房源很新而且非常乾淨，一層一間房、獨立衛浴，房客間不會彼此打擾能好好休息，入住的朋友們都一致好評。還有附上泡麵點心非常貼心！

我是第11個寫評價的房客，房間留意的事項，已經在前面10個評價內寫得非常清楚，已經沒有其他需要補充了。 所以讓我來總結一下: 留意事項: - 沖涼地方沒有乾濕分離，洗完澡後整個廁所都會濕了。(地下有一個廁所，另外1樓和2樓都有一個附設沖涼設施的廁所，我們將其中一個設置為專用沖涼房，因此我們有兩個乾爽的廁所。) - 假如兩人同時沖涼，熱水會偶然稍微被影響，但不算太嚴重。 - 兩個可用的房間都在一樓，行李需要搬上一樓。(2樓只有一個附有沖涼設施的廁所可以使用。) - 如房東所寫，但是只是間中才有輕軌的聲音，很輕微也不刺耳，可以接受。 - 廚房去水糟去水緩慢，房東有立刻回應並提出改善方法，但是因為沒有煑食，所以我們沒有嘗試去處理。 - 早上地下有去水道的氣味，但是空氣流通後便減輕了。 - 床如圖片顯示一樣，都是放在地上的床褥。 優越的地方: - 房源如圖片顯示很乾淨溫馨，佈置得非常漂亮。 - 門口可停泊車輛非常方便。 - 步行4分鐘便可到達輕軌站。 - 1號房間非常寛闊，開了三張床後，仍然有足夠空間打開行李。(2號房間若只開兩張床，仍然非常寬闊，但是假如要開第三張床，便稍為有點擠迫了。) - 水壓也滿意。 - 房東提供了免費瓶裝水，零食，沖涼液和洗髮乳。 - 房東也有提供要收費的一次性用品，例如牙刷，剃鬚刀….. 等等 - 房東非常友善，回應非常迅速。 因為房源非常乾淨漂亮，房東也很友善，所以整體來說還算滿意。

很棒的民宿環境很乾淨，唯一的缺點就是電視不能看。

We had a comfortable stay in the spectacularly designed apartment. I really loved the layout and the feel of different spaces in one apartment. Noices from the market can be heard inside of the apartment but it didn't bother us :)

適合朋友一起居住的地方 最可惜真的就是得走五樓樓梯會比較辛苦一點 但這裡真的是個不錯的選擇

房東人很有善直接送鑰匙來給你，房源也很乾淨，位置超級無敵好去哪都很方便走路一分鐘就有711，捷運沒使用到但是走路應該也是3分鐘內。附近很多吃的，唯一缺點是隔音沒有很好但其他的很讚呦！下次朋友來還會推薦這邊！

good place to stay if you are traveling alone. Neat and spotless, i felt in love with it, I really recommend. The surroundings are pretty convenient, have family mart and seven-eleven nearby and restaurants as well. If i had the chance to move to Kaohsiung I would definitely live at this place.

We had an excellent one week stay at Arieka's place. For a family of 4, it was perfect as we could all have our own space and it felt so comfortable. The place was clean and we immediately felt at home as it was well equipped with everything we needed. Arieka was super responsive to any questions or queries and all communications were clear and easy to follow. There are many convenience stores nearby, an excellent coffee shop (single-g coffee), a small local market and Central Park for the kids nearby. We really enjoyed our stay in Kaoshiung and highly recommend Arieka's place!

ホストがお出迎えしてくれました。3月でも気温が27度まで上がるので、エアコンが完備されており良かったです。使わなかったですが、キッチン設備が充実していました。洗濯機も乾燥機も完備されていて良かったです。ダイニングテーブルがあればよりご飯が食べやすいかもしれません。

5인 이상이 쓰기에는 조금 작은 듯 하지만 도란도란 이야기 나눌 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 에어컨도 빵빵하게 잘 나오고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나와요. 단점이 있다면 화장실 환기가 잘 안되어서 환풍기를 계속 이용하려면 불을 켜두어야 하고, 숙소가 5층인데 엘레베이터가 없어요. 그치만 친구들과 프라이빗하게 즐길 수 있어서 좋았어요! 좋은 숙소에서 머물 수 있게 해주셔서 감사합니다 :)

房東相當友善 屋子位置相當好，離捷運站很近 房間乾淨，還有洗衣機 搭配很好的價格非常的不錯

Wendy's place is a dream come true. It's a few steps from Kaohsiung's fabulous Pier II Art District, and in a pretty condo with beautiful views out the windows of Monkey mountain, plus enough space for a good number of people to hang out. The 2 bathrooms made it convenient, and the kitchen is well appointed. Cheery decorations inside, plus a small grocery store across the street make it a great neighborhood The grocery store is important for overseas visitors with jet lag -- restaurants and cafes on Pier II don't open until 10, and so getting some groceries the night before makes the kitchen a cozy place for early risers. Oh, and did I mention that city You-bikes, Light Rail and the MRT are all within a 3 minute walk. SUPER convenient and fun!

非常棒的地方 有準備很多備品 還有飲料小零食 環境乾淨舒服 絕對會再訪的

We booked the place for our trip in Kaohsiung and it was a worthwhile experience. Ren was proactive in sending instructions that made the entire check-in/check-out process seamless. The room is definitely a bargain with a great location just a few minutes from the bus stops and train station.
