires qui rendent le sejour encore plus agreable. j ai particulierement apprecier le kit higyene de qualite (shampoing, gel douche, brosse a dent). Sirin a ete tres reactive, tres gentille repondant a chacune de nos questions et lui en remercie. se sera avec plaisirs que je retournerais dans l un des appartement gerer par Sirin.

Nemo’s place is just perfect! It looks even better than in the photos. I loved every single detail, and you can feel how much attention to detail went into the interior. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay and feels so cozy! The location is great too—the beach is literally a 2-minute walk away, and it’s also a short drive to Fisherman’s Village and other attractions. Nemo and Jo were super responsive and helped with everything right away. I couldn’t be happier with my stay!

So was by far the most accommodating Airbnb host I’ve ever booked with. He is quick to respond and helps trouble shoot problems in the apartment almost immediately. He is also patient with answering any questions we may have. His place was perfect for a group to stay in- there was a gym, security, and easy access to food/ groceries near by. We all enjoyed our stay there.

The check-in process was clear and quick. The host was very responsive. The accommodation matched the photos perfectly. The apartment was very clean and quiet, despite some construction work outside. The gym is a bit dated, but it doesn’t matter as it is fully functional. The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful. Located in the heart of BKK1, you’ll find everything you need nearby: restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets. There is also a market close by. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

The apartment was fantastic. Very spacious, super clean and well equipped. Both the host and property manager, San, were helpful with the questions we had and made us feel ar home from the moment we arrived, we stayed for 7 nights and could have easily stayed longer.

Had a super nice experience, despite the google address link from AirBnB pointing to a slightly wrong location. But Peter had given my the number to one of his friend, and he actually came and picket my when I couldn't find it. He even offered to bring me to a shop in case I needed something and was really friendly. The apartment was also really nice.

Had an excellent stay at Ivan’s place. Very easy check-in process even when I was arriving late at night. Great location, quiet area but not far from all the fun Pattaya has to offer. Would stay here again!

Very clean and neat condo. Everything was as pictured and the condo had all necessities needed. The Urban Condominiums buildings and pool area are very well maintained, much better than any of the other condos in the area. Udo was very easy to contact and went out of his way to allow for an early check-in when my flight was moved up. All in all, a very good stay.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und der Check-In war flexibel. Wir haben von Patchara viele Tipps und Empfehlungen für die Gegen bekommen. Die Kommunikation war flexibel und freundlich. Die Umgebung ist echt schön, tolle Restaurants mit echt gutem Essen. Der Pool lädt dazu ein, gleich nach dem Aufstehen schwimmen zu gehen. Vom Balkon aus, konnte man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Sie war den gezahlten Betrag auf jeden Fall wert!

This was a great condo! I have stayed at Grand Avenue three other times, but the host (Yai) is the best host I have experienced. He and his staff worked with my girlfriend to make sure check in was convenient. The condo was thoughtfully furnished and equipped to ensure we had cleaning supplies and necessities, including toilet paper, laundry detergent, soap & shampoo, condiments, coffee & tea, salt & pepper, etc. It is obvious that Yai and his staff prepare the condo to make sure the guests feel at home. The furniture also made a difference. There were dressers with drawers for storage, a coat rack, a dedicated work space / desk, lamps, and even a laundry basket. Yai also provided two sets or key cards, which made it very convenient for me and my girlfriend to come and go without having to coordinate with each other. In addition, the bed linens seemed high quality and were very comfortable. I loved this condo and plan on staying there again in the future. Thank you Yai.

Хорошая квартира, все продумано, есть стиральная машина. Расстроило наличие тараканов, в других кондо их практически не было, но в Таиланде это не редкость. Окна на улицу, иногда было довольно шумно.

Hosts were incredible! Very proactive and helpful, they recommended so many things to do and places to eat. Always responsive and there to help. This is also the best equipped Airbnb we have stayed in! It really felt like a home. The complex next to the building is also very nice, filled with shops, restaurants, coworking spaces and anything you can need. For the duration of the stay we barely left the area haha.

I had a great stay at Anna and Courtney's place. They've turned a traditional Thai home into a lovely place to stay. The floor to ceiling windows bring so much light in and the pool was just lovely. There were a few small things that you'd expect from Thailand like the mozzies coming out in full force at 4pm but we hid from them so all good. Overall would definitely stay again. Thanks guys.

Really had a wonderful time here! House was even better than in the pictures, lot of privacy and amazing view over Lamai. Host was super helpful and always available. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans la villa de Sikarin. Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour, au calme et avec des très belles prestations. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Kim is an amazing host with world-class connections and advice. She gave the best suggestions. Kim is so very thoughtful and helpful. We hit it off right away. I have a food allergy and was able to cook in the house where I stayed. Kim and I walked about 14 minutes down the beach and I got the most amazing Thai massage right on the beach. A wonderful lady named Aon gave me 2 Thai massages, an herbal ball massage, a facial and 1 oil massage while I was there. Being a massage therapist myself for more than 15 years I'm picky about who I let work on me. Aon is well educated in massage and has been performing massage for 30 years. Just ask Kim, she can tell you how to get there. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Kim's place Just across the street from her private beach and her home. 🤍🤍🤍

We have recently hd the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house in Hua Hin. The location is perfect and walkable to some great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. For this more adventurous you can walk all the way to the centre of the city or the edge of soi 94 for a great food experience at Baan Kuhn Por. Tippawan was a responsive host and we had no issues whilst at the house which was perfect for what we needed for our 11 night break. The arranging of a scooter for our arrival was also great and we would highly recommend. We will certainly come back as the location suited us. Thank you. 🙏

Great central location close to everything you need but still just enough away from the main road. Nearby shops, restaurants, 7-11 you can walk to, laundr very close as well. I felt really good in this place I would recommend. Spacious, AC works great. Good value for money, free weekly cleaning, no need to dispose trash etc. Much appreciated. :)

Останавливались с тремя детьми на три недели. Дом полностью соответствует описанию, не очень новый, но поддерживается в хорошем состоянии, есть вся необходимая посуда и инвентарь для уборки. Имеется скрытая зеленью веранда, на которой мы проводили все вечера. Персонал и соседи очень доброжелательные. На территории комплекса чисто и тихо, практически всегда посещая бассейн мы были там одни. Очень понравились абсолютно пустынные пляжи вокруг, больше всего нам полюбилась дальняя его часть, если при выезде повернуть на лево. Море там очень мелкое, а мусор, который время от времени приносит море собирает техника. Расстояния вокруг очень значительные, нужен транспорт. Для перемещения вокруг мы использовали большой мотоцикл с крышей, а для дальних локаций сервисы такси, которые без проблем можно вызвать прямо к вилле. У нас заболели дети и нам пришлось несколько раз ездить в Бангкок госпиталь, до него не более получаса на авто. Mal был очень дружелюбен и отзывчив, и всегда был готов помочь.

Well what a fantastic place to stay! Huge duplex, wrap around balconies on both floors with very large patio areas. Views of mountains & lake to rear and 1 side and sea views to the front and other side area. The property & sun loungers are just a little tired but it is very clean and tidy with comfortable furniture and beds. Cleaned daily inc. fresh water & shower products. Fresh bedding & towels once a week. Beach towels & bag provided. The resort Royal Siam is immaculately kept and is private with a beautiful clean beach, the sea is like stepping into a bath and is very shallow with virtually no waves so is very safe. There are a few restaurants and bars in Royal Siam. Breakfast at Shambalah included with lots of choice of Continental and Thai, fruits, pastries, cereal, etc. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Roland was very professional & responded to messages promptly. I would highly recommend a stay here, was definitely value for money. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
