The property- Very beautiful surroundings. The place is like a maze though, lots of entrances and exits. Stick to the elevator to get up and down. Lots of stairs and walking. Safe area. Very nice, clean big pools. There are 3 to choose from. The staircase to the beach was nice but the beach is too rough to swim. Nice staff at front. Parking is very tight. The condo- Very big and spacious. Extremely clean. I love how they thought of evythng from handsoap, to cleaning products, beach towels, a cooler etc. Bring your own washcloths and bring laundry detergent. It was so nice being able to use the washer and dryer. Love the big huge patio the beds were of ok comfort. Water gets nice and hot and the pressure is decent. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, etc, even a few seasonings. Things that could be better: The tv channels. None of my sign ins worked so only youtube could be seen. The living room couch could be updated. Noisy AC. Mariana and Manoj were super responsive and kind.

Heather and her mom Kathy were excellent hosts. Really enjoyed being their guest. Even though Heather was out of town at the time, she was still very involved and was very responsive and helpful with anything I needed. It was my first time using the AirBnB app and I can honestly say future hosts have pretty big shoes to fill. Thank you again Heather and Kathy for your hospitality and look forward to future visits. We stayed 10 days and loved the location. D’s Beach Bar next door was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. We enjoyed the apartment and especially the two balconies - one to watch plane action in the late afternoon with a glass of wine, and the front space had an expansive ocean view. We had a minor problem with the A/C and the host promptly took care of the issue. Great stay!

Fantastic 5* location. Unit is clean. Newer construction. Felt secure. For being directly above a restaurant, the sound-proofing is excellent.

We had an amazing stay at Jacquiling’s apartment! The location is outstanding—close to great restaurants, the airport, and a supermarket, making everything super convenient. The view is absolutely breathtaking, right on the water, with a perfect vantage point to watch airplanes land at Maho Beach from the comfort of the balcony. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent—they were always responsive and even provided fantastic local restaurant recommendations. They also connected us with Simon, a local driver who made getting around a breeze. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment to friends and family and can’t wait to stay here again on our next visit to Sint Maarten!

We enjoyed the condo immensely. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Beautiful ocean view on a spacious balcony. Hearing the crashing surf all night long was a highlight. The place is away from the busy, touristy sections and that was excellent. Easy enough to explore during the day. Comfortable and quaint decor, all the amenities. We would return in a heartbeat.

Appartement spacieux, lumineux, bien agencé et bien équipé. A noter une literie de qualité. Depuis la terrasse une très belle vue sur toute la côte Nord-Ouest de Saint-Barth (et au-delà). La communication avec l'hôte est facile, rapide, agréable et toujours constructive.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! La villa est superbe, très spacieuse, un cadre de vie vraiment idyllique et paisible, repos, farniente. Mais aussi à proximité sorties en soirée festives au top !! Très bons restaurants à prix raisonnable, essayez les "Lolos" (restaurants typiques cuisine créole) copieux et pas chers ! Les virées en bateau sur les îles (Pinel, Anguilla etc...) sont magiques, sable blanc et eau turquoise. Nos hôtesses, Valérie et Sarah sont formidables. Sarah est très réactive, d'une gentillesse rare, de bons conseils et aux petits soins si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit ! Nous recommandons la Villa Little Key à 100%. Merci infiniment Sarah ! Just spent a week in paradise with the family (2 adults and 2 teens)! Truly spotless home with a million dollar view. Was able to hike around the nearby nature preserve in the mornings. Also, enjoyed sipping espresso with the spectacular view. The pool was refreshing and this home is located near Orient Beach which is the nicest beach on the French side and great with water sports. We also loved having access to the kayaks and heading to Pinel Island to snorkel and saw turtles, iguanas, crabs and fish while leveraging the snorkel gear provided. Lots of great food nearby including French bakeries, Pepe pizza and we had the most amazing last dinner at Le Gourmet which is in nearby Anse Marcel. Also enjoyed the Lolo’s in Grand Case. We also cooked in some nights, including leveraging the grill and found everything needed including seasoning and olive oil etc. There also were special little touches like the island rum, fresh juice and fruit upon our arrival. Amazing villa close to everything on the Island! We loved the short drive to Mullet Beach and back! Villa outdoor space is incredible and we loved the pool! Enough space for everyone, and a lovely host + daily cleaning! Would highly recommend this villa!

My wife and I spent a lovely nine days at Olivier’s hillside villa. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views and quaint surroundings. Olivier was always immediately responsive to any questions we had. We look forward to returning again soon.

The past reviews are accurate. We could repeat it all! Evenings on the terrace watching sunsets over the hills were delightful! We opened the glass patio doors making the terrace an expansion of the indoor space. We connected our music to their sound system. There is a/c, but we only used it in the bedroom due to cool breezes & ceiling fans inside & outside. A sun cover above half of the private, salt-water pool kept the water temp from getting too high & it helped protect us from prolonged sun exposure. Cyrille & Valerie are wonderful & treated us like family! They welcomed us with a bottle of wine, beer, water & cheese in the refrigerator & also fresh bakery bread! Cyrille is in the renovation business & Valerie has a great eye for style & comfort. We appreciated the updated & extremely clean home. Two parking spaces are right next to the home; a car is highly recommended to explore the island. We will definitely be returning & very much look forward to it!!

Fantastic stay at AquaMarina! The location is fantastic, as its very close to restaurants and nightlife. The pool is beautiful. It's also walkable to padel and pickleball courts. The unit itself was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Our Host Jamila was very responsive and made checking in and out very easy. 10/10 experience.

We had a great stay in Anne Karine's apartment! Ideally located just on the edge of Marigot, perfectly quiet and a nice view over the lagune. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, has AC in both the living room and the bedroom and it has everything you need. The kitchen is perfect to make dinner, there are extra pooltowels, you can borrow a beach parasol and little chairs and dining outside is very cosy. We absolutely loved our stay and the communication with Anne Karine was excellent. Very higly recommended!

Beau studio à 10 minutes du centre à pied de Marigot Accès plage privée direct. Vue sur la piscine et l avenue. Très Bien équipé avec quelques belles attentions (café…) Fontaine à eau dans le logement. Merci à Harry

Davy responded quickly to any questions we had and even stopped by to help us figure out the air conditioning and adapters for our iPads/phones. Awesome location with wonderful restaurants close. As noted previously the steps going up to bedroom were a little steep but we are mid 70’s and managed them just fine. The grocery store and bakery were within steps of the Airbnb. Felt very safe and loved having coffee on the deck. Perfect place for a lovely vacation.

14 jours de découverte plusieurs plages quelques restos a ne pas manqué. Malgré la coupure d'eau de quelques jours, nous avons passé un très beau séjour la température entre 28-30 degré. Le flamboyant nous offre l' accès à la piscine. Notre hôte Marie-Chantal très gentile, advenante et discrète. A deux minutes : une stations d'essence, mini épicerie, boulangerie pharmacie et rôtisserie de tous pour faciliter nos journées

We had a truly wonderful time here! The location was very convenient, we had many great restaurants and a market less than 5 minutes drive away. I would say it is walkable if you don’t have a car. The condo itself was so beautiful and had all the amenities listed. The kitchen had every tool you could need to cook a full meal. The beach access was definitely the highlight! Steps outside of our door was one of the most beautiful beaches on the whole island! Highly recommend this listing if you’re looking for a great place to relax and a great jumping off point to explore the island!

This Airbnb and a very good value. It was clean and the downstairs air conditioner was cold when we needed it. The views are spectacular! Karine was quick to help us out when we needed bowls and beach towels. She helped us with the WiFi and upstairs fan too. Ask her for directions to the path to Orient Beach. The pool is on the ground floor-it’s not obvious from the photos-and sometimes it was busy with up to 8 people, but usually not too busy. I recommend bringing your own pillow and make iced coffee at night for the next morning because the keurig is noisy in the a.m.. The washing machine was such an asset. Always had hot water for showers and never for washing dishes. Am going to miss this place! Thank you so much Karine!
