My wife and I felt at home and very peaceful. We fell in love with this place and the hosts were incredible. Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Can’t wait to go back!

House is beautiful and almost new so everything was nice and clean inside, even though the house lacks good linens, not enough blankets, pillows or towels, also the two master bedrooms offer no closets, so no hanging is available. We were a family of 9 there were not enough glasses or plates and lacks enough counter appliances. The two BBQ gas tanks were empty so we lost the opportunity to BBQ when we did the purchase, fortunately it was brought to us a couple of days later. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet and the view is fantastic, even though location may feel a bit too remote.

Beautiful home! Gorgeous lake views! Beds were comfortable, house was clean and plenty of space for our group of 12. We will be back!

Sunsets and Siestas was fantastic! Alan and Sylvia were responsive and friendly leading up to and during our stay. The home was very well equipped with furnishings, bedding, etc. The kitchen was a huge success. We were amazed at how many amenities were in the kitchen. We cooked everyday and the kitchen was well appointed with dual ovens and many other great features and appliances. The new Weber grill outside was also a great added feature! Our entire family of 16 had plenty of space to enjoy the house, pool, boat dock, and outdoor fireplace/hot tub area! I highly recommend Sunsets and Siestas! Lake Keowee and the entire area is full of outdoor adventures and fun for all ages.

This lake cottage is wonderful and has every amenity you could think of. The view of the lake is beautiful and the kayaks and dock are great! The place is well-stocked with everything- shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry soap, garbage bags, seasonings, kitchenware, and even coffee pods. We enjoyed our time and would definitely like to stay again.

Beautiful spacious home in an exceptionally tranquil setting. The amenities available in the home exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this home and would love to return there if ever in the area again.

We were so happy to be able to book this place on such short notice after having our original stay at another lake house cancelled by the host at the very last minute when we were already on the road traveling with our small children and friends. Tony was very accommodating and made what would have been a ruined trip very nice and enjoyable. Thank you so much!

Beautiful house in the middle of the peaceful woods right above Lake Hartwell that has everything you ever dreamed of and is wonderful for any time of the year! The owners are really friendly and have equipped the space with everything you need for a perfect stay, great for both vacation and remote work. The two-story indoor space is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The spacious upstairs porch with table, chairs, grill, and TV is also a great living and working area. Plus there’s a covered dock with chairs to enjoy the lake scene while soaking up the sun, kayaks to explore the inlets, and even a firepit for well-rounded outdoor living!

Southern charm- right on the water and incredibly peaceful. Felt at home with my family here. Favorite part was watching the sun rise and various birds flying from tree to tree from the massive windows.

This is a charming lakefront cottage which is well maintained and hosted by wonderful people. My friend and I went to Lake Hartwell for a 3-day fishing trip which we greatly enjoyed. This is the perfect lake cottage and the hosts pay attention to detail. Upon arrival, you are greeted by snacks, chocolates and water which we welcomed following the drive to the lake. Lastly, my friend forgot some personal items which the owners worked diligently to get back to us - successfully! Excellent experience! Thank you for reading. - Norm (Charlotte)

Christy’s home was perfect for our first Christmas away from home. The view of the lake was beautiful to wake up to every morning and we felt comfortable as soon as we walked through the door. The kitchen was well-equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. She even left a S’mores kit - which we made good use of with the fire pit! Would love to come back here in the summer to make use of the lake and the kayaks!

This is one of the most beautiful, Airbnbs I’ve been too. Super cozy the bed was amazing. Hot tub was perfect and the bath tub just topped it off for me. I was visiting my daughter for spring break. Jessica was quick to respond and even let us have a late check out last minute. I most certainly will be coming back here.

Good location just far enough off the beaten path, but close enough to amenities and a few restaurants. Kitchen was nicely stocked, furniture comfortable. Wi-Fi dependable.

This cabin is a true gem. The location is great as it feels quiet and woodsy but isn’t remote or hard to find. The cabin is well appointed, super clean, and comfortable for two couples even though we only used one of the bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need and quite a few things you may have forgotten. I’d definitely recommend this cabin and being pet friendly is a plus. Our golden retriever thoroughly enjoyed it and the quick 5 min drive to Hemlock Falls.

Our stay at this A-frame cabin was absolutely perfect. The space is beautifully designed, with great attention to detail and a fully equipped setup that made our experience seamless. Every corner felt intentional and inviting. The hosts, Thomas & Morgan, were incredibly communicative and made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. We truly appreciated their hospitality. This is a place we would absolutely return to, highly recommend!

This host was wonderful to work with. They have been very responsive to us when we needed to contact them. Have been very accommodating to our ever changing schedule. This host has gone over and beyond to meet our needs. We highly recommend them to anyone needing lodging accommodations in this area.

Gina was super helpful and responsive. This was a very last minute booking but even still the home was clean and ready for our arrival! Perfect fit for our family of 5. Loved the coziness of the house and the peaceful “backyard” with a path down by the river for exploring. We felt very safe and found lots of great hikes nearby. The only thing I would say is that my Google maps tried to take me to a different house a little further up the hill. Thankfully, we just kept going and were easily able to see the correct address number clearly once we got to the bottom of the drive. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

My husband and I had an amazing time at the whitewater cabin! It was the perfect space for a weekend escape. We wish we could have stayed an entire month if our jobs allowed. We highly suggest staying, you will not be disappointed. Tom and Kylie were wonderful super hosts and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time here. The house is actually a lot nicer than the pictures. We almost went with another house that had a hot tub but happy we chose this one instead because it was closer to the wedding venue. The host was super friendly and very responsive. There is a comment about the house needing a deep clean… this is not the case now. The house is very clean and nice. Honestly… probably one of the nicest Airbnb's I have stayed at. Plenty of room for everyone. My kids loved the air hockey table. There is one bedroom and bathroom upstairs which is great if you are traveling with someone handicap. My husband has just had surgery so he couldn’t carry anything but it was very easy for me to get everything inside by myself. There are two houses right next door but currently it looks like they are being remodeled so we were alone on the street which was great. I would recommend staying here! My only recommendation is a hot tub would make this even better but it’s great as is!

Scott was responsive to all requests/concerns we had during our stay. The amenities are A+ and the cabin is very spacious with multiple areas to congregate or separate! With the exception of hiking Station Cove Falls trail, attending a Christmas Eve service, and fishing at a childhood fishing spot, we found that the amenities of this cabin were very sufficient for the 5 days we were there. An important detail to note on this review is that the bedroom on the main level has a queen bed. The other 3 bedrooms are up a very steep flight of stairs. The room with the king-sized bed does not have a single bed, as indicated on the site. For my family of 6 adults, we found that this cabin sleeps only 5 comfortably. There are 2 cots, one on the upper level and one on the basement level along with a futon-style sofa. Scott has put a lot of thought into making this property a vacation home waiting to make special memories for families who stay here!

The cabin and lake is even better in person. I highly recommend for anyone trying to get away from the hustle and bustle to disconnect for a few days. Ryan is a great host, and the experience was amazing. 11/10
