Truly amazing Experience! Both hosts were so welcoming and helpful. Photos did not do it justice. It’s beautiful. So many little touches that make it that little bit more special. My partner and I couldn’t have been more impressed. This is the perfect place to escape from day to day life and unwind. Thank you to you both!

Our stay at the Flower Barn was perfect. The cottage is immaculate, so well presented, cosy but spacious and felt like home immediately. The fresh local milk, eggs and butter and welcome basket were a wonderful touch. The hot tub and log burner were highlights for us, absolutely fantastic! Peter was very responsive to messages and there if we needed anything, but was not intrusive in any way. The location is very rural and the nearest pub is a 30 minute walk away in Halwill Junction, great for a leisurely stroll (although be warned it's uphill most of the way there!). We had an amazing break, in a tranquil setting, which is exactly what we needed! Thank you again Peter & Zoe!

We had a great stay at Miranda’s cottage. The bedrooms were so cosy, bathrooms spacious and spotless and the view from the kitchen was breathtaking. The children loved the garden, hot tub and the bunkbed room. The location was wonderful with lovely walks from the door and easy access the the rest of Dartmoor. We would very happily stay again!

The lookout is a fabulous place for a stay in Cornwall. The location and sea views are simply stunning. The instructions from Nicola to the property were very clear and the property felt private throughout the stay. The property decor is very tasteful to a high standard and makes for a very comfortable stay. The underfloor heating system kept us cosy in a Feb half term break along with a log fire with ample logs. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped for all cooking needs. There was lots to do within walking distance from the property for our family of 4, with a stunning coastal walk to Tintagel, beautiful Boscastle, great local pubs (the Napolean and the Cobweb inn our favourites) and we had a great day at the Eden project. We would highly recommend this property for families who love beautiful views and active walks 5⭐️

Helen went above and beyond in making us feel welcome. The most delicious scones, cream and jam awaited us and then she gave us some homegrown tomatoes. Cottage was very warm and cozy.

A wonderful base to explore North Cornwall, the cottage is well equipped and very comfortable and in a very quiet location. Erik was very helpful and responded to any queries I had very promptly.

The cottage is in a lovely location with great views from one of the double bedrooms and the conservatory and driveway. It felt very homely with the fire very useful, comfy sofas, thick stone walls. Kitchen is a little small but has everything needed, and has a spacious dining area attached. Comfortably fits 6, even 7 with sofa bed, though the two single bed mattresses feel a bit old. It was at a discounted price however with some more work said to be needed. Lovely woodland walk on the doorstep and coast very close. Very quiet and peaceful. Didn’t find pre-warned damp much of an issue. Amy was helpful and attentive though being in a different time zone. Appreciated the private space. A good find.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah's place. Sarah and her mum made us feel at home and extremely welcome. My children enjoyed exploring and loved the treehouse! We already cannot wait to come back.

A perfect size for our little family (2 young girls!) The house had everything we could need and Bridget even provided milk, bread and a few festive treats which was a lovely surprise! I'd thoroughly recommend this house for a peaceful getaway.

Das Wuggle Cottage war ein bezaubernder Rückzugsort. Es strahlte eine Gemütlichkeit aus, die man selten findet. Der Kamin im Wohnzimmer machte die Abende perfekt und hielt uns an zwei Tagen angenehm warm. Es war die perfekte Mischung aus traditionellem Charme und heimeliger Atmosphäre. 🌲🔥

We had a wonderful stay at Eleanor’s cottage. The location is great, really close to the centre of Totness with quick access to great beaches and stunning countryside. Eleanor has some great recommendations in her welcome folder, particular faves were the independent cinema, Indian restaurant and Man beach. The house is well decorated and furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. We hope to visit again

we've stayed before so knew what to expect! We weren't disappointed! Julie was on holiday herself but the lovely Sue was there to greet us. Everything was spotless, beds and bedlinen divine !! Julie and Andrew are excellent hosts, very helpful and accommodating and ready for a friendly chat !! Perfect balance. Totally recommend Stoop Cellars. The village has a very well stocked and friendly store and is great for walking.

We had a great stay at Nicola's in her lovely warm cottage which was very convenient for our family wedding nearby. Nothing was too much trouble, be it wood for the burner in the conservatory or more milk for our breakfasts and she made is a delicious loaf of bread and gave us freshly laid eggs from her hens. The location was peaceful and quiet in beautiful surroundings.

Very shortly after arriving I received a very warm welcome from Ian and Clare. I could park directly next to the cottage, which had a lovely secure & compact garden, so I knew the dogs were safe & sound. The well-maintained and good-sized paddock is brilliant for the dogs to have a quick runaround & chase the toys that can be borrowed from inside the well-equipped laundry room. Wren Cottage was pristine, with everything needed for a warm & comfortable stay. There are two very comfortable armchairs. There was always hot water and plenty of storage space in the kitchen. The dog biscuits & human treats were an unexpected and very welcome touch. The maps and local information package was very useful. The cottage is only a 10-15-min walk from the beautiful St Nectan's Glen, and a little further down the road, you can pick up the coast path & walk through Rocky Valley and into Tintagel. There is a shorter route to Tintagel if preferred. Boscastle & other places v accessible by car & bus.

Lovely setting for myself, my wife and our 14 month old. The cottage was lovely, bright and spacious with a well equipped kitchen, tv, 2 comfortable sofas and they even provided a cot and highchair for the little one. Beautiful grounds, with chickens, goats, geese, and even a pig! The animal feeding times are a must! Food truck arrives on a Tuesday and Friday (if I remember correctly) and the guy who runs it (Danny) is lovely and serving up delicious food. Only a short drive to Kilk which has a few pubs, takeaways and a co op and a little further into Bude with a lot more to offer. Tintagel is around 40 mins away which is a must see. We will 100% be returning.

fantastic host and great place to stay with a group, the host and co host are always on hand to help. I would recommend for anyone and definitely stay again.
