We enjoyed our stay at this condo! No stress getting in and everything was as described. I only wish we didn’t just plan for a short weekend trip! It was very roomy and clean and the balcony was great to relax on in the mornings and afternoons. I would love to stay again when the weather is warmer.

I can't say enough good things about the condo, our host, or Portofino Island Resort. This was by far the most relaxing active vacation we have had. We loved having access to jet skis, bikes, paddle boards and also just being able to relax on the beach. The condo was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed. Lia was quick to respond to every question and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in until we left. I also was super impressed by the staff at Portofino. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will return and would definitely stay in the same unit again.

Place was as described. We had room to spread out and spent a lot of time just looking at the Gulf and taking in the beach. Thanks for providing a great place to relax.

The beach view and sound of the waves crashing was one of the main reasons I chose this place, and it did not disappoint! The private beach is clean and plenty spacious for everyone. Beds and comforters are really comfy! Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Cute beach themed decor! It was chilly while we were there, otherwise it would be totally walkable/bikeable!

Look no further, book it now before someone else does. Fully stocked for long term stays. Fully. The best we have ever stayed in, by far. Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great. Beautiful view, very close to the restaurant Sea and Suds (which we also love). Easy to rent beach chairs/umbrellas, etc. Only thing that wasn’t cleaned was the sofa bed when we opened it to use it - it has a used cigarette lighter and chapstick. But that is not the hosts fault - more of a housekeeping issue. We called housekeeping and they brought us clean sheets and we remade the bed. Otherwise, no issues. Easy to find, short walk to beach. Didn’t use the pool - but it looked amazing.

Megan was a terrific host! We had to make a travel change and booked her place last minute. So glad we did! Very comfortable, accommodating, and memorable. Communication was top notch! 👌🏼

Had an awesome time there. Quiet for the most part. Very low traffic and easy access to the beach. Clean and very welcoming. ...and the view of the morning sunrise will make the whole day worth living. The sunrise is definitely a sign that God is real. I wish I could post the pics. ...but they don't show the half of how beautiful it is. We enjoyed it. Have plans on returning soon.

The mattress cover was torn on the main bed when we arrived, so we left another cover. The outside of the fridge could have been cleaned better. The bathrooms were great. We loved the covered parking because of its convenience and protection as there was a storm with strong winds one night. The dog walking area around the condo is very limited. We loved watching all of the sweet families enjoying the beach and pool from our private balcony. Overall, we had a very lovely stay.

Brad and Denise we would first of all like to thank you both for renting your home to us. We really enjoyed the West Beach Coffee House Island Sunrise ground coffee that you greeted us with. It is easy to go places for days of adventure. We were there a few days and Denise was checking in on us via messenger to see how everything was going. We had a wonderful time. This home provided everything we needed. We were in a quiet area and our dog felt very much at home. We were able to go for walks with her and felt very safe. Everyone on our walks were so friendly. The beach is so close to walk to. There is a restaurant about 2 blocks away that is walkable and has great food and drinks. We were able to walk to a small coffee shop as well. We have been to several places and this has been put on the top of the list. We will definitely be going back. Craig, Lynn and Lily

Thank you for being such as gracious host! Our host added little thoughful touches like an air fryer, toaster oven, a generous amount of k- cups, an XBox, board games, and a box fan! They were responsive, kind, and we were happy to spend time there. It was quiet and the walking distance to the beach was perfect! Thanks again

The condo was very beautiful and spacious. We had 2 families staying there and we didn't feel crowded at all. We will definitely go back!!

Great location! Backs up right to the beach with a great view. Loved being able to have breakfast at the table out on the balcony while looking at the beach. Really appreciated that the host was open to large dogs!

Where do I even begin!? This was such a perfect gem for my family and I to experience together for the first time in Orange Beach. Beautiful property with easy access to the perfect beach location. We enjoyed amazing food during our entire stay. We never went further than a two-mile radius during the duration of our stay. Daniel was very responsive, helpful and an overall joy to work with. I would highly recommend this property; It was an absolute DREAM of a week! We hope to come back in the near future.

This is a beautiful property with views as beautiful as the photos promise. The property management did a beautiful job preparing the condo and gave exactly what was described. We will visit again!

Pete was very responsive and had really good recommendations through out our stay. The convenience of the location was good too. Lots of restaurants around and a short walk to the beach. We had brought our senior dog and he loved the nearby dog beach as well. Overall a great stay. We will surely visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive and able to answer and questions or concerns promptly. Easy access to pool and beach. Plenty of linens, towels and pillows. Plenty of space for a family of five. Only thing I would add is maybe a few more items in kitchen like salt and pepper little basics like that. We enjoyed sassy bass and tacky jacks just down the road. We will def be back ! Thanks again

We found David's and Susan's place to be incredibly clean, comfortable and thoughtfully presented. From coffee accoutrements to throw blankets well-placed throughout, every need was anticipated and perfectly tended to. Everything was modern, clean and functional. It was truly a perfect escape. Above that, the condo was literally steps from the beach and pool. Parking was never an issue. The building was quiet and clean. We cannot wait to return!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Angela was very accommodating and helpful with any questions I asked. She always responded back quickly, which is nice when you’re trying to plan ahead! She also was very helpful when my parents weren’t going to be able to come down the day before for check in. She gave me a call right away and told me she let the condo know! We would definitely come back and book through her.

We took our kids and grandkids (6 years and 3 years old) to this property and it was an awesome stay for all of us. Plenty of things for the kids to do and lots of space for adults to be together as a group or go off by themselves and read or relax quietly. Upon arrival, signage for the buildings is not displayed adequately so getting to the right building was a little tricky. Parking is free for two vehicles so be aware that there is a fee for any cars over 2. David was helpful in getting our extra parking pass even when the front desk did not have it on file upon arrival. David took care of the issue immediately and I am thankful. The actually property was clean, spacious and provided comfortable sleeping arrangements. The stay was very peaceful and quiet without distracting noise and the view is amazing! We had an absolutely amazing time. The house was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and we loved that there were enough bathrooms for each bedroom. Walking to the beach was so easy and we had such a gorgeous view out every window.We also loved being able to walk to restaurants nearby. we would absolutely stay here again. It was a 10 out of 105 star trip. Thank you so much for letting us spend our vacation in your park amazing home

The accommodations were as beautiful as the photos and then some. Very clean, and spacios. Indoor heated pool and huge jacuzzi were a hit with the family. We will definitely be back when it is warmer to enjoy more of the outdoor activities. Thank you Stephanie for your assistance it was a great long weekend stay.

Our family of 5 loved our stay. The condo was beautiful. Orange Beach is our favorite. We loved the convenience of being right on the beach. The condo complex had great security and was nicely maintained.

As a family of 5 we had a great stay! We have three little kids so the splash pad was a big hit! The beach is right behind the unit so it’s very accessible. Phoenix keeps their public areas very clean and ready for use throughout the condos. The beach is beautiful all you need is on the same street, restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. You do need to pack all essentials, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, extra toilet paper, coffee filters, coffee, beach towels. This stay provides just a starter pack of essentials. We loved it as a last minute family vacation. If we venture back down to Alabama we will be staying again!
