Great space with lots of sleeping arrangements. Hot tub was perfect, patio area was perfect, had a great (take something leave something) fridge and pantry set up. It was just perfect

Niko is an amazing host. His hospitality and kindness helped us through a tough time, as we needed to evacuate FL for a hurricane. He allowed us to stay with our pets, which was perfect. The area is quiet yet there’s still a lot to do just a few minutes up the road. Great area for bird (and other animal) watching. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool but it was beautiful nonetheless. Plus there’s a Buc-ees less than 15 minutes away! :o highly recommend for a nice relaxing trip, or if you need a place to stay in an emergency like us :) the area felt safe and secure. We would definitely come back!

This was a perfect place for people who want a home feeling at a place you stay at but also don’t want to be inside all day it’s about 15-20 mins from the beach and has a great space for luggage in all rooms. Indika, the host, had great recommendations and if there were any questions I didn’t feel hesitant to ask! We fit 8 people comfortably and enjoyed the stay the whole vacation! I would come back and choose to stay at this house again.

We had a great stay at Sweet Magnolia. The house and neighborhood were a perfect respite from the spring break crowds. Magnolia Springs has amazing history and the live oak-lined street was beautiful. Jesse’s restaurant was one of the better dining experiences we’ve had, and nearby Weeks Bay and Fairhope were convenient for hikes, fishing and shopping/restaurants. Regina was communicative and the house was cozy and clean. The kitchen was an awesome place to cook and hang out as a family. The front and back porches were great for relaxing, listening to birds and smelling the spring flowers. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at this wonderful property. Our family so enjoyed the amenities and close proximity to multiple restaurants, beaches and things to do. Tim and Julie were great hosts and pride of property was evident. Super comfortable beds!

I think what makes a review worthwhile is that you have a host who communicates VERY WELL! I don’t know how many times I had to reach out to Gabriel with questions but I can truly appreciate his speedy responses! The house was in great shape and fully stocked with the things we needed for our time there. The only thing that I feel could be improved was just the amount of sweeping before guest arrival. My kiddos have bad allergies and the floors weren’t as tended to as I would have liked, but we got it under control with the cleaning supplies that were provided. I will definitely be booking again in the near future, we truly enjoyed our stay! Thanks Gabriel!

Enjoyed the stay here, currently active duty stationed in Pensacola, this was a nice local getaway to decompress, very spacious and about 15 minute drive from the beach. I would stay here again.

Beautiful place, just like photos! Clean, wonderful coffee bar provided and having 2 bathrooms was a big plus for our visit! Would definitely book place again!

The perfect family spring break house. We had multiple families meet up and we couldn’t have picked a better home. Perfectly clean, friendly and responsive host, so much space, couldn’t get closer to the beach. TWO FRIDGES?!? This place e is perfectly set up for hosting. We have stayed in this area multiple times but staying here, less than a mile east of where we usually stay was the best location we’ve found. No high rises, the beach was practically empty on spring break which is in heard of. The house had everything we needed to have cook at home nights but was still on ten minutes to any restaurant or store we wanted. They provided extra towels and liners which doesn’t always happen at air bnbs. Honestly everything was just perfect.

This unit was very nice, clean, and well taken care of. Close to shopping and only 10 min away from where we were going. Walmart was less than 5 min away. A close Walmart on vacation is always a plus.😁 I will definitely recommend.

Pensacola was a very nice place to visit and tour. Coming back each evening to a comfortable place and sitting on the porch was great. Sarah provided a timely backup for the TV connection when required. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

When my daughter owned the door, she simply had one word, “Wow”. It is a beautiful place. The master bedroom and bath are spacious to say the least. There is plenty of room in the kitchen. Very clean. My wife, and our girls love to spend time in the hot tub after a day at the beach. The location is highly convenient. Publix and the Walmart grocery are within 2 miles. A couple of ice cream shops within two miles. All that is enough, but you also have a lady, Cynthia, that has the answers to all your questions, and she is local. You can also message Tony, and you will get a response. I do enjoy the view on the 17th floor, and the elevators are quick, so there is no disadvantage to the higher floors. We will certainly stay again if we come to Orange Beach again.

Lisa's place was in a perfect location to explore Pensacola, a shorte walk to historic downtown and the waterfront. It was in a nice historic neighborhood, with easy, on-street parking. The apartment was in the second floor of a historic, Victorian home, with another Airbnb rental across the hall, accessed by a steep, narrow flight of stairs. The space was large, with a really comfortable bed. It's not a true 1-bedroom apartment; the bed is in the same room as the living area. It was quiet and peaceful and stress-free. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a great weekend getaway spot. I’d stay here again.
