We wanted a place right on the intercoastal, yet an easy walk to the beach and the local restaurants. Recently remodeled so all the cabinets, etc were new and very well done. Will stay again

I really enjoyed Johan’s place. I stayed in the guest house for an extended period of time and I felt comfortable the whole way through. She even asked if I needed more towels or just anything in general, which I really appreciated. I had a lot of privacy which, I love. I was able to come and go as I please and felt safe while I was there. 5/5 stars.

We stayed local for a termite treatment. This is a Great location, restaurants and shopping near by. Everything we would have needed to check out the beaches w/o having to buy things. Thank you for providing what would be needed for a great Florida vacation.

Just wow. Sean’s apartment is well decorated and was a perfect place for us. It is well designed with ample space. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is good and the backyard is amazing. It’s about 10 mins drive to clear water beach. There are stores and coffee shops very close by.

Definitely worth the price.. host was very responsive.

Rebecca’s place is amazing! It’s a beautiful home and a good central location from the airport to downtown.

Absolutely amazing stay. Worked great for our large group. There is something for everyone to do in the fenced in backyard and the bathrooms in the house are beautiful and updated. Pool was very warm and a great way to relax. Will definitely stay here again!

Carol’s home is very cute. We had a couple of family members over for a bbq and enjoyed the backyard oasis as it was very accommodating and quiet. The location is close to the beach and she has anything you could imagine needing. We had a great time and highly recommend staying at Carol’s home.

The living area looks larger on the Airbnb site. It was very clean and comfortable. The furnishings, accessories and kitchen items are very outdated and should be updated. The neighborhood is quite. Tammy responded faster and clearer than anyone other property manager. 5 Stars for Tammy!

Rented this place for my brother's bachelor party. We are already thinking of bringing our family here next year for Spring Training. Suzanna was communicative, able to get us an early check in and even stopped by to fix a small toilet issue herself. Getting in was easy. The accommodations are top notch and perfect for large groups or multiple families. All the big sights were only a 10-20 minute uber or drive away.

Great space for family get away. Pretty close to Busch Gardens. Clean and home feel. Nice patio out back to hang and relaxing, Zip Coffee. We loved our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Two 50+ year old women. We felt very safe. Gret neighborhood. Close to what we needed. The home was very clean and exactly as pictured. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay! We were here for a week and were very relaxed! Extremely great location so we could bike to anything we needed. Very spacious home and extremely private which we loved. Having a driveway and greenery was awesome too! Fantastic host and very, very easy check in and out!

Bev's place was perfect for our family of 4 winter getaway. It honestly felt like we were at home. The boys (who are teenagers) had their own beds in the second bedroom, their own bathroom and the best part - it was all on one side of the condo separate from our master bedroom/bathroom side. Perfect for privacy and having our own spaces. The kitchen, dining and living area was beautiful and spacious, and allowed us to have my parents and brother spend part of the day with us. The sunset views are amazing and the beach is just steps away. Everything we needed was somewhere in the condo. Access to beach chairs and a cooler bag was an added bonus! Thanks so much Bev!

Steps Away was literally that! Short walk to the public beach access. The crosswalk was super close! We had more than enough room for two adults. It was nice having a kitchen to be able to keep snacks and drinks. We didn’t cook this trip but could have! Check in at the unit before going to the store! There were spices and coffee/coffee filters there. There were lots of items in the bathroom too! Right near Speedway for gas and ice! Our host had an umbrella, beach chairs, and a wagon. Super thoughtful and convenient. We had a fabulous weekend!

The condo was very clean and well organized. Very spacious. The rep for Al was helpful, responded to questions quickly, very pleasant. The location was perfect for our purposes. Would recommend.
