Gustavia : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

WOW… I cannot say enough great things about my stay at Jean-Charles’ stay or his above-and-beyond gracious hospitality. Even though I’m a seasoned St-Barth visitor, he met me at the airport to lead me to the flat. He explained everything I needed to know in exquisite detail — including the fact that daily housekeeping is part of the package. And the pièce de résistance? Jean-Charles personally delivered warm croissants and pain au chocolat and fresh-squeezed orange juice to the flat each morning. What a CLASSY and gracious touch. And the VIEWS from the terrace/living room? TO DIE FOR. I wish I could move in and never leave. I CANNOT WAIT to return to his place and stay during my next visit to paradise!

Un accueil excellent, aussi bien par Montana, que par les femmes d’entretien. Appartement tellement propre, lumineux, confortable. Environnement au top ! Plage au pied de l’appartement. Un grand merci à vous.

Bryan is an amazing host and is always available when you need his assistance. The apartment has everything you need and it’s conveniently located close to everything. I would definitely recommend his place for one person or two maximum.

Merci à Davy pour l’accueil. Le Airbnb était tel qu’annoncé. Très propre dans un quartier tranquille. Nous avons bien aimé la plage de Flamant qui est tout près. Nous avons également loué notre véhicule avec Davy et tout s’est bien déroulé. Cela a certainement facilité notre arrivée et notre départ puisque les hôtes nous ont gentiment récupéré et déposé au port pour notre bateau. Nous resterions certainement de nouveau si nous revenons à St-Barth! Merci à Gaby, Bernard et Davy pour leur accueil! Étienne et Maude

We loved staying in this house! Julien was a great host. He was very helpful with local recommendations and flexible during check-in and checkout. The house is incredible. It is very stylish, has a well appointed kitchen, very comfortable beds, and great amenities. It is walking distance to Flamands beach which was very nice. It is about a 15 minute drive to Gustavia with lots of restaurant options, and about 10 minute drive to the grocery store. The location is quiet at night and the house has blackout curtains on the lower floor. We slept very peacefully. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay again in this house.

Absolutely stunning location and property- great views, relaxing house, and very well thought out design. Felt right at home and the infinity pool overlooking the ocean made it incredibly relaxing. Well worth the money.

What can we say about St. Barth except spectacular. Everything from our beautiful and peaceful condo to our host. Séverine did an amazing job getting us clear instructions and recommendations for everything from a rental car to a quiet beach to enjoy our mornings. We couldn't ask for a better host or a more phenomenal spot. Can't wait for our next trip.

Maison conforme à nos attentes. Julien notre contact sur place a été très réactif. Bien équipée, propre. Piscine chauffée. Clim dans la pièce principale ce qui est rare et appréciable. Peut etre une remarque sur l'extérieur: Il n'y a que 2 sunbeds pour une villa 2 chambres (cette fois ci nous n'étions que deux donc pas de problème mais à 4... ) surtout les sunbeds sont un peu raides, ils mériteraient de bons matelas:-) Dernier point à savoir: sur cette anse et avec l'orientation de la maison, plus de soleil sur la terrasse dès 16h en février. Dommage pour bien profiter de la piscine après cet horaire mais c'est le cas de plusieurs maison sur l'anse des Cayes

My family of three stayed five nights. The small accommodation was plenty for us to use as a jumping off point for exploring the island. We enjoyed coffee in the garden and the beds at night were comfortable (with great A/C). We didn’t cook during our short stay, but the kitchen was well equipped. So nice to start the visit with fresh fruit and a few drinks, too.

We loved Jean’s place. I hated leaving. The serenity, views and comfort were wonderful. The sound of the waves crashing on the cliffs so calming, we slept to the sound every night. We loved seeing various iguanas out the window every day. Jean informed us of some good restaurants. I just can’t see staying on a mountain or back from the beach. The water views are astounding. You will never want to get out of the shower, lol

It was in a beautiful location. The only thing, even though the room was ready, they do make you. Wait until four o'clock to go up to the room . There is an elevator that was great. Didn't have to do those stairs.

We had a fantastic time at Tranquility Beach. The location could not be better. The setting is stunning. Everything in the condo is high end., and extremely clean. The management staff is excellent—so helpful with everything. We will look forward to returning!

We have been coming to SXM for 15 years and I have stayed all over the island and this is my favorite. The beach, the pool, at your doorstep, it is beautiful! You can't ask for anymore. I have already rebooked for next year!

The absolute best stay ever! I will definitely book it again and tell all my friends & family if they are visiting St Martin!

This is a fabulous condo with beautiful pool area and beach! Everything within the condo was perfect and Sylvia went above and beyond assuring everything needed was there. She also provided beach chairs, umbrella and cooler which made our beach days amazing! The balcony on lower level has a daybed which I used to curl up and read while my husband preferred using it for napping 😴! Sylvia was very responsive with any questions we had before and during our stay. Absolutely perfect! We would definitely reserve again and if you are looking for a wonderful place in Simpson Bay you should too!

Kevin's condo was great met all of our needs. Was clean and comfortable. Plenty of hanger and shelf space. We were 2 couples, plenty of room for together and alone time. Two en suit bathrooms for privacy. Great views, close to pools, and a short walk to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Everyone including staff and other owners were extremely friendly and informative. Kevin was a great host. Quick to reply an answered all questions. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Great place to stay.

Jackie's place is just perfect! The location is great for walking to many restaurants, bars and markets. Being able to walk right off the back porch to access the beach and pool is wonderful also!
