最初から最後まで至れり尽くせりのおもてなしでした。 なにより優しいオーナーに、素晴らしい宿、デトックスするのに最適な場所でぜひまた泊まりたいところでした。

The accomodation is not in the center but thanks to the drive every morning and every night, you can be in the ciry very fast :) It is a nice accomodation for a cheap price, I definitly advise this accomodation!

軽井沢の寒さが心配でしたが、部屋の中は床暖房でとっても暖かかったです。お風呂はゆっくり足を伸ばせる大きさで疲れがとれました。 旧軽銀座通りまで徒歩数分の、とても立地が良く観光にもピッタリの場所です。 質問にも早く返信をいただき、延長コードを貸し出してくださったりとスタッフの皆さまがとても親切でした。 ありがとうございました。

Really nice place ! A cute residential home split into three dormitories and nice common spaces ! Well furnished and good location They are the same owner of hodosando coffee stand so you can have discount on your coffee if you go there ! Thank you very much !

First time for my partner and I in Nozawa Onsen, the hosts were very good at communicating from the start of our booking, they let us check in early in as we had plans to do in town. They provided discounts and transport itinerary’s. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Super clean and comfortable plenty of restaurants and slopes in walking distance. Accommodation also had a dry room for snowboarding/skiing equipment.

The accommodation is beautiful and I spent a lovely, peaceful couple of nights here. It’s very much in the countryside and I appreciated Tendou picking me up and dropping me back at the station. The meals were exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊

Équipe adorable qui a tout fait pour me renvoyer au plus vite mon passeport que j’avais oublié à l’hôtel. La chambre est très agréable, tout est accessible et l’onsen vous offre une expérience inoubliable 💫💫💫

love this place as it's right on the slope for skiing. lovely family run hotel with a lot of friendly guests who had long term relationship with the host. you can tell that the host are really nice and organized events such as mochi making and tasting while I was there. highly recommend for ski in ski out experience and nice combination with cultural experience as well. oh, not to forget, the dinner prepared were really delicious!
