We stayed at Aamir’s place in July 2024 when we visited Kashmir for the first time with our families. Aamir, Muneer and Aadil made the entire experience extremely comfortable. The very day we arrived, we were upgraded without asking for it as they saw that my mum in law can’t walk a lot so we were given the rooms close to the entrance. We arrived quite late (around 10pm) because of flight delays and had no idea where we will find food from at this hour but they made sure that we don’t sleep hungry. They prepared a full meal this late in the night and for all days that we stayed there, even if we needed something at 1am in the night, they were all happy to help. The place is beautiful and very nicely maintained. They have a beautiful garden just behind the rooms where we had breakfast and made some core memories. Aamir also recommended some places to visit and helped make transport arrangements. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. This was home away from home.

A beautiful property set amidst apple trees. The house is the same as shown in the pictures shared by the host, Shahnawaz ji, with ample garden area to play in. We found the house and the host to be warm and inviting. Shahnawaz ji was very helpful and guided us through our planning and traveling phase of this holiday. He is a gem of a person and quite helpful. Also helped us get in touch with someone local who helped in guiding us perfectly for the entire 10 days trip to the valley. This property is located around half an hour away from Srinagar city and they have only a couple of eateries around but not pure veg which is found only in main city. The kitchen , at the property,is stocked with basic cooking utensils and Shahnawaz ji has kept few spices and other essentials to help the guests in case they wish to cook their own meals. There is a RO unit fitted in the kitchen to get clean drinking water too.

if you want to stay away from the hustle of the city, his cottage is perfect destination.. it's very beautiful,.cozy and comfortable. you can feel right at home being away from home. the host is very responsive and friendly. I had a great time there. pictures don't do justice his place. the whole vibe is very peaceful and place is extremely beautiful. if you are ever travelling to srinagar, do give his place a try. you won't regret ✨

Enchanted Garden Cottage: A Peaceful Srinagar Retreat Enchanted Garden Cottage provided a welcome escape from the city buzz. What struck us most was the warmth of Uncle and Aunty. Uncle is a true delight to talk to. He’s got a treasure trove of stories and wisdom, and we spent many evenings chatting with him. Aunty keeps the house running smoothly. Everything was clean and tidy, and the house always smelled delicious. Zaid, the host, was very helpful. He checked in on us regularly, making sure we had everything we needed. He was always available to answer questions about travel and check-in, and was generally a pleasure to talk to. The property itself is beautiful. The garden is particularly lovely, very well-maintained with lots of greenery. It’s a peaceful spot to relax and unwind. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it looking so nice. The rooms were well-maintained and clean. The carpeting was a nice touch, adding a bit of warmth to the space

What truly sets this home stay apart is the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, treating us like family from the moment we arrived. Qazi and his Mom were always available to assist with any requests. This place is very close to the airport, perfectly located for both relaxation and exploration . Popular tourist spots, cafe, departmental stores were just a short drive away. Our stay at qazi’s place was nothing short of perfect, an experience that exceeded all our expectations !! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Srinagar .

The second visit to this place was also fantastic. It continues to be a peaceful and warm environment, making it the perfect destination for families. This time Shabbir, the caretaker, played a crucial role in ensuring that our journey was wonderful. He takes excellent care of both the property and the guests.

Faisal's place was perfect for us. It was away from the highly crowded centre of town (15 minutes by cab), next to the Lidder River, in a quaint village lane that gave a spectacular view of the majestic mountain range, the river flowing down in all its fury and the breathtaking scenery around. The housekeeper Showkat made delicious food and kept the place neat and tidy. His cheerful presence made us feel very welcome. If you are looking for a comfortable place, some 'me time' in tranquil surroundings, this is the place.
