If you are looking for a peaceful, private, very clean and comfortable stay surrounded by endless natural beauty, then this is the place for you! Zacharias is very conscientious about making sure you have everything you need and is helpful and friendly. He happily met me at the village square to show me the way to his place the first time and once he did that it was no problem finding it. What I especially loved was the quiet, since Greece can be noisy with motorcycles and barking dogs. It was profound. The views of the canyon, mountains, sea and sunsets are stunning. The cabina itself has every comfort needed. The STO Kampi restaurant in Agios Dimitrios is very good and 5 minute drive away, (or walkable) and it’s just a 15 minute drive down to the coastal town of Armenistis to seek out beaches and more life. Highly recommend!!

We were quite satisfied with our staying at Konstantinos House. Kalamoti is a wonderful place, full of historical value and peaceful vibe. Konstantinos is a very kind person, ready to answer all our questions, facilitate his guests staying plus the house is very beautiful and nicely decorated. We are looking forward to going back again. I hope we will.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The location was great, peaceful village with a few good restaurants. The house was comfortable with every facility we could think of, nicely decorated and clean. Argyro was a great host, responsive ans helpful. Would definitely come back, and highly recommend!

Kaldığım en en en güzel ve sıcak evlerden biri oldu. Artık bu lokasyonda başka bir yerde kalmam. 2 katlı ve çok tatlı bir taş ev, her katta yatak odası banyo ve rahatlamanız için minik bir oturma odası var. Mutfak alt katta ortak alanda ve çok sevimli bir bahçeye açılıyor. Klima kullanmanıza gerek kalmayacak kadar serin ve esintili. Köy içine yakın olmasına rağmen sessiz ve çok özeldi. Gülay hanım mükemmel bir ev sahibi, her soruma çok hızlı yanıt aldım ve her an çözüm odaklıydı. Ev tertemiz, düzenli ve çok şık. Gece geç geleceğim için korkmayın diye evin ışıklarını açık bırakmaları çok hoştu. Sabah uyandım dolapta acil durum için su ve kahve vardı. Yani özetle çok huzurlu çok güzeldi🤍

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage und mit einem beeindruckenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Küste. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, genau wie die Terrasse und der Garten inklusive Sonnenliegen und Grill. Die beiden Gastgeber begleiteten uns zum Haus, in dem uns bereits hausgemachte Köstlichkeiten erwarteten (Wein, Marmelade, Trauben…). Der Kontakt mit ihnen war ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich. Absolute Empfehlung!

Super séjour, la vue est magnifique, la villa intime. À environ 15min à pied de la skala, ça se marche relativement bien mais attention ça monte! L’hôte répondait super vite à nos diverses demandes, une femme de ménage est venue après 2 jours alors c’était tout le temps propre :)

Stelios is a very friendly and hospitable host. The house is in Marathocampos a lovely town on the southern outskirts of Kerki surrounded by olive groves. The house is as spacious and comfortable as the photos show and has a wonderful terrace with panoramic sea views. The location of the house is also great, there are nice beaches and restaurants nearby (Kampos and Ormos). We also recommend you to visit the village of Koumeika and eat at the Sama restaurant under the plane tree in the village square. It is also possible to meet Stelios there ;) Many thanks again to Stelios! Irem

I had a very nice time in Agios Konstantinos! I made some beautiful hikes nearby. I had a map and a Dutch hking guide, but I was happy to find an English hiking guide in the appartment! And I had a very nice dinner in one of the mountain villages, in one of the restaurants the host suggested.

It was amazing to spend around one week in Giorgo's place. It is even better than the pictures, very quiet and private, super clean and had everything you might possibly ask for!! Nas Beach and Armenistis are very close and he gives good local recommendations. To see the view of the beautiful sunset in the evening is priceless and everything went so well!! He even thought of mosquitoes, hair dryer, everything, super clean and wonderful!! Thank you very much Giorgos!!

Everything was perfect. Apartment has a beautiful view as seen on the pictures. Its not much of a problem but the building is always smells fuel oil.

Ev sahipleri alt katta yaşıyorlar, girişten çıkışa kadar gayet güzel ilgilendiler bizimle. Sorularımıza hızlı yanıt alabildik. Bahçe çok bakımlı ve keyifli. Bahçedeki tüm imkanlardan yararlanabildik. Ev pırıl pırıl. Biz 4 kişi kaldık ama büyük bir ev, 6 kişi bile rahat kalabilir. 2 banyo olması çok büyük avantaj. Tek olumsuzluk pencere açıkken ön odaya gelen trafik sesi. Yolumuz tekrar Urla’ya düşerse tekrar kalmak isteyeceğimiz bir ev.

House is very comfortable and host is very helpful. The village Kalamoti is near to many touristic places like Komi beach, Pyrgi, Mesta. You can watch the stars at night on the rooftop of the house.

Tina’s place was wonderful. It is a gorgeous restoration and partial rebuild into an existing rock face. It is without a doubt a stunning property and very tastefully styled. The location is great with easy access to the beach, close to restaurants and within driving distance to all the attractions the island has to offer. Tina is an incredible host going above and beyond to made sure as her guests we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Tina is passionate about Ikaria and shared many travel tips suggestions and recommendations that positively enhanced our Ikarian adventure. Thanks Tina.

Villa con vista mozzafiato terrazzo meraviglioso dove poter cenare e passare splendide serate. Qualche difetto c è come alcune lampadine non funzionanti la mancanza di zanzariere e la mancanza del condizionatore nella seconda camera che è dislocata è più una dependance. C è stato purtroppo l ultimo giorno anche la mancanza di acqua ma abbiamo passato in 3 una vacanza memorabile e Patmos è un isola splendida

Harika ev sahibi, kibar ve yardımsever.

Το σπιτι που μείναμε ήταν πανέμορφο και δίπλα στη θάλασσα η οποία ενδείκνυται για διακοπές με παιδιά (ήρεμα νερά στο Φάρο και στα Θέρμα σε αντίθεση με τις παραλίες στο βόρειο τμήμα του νησιού (Νας, Μεσακτή κλπ). Ο οικοδεσπότης πάντα διαθέσιμος να απαντήσει άμεσα στην οποιαδήποτε μας ερώτηση. Το σπιτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και ο οικοδεσπότης είχε αφήσει κάποια πράγματα για το καλωσόρισμα όπως φρέσκα φρούτα, νερά και καφέδες. Τα μόνα αρνητικά ήταν το μικρό μπανάκι του ισόγειου που δεν ήταν κλειστό με αποτέλεσμα τα νερά του ντουζ να πέφτουν στην λεκάνη και κάποιες σίτες που είχαν χαλάσει στις άκρες. Γεωγραφικά, σε περίπτωση που κάποιος επιλέξει την τοποθεσία Φάρος για να μείνει στο νησί πρέπει να έχει κατανοήσει ότι θα χρειάζεται 1,5 ώρα οδήγησης για να μεταφερθεί και να δει τα υπόλοιπα ωραία μέρη του νησιού όπως Νας, Γιαλισκάρι, Αρμενιστης κ.α.

We had a wonderful stay at Fisun’s place. The house was beautiful, well located, spacious and had everything we needed. Fisun and her family were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Can definitely recommend staying here. Next time, we can hopefully stay even longer.

Gerçekten mükemmel bir tatil yaptık. Ev harika, konumu harika, Mücahit Bey çok ilgiliydi. Ev temizdi, evden yürüyerek Çeşme çarşı ve marina ya gidebiliyorsunuz buda sizi otopark derdinden kurtarıyor. Evin önünde kendi arabanızı çok rahat park edebiliyorsunuz. Kesinlikle kendi eviniz gibi huzurlu ve rahat olabiliyorsunuz. Mücahit Bey'in tavsiye ile gittiğimiz Kocakarı plajında iki bebek ile çok rahat zaman geçirdik. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Çeşme’de Şerafettin Bey'in sunduğu konaklama deneyimi gerçekten harikaydı. Ev, fazlasıyla geniş ve tertemizdi, her detay özenle düşünülmüştü. Fotoğraflarda gördüğümüz her şey tam anlamıyla birebir sunulmuştu ve hiçbir sürprizle karşılaşmadık. Ev sahibi, herhangi bir sorun ya da ihtiyaç durumunda, saat fark etmeksizin bize destek sağladı, bu da konforlu ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladı. Kasım ayında olmamıza rağmen, havuz ısıtma sistemi sayesinde havuzu kullanabilmek de büyük bir artı oldu. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz, Şerafettin Bey'e teşekkür ederiz!

Alper Bey oldukça iyi bir ev sahibi. Eve giriş ve çıkışta esneklik sağladığı için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Kaldığımız süre boyunca tüm sorularımıza oldukça hızlı cevap verdi. Arkadaşlarımızla birlikte huzurlu, sakin bir haftasonu yaşadık. Civarda 1-2 dakikalık araç mesafesinde büyük market bulma şansınız var. Bahçe oldukça geniş ve evcil hayvanıyla ziyaret edecekler için oldukça güzel. Hava şartlarından dolayı havuzu kullanamadık. Onu da yazın yapacağımız gezimize saklıyoruz :)
